Cypress Creek was clear and beautiful. Very shaded and relaxing floating in the creek. Back yard was shaded also made it perfect for barbecue and no sunburn. House was very comfortable and beds cozy. Loved our stay.

My husband and I stayed at Azul Casita and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and close to town. Its a beautiful setting and a very special place. Being able to dip in the creek and lounge on the deck or chairs by the water was a great way to spend the hot afternoons. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with basic items that made cooking easy. The owner was very responsive. Overall we were very pleased and would stay there again.

We are lucky enough to have family that lives in Wimberley, just down the creek from the Blue & Yellow Casitas. We have stayed in the smaller yellow cottage before, and this time in Casita Azul. We love the conveniences of home the house provides. Comfortable beds and lounging spaces. TV with all the streaming options makes it feel like home. We stayed this time to visit with family and view the eclipse from down the street. Although it was a little cloudy, we were able to see the great show! Connie has always been extremely fast to reply when I've had any questions.

The house, patio and creek were all great. Very quiet and relaxing. Our pups loved the grassy area down to the creek and the enclosed patio made it easy to let them in and out. The house has every thing you need. Wimberley is a mile down the road. All the food was great and every place we went was dog friendly and the people were all friendly. Cypress Creek trail was easy and beautiful. The trails at the Blue Hole were nice but not marked well and we couldn't take the pups down to the Blue Hole. Be sure to climb the stairs at Old Baldy to get a view of the hill country.

This property was in a great location especially so close to the river. It was spacious and pet friendly. There were lots of kitchen amenities to include regular coffee pot and kuireg. We could control thermostat and there were blankets and fans for each room. I loved the front door... it's a dutch door!! My recommendations for the space are to have 2 different more comfortable chairs facing the television and also have working ventilation in the kitchen. When we cooked bacon, it set off the smoke alarm. Small details in the big scheme of tthings. We will definitely book here and stay again. (This is a plug for Connie's property...my sister stayed within walking distance at another house and her experience was not as good as ours).

My daughters and I planned this getaway last summer. We loved the house. Lovely outside seating overlooking the canal/stream. Conveniently located to enjoy shopping and nearby natural settings.

Peaceful, relaxing stay at Azul Casita..loved sitting out on the deck looking out over the clear waters of the creek, so did our dog..plenty of good food and hiking opportunities nearby and only 30 minutes any direction to more... Thanks, enjoyed the stay!

Azul Casita is located within a 5-minute drive of the shops, restaurants, and boutiques that Wimberley has to offer. It was the perfect size for our small family---5 adults, a baby and a pooch!

This property was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings looking at deer across the river. Easy to get around and would definitely revisit when we have more time to check out the area more. Connie was pleasant to work with and easy to contact.

Perfect little house for my parents, my kids, me, my spouse and our dogs. The creek is so neat, but we’ll definitely be back when there’s more water. Super close to downtown. Connie was very responsive and helpful!

I normally would never start a review with praise for the air conditioning but if you’ve been in Texas this summer then you get it! The Azul casita was just as pictured - cute and clean, WONDERFUL location and the A/C was cold! The trees and river were picturesque and we LOVE that you are made to feel welcome and with your fur babies! We enjoyed it!

This was our third time staying here. We come every august to enjoy the cold creek. We’ve always had a great time. This time however, when I requested updated door codes that were new to us, this created an issue. We were told patronizingly that we wouldn’t get “snatched up” and that they only rented to high caliber people, whatever that means. Apparently they’ve never changed the codes to either house in 3 years. This is so unsafe: even after I explained that I’ve had a bad experience of somebody entering a vacation house reusing the code, that didn’t seem to matter. They did try to change the codes, which I appreciated. But they were pretty rude and unkind about it. It made us all uncomfortable. On top of that, we asked if the water in the creek was safe, and I was told it was beautiful/crystal clear and that definitely wasn’t the case. It was stagnant and we weren’t comfortable swimming in it (the quality of the water is in no Way on them of course, just wish they had told us how it actually was) If you don’t mind staying in a house where the codes never get changed, then I do recommend this place. It’s lovely and with the exception of this last time, we’ve always had a great time and the owners have always been helpful. We sadly won’t be back, though.

I loved this house! It had enough room for all of us and there was water in the creek. It was perfect! The only thing that was uncomfortable were the living room chairs.

Cute, clean cottage, with good beds, adequate supplies, good creek access with a grassy bank, and a small fenced area for your pups!. The water is so cool and clear! So refreshing on a 105 Texas summer day! Main AC had trouble keeping house cool in the late afternoon because it was so darn hot!! But the bedroom units were very cool. Listing says twin bed in 3rd bedroom, but there are queens in all three rooms. It was a great little vacay, and we plan to return next year!

The cabin was clean and comfortable for our trip to Wimberly with our three grandchildren! They had a great time on the rope swing and playing in the cool river. Communication was excellent for our arrival and departure. We hope to come back and rent both cabins for a larger family group. Thanks again!

Everything was great! The house was clean and convenient location. The river was fantastic! The entire family swam in the river and did a little fishing! Would definitely come back!

Great location, river was lovely

The house is very cute and accurately described as in the photos. We enjoyed our stay, but it did rain and keep us trapped inside a bit. It would be nice to have the option to use personal streaming services on the tv during the stay for exactly such weather related issues. A fire stick or Apple TV would be an easy addition for the guests. Otherwise it’s a nice cottage.

This was our second annual trip and there will most definitely be a third! Love this place so much! The property is beautiful and so convenient to the downtown shopping area.

Cute house right off of the creek! Perfect stay for 6 people! Kitchen was nice and spacious- plenty of dishes. Wish we could have enjoyed the patio and creek more but unfortunately it rained so much! We will come visit again soon and will definitely stay here!
