The place was great but there was some inconsistency with the listing and the cabin. All was great except for the note that the cabin was handicapped accessible. We had someone in a walker that struggled to get up main entrance to cabin. She basically remained in the cabin during our stay since it was very difficult to maneuver entrance. That would be my only challenge.

My family enjoyed our stay in this cabin.Clean and neat. There were toys and games for the children and adults as well. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. And it was a short drive to town. Downside was we couldnt get fireplace(gas logs?) to work and too little outside lighting for grilling. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin and would come back. We liked how close we were to Gatlinburg to enjoy the activities there but were away from it when it came time to relax. There was plenty to do at the cabin with the pool table, corn hole, hot tub, and games. My kids had fun with the Alexa.

Only drawback is the approaching road to the property has 2 big potholes.

Beautiful cabin. Stocked with everything you might need for a very comfortable stay even an umbrella! Very close to Gatlinburg strip but very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Overall my family and I enjoyed the stay at this cabin. It was close to everything and easy to get to and from. The only complaint I have is the communication with the property management.

This lovely cabin is tucked away in the woods just outside of Gatlinburg. It was very convenient to town and the park. The management company did an excellent job; the cabin and linens were extremely clean and fresh.

This cabin was warm and cozy, and felt like home away from home. The amenities exceeded our expectations with the game room, kids corner, and hot tub. The location was only short 5 minute (1 mile) drive from downtown Gatlinburg, TN.
We will definitely be back to enjoy this cabin.

The cabin is really nice better than the pictures we had an amazing time. There’s 3 floors kitchen living bed/bath and half bath in main floor an upstairs room with king/bath and two day beds and the lower level with pool table games for adults and kids and two beds one full bath. My husband would love if the bbq were bigger and adding a fire pit for cold night but not sure if they are allow to have it. The location is great very close to gatlingburg and easy access. We used the hot tub at night very nice after a long day. Will recommend to friends when visiting the area thanks for sharing your home with us.

We are from Florida and were hoping for snow, and it snowed the afternoon we arrived! I was grateful the cabin wasn't too far up the mountain, the roads are terrifying. The cabin was perfect for the six of super and acceptionally clean and organized, and the Christmas tree was a nice extra touch.

Very nice, new cabin just outside of downtown Gatlinburg. Very spacious, well appointed with great furniture, kitchenware, and interior materials. Super clean and neat. Our only regret is not having more time to just spend relaxing at the cabin. Highly recommend.

A group of teachers attending a conference stayed in this rental. Everything was as shown in the picture. We were extremely pleased with the toiletry supplies. You don’t find that very often. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cabin itself was very pretty. Needed an update on furniture especially living room very uncomfortable. Dinning chairs a little rickety. Wish they would upgrade paper products and dish washing liquid. Would be happy to pay a few extra dollars. Saw bear’s twice, they have a path by cabin. Gatlinburg needs to repair roads very rough. Great location

One of the prettiest places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The wood was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and everything that I needed was there. Lots of games and the children playroom kept them busy. Looking forward to returning. Ps We had a mama bear and her cub to visit. Both came up on the porch so we had a close up of them (through the windows…LOL). Thumbs up

We had a great stay for a friend’s 50th birthday. The cabin is very family friendly and has tons of space. We saw bears 2 of the 3 days that we were there and had a great time! The cabin was incredibly clean and well cared for!

This is our second year renting from Diamond Mountain Rentals and we are planning for next year. The cabin was spacious, nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. The check in and check out process was easy. They even honored my request for an early check in. We loved the feeling of being secluded but close to the downtown area and we were surprised by our daily visits from a mama bear and her cubs. If there is a way I could rent this exact cabin for my birthday vacation next year I absolutely would!

This property is in perfect location. Nice and quiet, walking distance to downtown of Gatlinburg.
But be aware of bears. They visit us twice a day. Mother with 3 cubs.

Home was decorated in delightful mountain style. Everything we needed was there for us. Check in was a breeze. House was on the outskirts of Gburg, which kept us out of heavy traffic. Owners were very responsive to our requests. Would stay here again.
