This property is now our first choice for future visits to Rocky Point. It is very clean and has every amenity that one will expect from a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were all top notch. The beddings and towels are comfortable and supper clean. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony! The hosts checked in on us day of arrival and provided us tips on day of departure. We look forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this property!!

My family truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The layout, decks, furnishings, kitchenware, security, and many others. Communication with the owners was above and beyond other experiences.

We had a wonderful fall break vacation at this VRBO located in Las Conchas! We were a group of 2 families and the place was big enough for all of us. The view from the two decks was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of the meals we had planned without any problem. The beach was so peaceful! The kids had a blast playing in the sand, swimming in the ocean, finding seashells, and exploring the coral. They are already asking when we can go back! Most of all, Alana was extremely responsive. She provided us with a lot of tips to help make our stay even better. We were able to get massages while we were there and even ordered delicious homemade breakfast burritos that were dropped off at the house. All in all a wonderful trip and we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful house super clean, minutes away from the malecon. Alana was very helpful Made our stay much easier. Definitely going back next year.

We love this property! Everything was perfect from the location, curb appeal, the interior of the home, the patio's, the amazing view and all the personal touches. We have spent a lot of time in Rocky Point in resorts and homes, this felt like a little of both. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with, Alana always responded quickly:)

It was a great place to stay filled with every amenity you could want. It was very secure and the beach was only 50 steps away from the entrance. My family loved it and would stay again.

We enjoyed the Villa Serena property so much the first time, we had to come back. It did not disappoint. The house had everything we needed for eating in...even a pan for making cookies! Beautiful views of the ocean from the cool indoors made for a relaxing getaway. Thanks Alana and Rick for your hospitality!

Our stay at Villa Serena exceeded our expectations in just about every way. Communications and instructions were great and our host was always available to help with anything we needed to ask about the area. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for our family. Spacious and grand, yet somehow cozy and "beachy" (is that a word?) at the same time. View and sound of the ocean was amazing! The area felt safe and the beach was a very short 30 second walk from the back gate. This was our second stay in Rocky Point, last time we stayed at one of the big resorts on Sandy Beach. The resort was great but I think Villa Serena is on another level that the resort accomodations can't compare with. Thank you so much Alana and Rick! We are looking forward to staying again.

Came down with my son for his 21st birthday and everything was wonderful. Beautiful home, small touches they do to make it special. All great stuff. Highly recommend...Thanks Alana! We will be back!

The condition and cleanliness of Alana and Rick’s home was impressive! It has all the right touches and accommodations that are typically not expected. Alana and Rick are beyond helpful and provide so much information, they thought of the questions that a first time traveler might have, which is generally unheard of. We've stayed at their other beach front properties several times and love them. We decided to give the brand new Villa Serena a try this time. It's a beautiful brand new house with a gorgeous boveda ceiling in the main room. Even being off the beach the views and sea breezes are spectacular. Loved the rain shower heads and beautiful showers. The cleanliness of the place (as the others) was top notch- so important to us. We really enjoyed being at the front end of Las Conchas this time - such convenience to town. Although it's not beach front, it's just a short hike to the beach, if you plan ahead with a large beach bag for your gear it's not a big deal at all. Loved the chiminea....super easy to get a fire going even with the breeze and loved the upper deck for night time star gazing. We also loved the individual a/c units....so very handy. We had an absolutely wonderful time. My only complaints (and they're not REALLY complaints per se) are 1) the overhead fan light in the one bedrooms never seems to turn off completely (like a dim night light that you can only see if it's night time) mildly problematic for those that need complete darkness to sleep. Luckily I had my mask 2) the lighting in the kitchen is a bit insufficient for night time cooking which we did a lot of and 3)the set up of the couches in front of the tv is a bit of an awkward angle to watch something. Minor things with easy fixes and they certainly didn't interfere with the joy of our stay.. Other than that it's a truly beautiful, clean, comfortable property and we would be more than happy to return!!!!

This home was everything we were hoping for! It’s beautiful, clean, modern, and only steps away from the beach. It also has your own little private driveway/parking lot. We were welcomed by a bottle of tequila, salt, limes, and a note from the owners; a very cute touch that my friends and I enjoyed! Loved waking up every morning to the amazing ocean views. The A/C and fans do a great job at keeping the humidity out of the house, which I personally appreciated since I have been to Puerto Peñasco before and struggled with rooms that feel too humid/uncomfortable. The owners also provided us with a list of restaurants, shopping, activities, and other things that really came in handy during our trip. This home really does give you a home-away-from-home vibe. We LOVED staying here and we are already planning to come back and hopefully stay at this home again. Thank you, Alana and Rick, for the incredible experience!

This is a gorgeous home just steps from the waterfront. Every detail is perfect. Its quiet and safe. The perfect launch pad for fun and cozy place for beachside cocktails. We will be back!!

As you step foot into Alana and Rick’s newly renovated beach house in Las Conchas, the feeling of vacation and relaxation sets in immediately. They made sure that no details were missing from the atmosphere to the comfort of the mattresses. The cleanliness of the place is spotless and tastefully decorated. We felt at home instantly. Their communication was prompt and they wanted to make sure that we had all we needed before and after we were there. We will definitely be back in choosing this very exact home in the future. It is also very close to the beach as the passage to go is right across the street. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We didn’t want to leave!

The quick owner responses, perfect location close to the guard gate, breathtaking unobstructed sunrises and sunsets, privacy from other homes, cleanliness and so much more made this our go-to rental in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone who feels that their accommodations are just as important as their destination.

Villa Serena was everything we hoped for and more! The views are magnificent and we saw dolphins swimming by just about every day. The villa was spotless, gorgeously appointed and had everything we could have needed and more. We didn't want to leave and have already booked our next visit for the summer. If you have a chance to stay at this property, grab it! I haven't found anything nicer in Rocky Point. Our family of 8 could not have been more comfortable at the spacious Villa Serena! We were welcomed every step of the way and felt at home from the moment we pulled into the off street driveway. The house was equipped with everything imaginable. We were even treated with unexpected goodies that set the tone for a memorable Mexican experience. The attention to detail was evident in the placement and choice of furniture, the quality of linens, and the personal complimentary amenities. The standard was set high and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. The tempurpedic matresses on the beds made for 5 star sleeping. And the short walk to the beach was easily accessible by all. There are many rental choices in Puerto Penasco and this property far surpassed our expectations. We utilized both of the outdoor terraces often to enjoy sunrise/sunsets, meals, and great family time around the chiminea. And did I mention the beautiful view of the ocean? We will definitely recommend this property and our gracious host Alana and truly look forward to our return!!
