everything was good although they had a ring cam on the door which is against vrbo privacy policy and when I put something over the camera bc I did not want someone creeping on me and my family the manager threatened to kick me out if I did not take down. Other than that great stay

Check in/out process was easy. The resort itself was clean and the location was great. The unit needs some major updates. The carpeting throughout the unit needs to be replaced with anything NOT carpet. It was dirty and worn out. The living room furniture also needs replacing. The couch had a hole in it. The bedroom downstairs was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress is hard And thin. While the unit was “clean” it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Check in/out process was easy. The resort itself was clean and the location was great. The unit needs some major updates. It’s easier to drive and park than walk to it . This may be good for a couple but it wasn’t the best fit for our family . Walgreens is a block walk away. Publix is a short drive to the next red light. Only one car is allowed to park at house. It wasn’t terrible. Just not Fantastic .

Otherwise, it was perfect for our party of 7. I especially loved having access to a washer and dryer. The unit is 3 stories, which should be let in mind for those who find stair climbing difficult. One bedroom is on the first floor, two others are in the third floor.

This property is very clean and well-maintained & the communication with the staff was amazing, We self-checked in and self-checked out. We cooked our own meals, There is a PUBLIX supermarket just 5 minutes (walking). Very Close to the pool and the pool is very well maintained. This is by far the best rental i had si far. Rent it! You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved staying here. Big huge space. Extremely clean. Amazing pool area. It’s is 3 story’s, so lots of stairs. That didn’t bother us, but it might some people.

Excellent Choice
The checking in process was great, rooms were clean and as advertised. Location was excellent, close to the attractions but far enough where you're not stuck in traffic. Pool wasn't as overcrowded as I had expected. The people at the front desk are ultra nice and will help you out with no hesitation.
Only complaint I would have was that it felt too hot inside since we couldn't lower the AC past 71. Coming from ultra hot and humid Richmond; where I leave my thermostat on 65 all year long, this took some time to get used to. Temp was ok on the first and second floor, but upstairs was a little uncomfortable throughout the day and night.

Great location
The condo is great for a large family or two smaller families. There were a few minor issues that can easily be addressed. The door knob on one bedroom is loose. The bed in the bottom bedroom is not as comfortable as the others. There are few towels and some are very thin. Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay and the pool is very nice. The location is very convenient to all the parks and conference facilities.

The condo was clean and well maintained. We were very pleased. The downstairs bed was very hard but the other beds were comfortable. The condo backs up to the street so there is road noise especially from the 3rd floor master. We always travel with earplugs so it wasn't a problem for us but might be for others. It is close to Universal Studios, grocery store and many restaurants. We would happily stay here again.
