Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home on the lake. Family was able to swim, fish and other water fun activities. Also, had some great eats nearby

This place is perfect bigger then expected the game room was a hit with our 4 kids it also very clean....I appreciate the fact there was a broom and cleaning supplies available with 4 kids vacation is the same chores different place we spent a lot of time on the lake the dock was prefect for Putting paddle boards in the water definitely would love to stay again..

Great location and lake access with lots of shoreline. An older lake house but in fairly good shape. Floating dock takes a beating from boat wakes so keep that in mind when docking a boat. A few minor maintenance issues but Steve was always available to discuss. I'm sure they will be delt with and fixed. Overall, a very good experience.

Everything was so convenient for our family and the house had everything was looking for. Steve answered any questions and was very helpful will rent this property again

We had a great time staying here. The owner was extremely helpful. The view is amazing. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that we had to leave.

We have stayed at this house a few times and really enjoy it. It is convenient, very clean, well maintained, lots of room for parking. Can’t wait til we can come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at your home. The house is much larger than it looks! It’s actually a 4 bedroom with 3 full baths! Super clean inside when we arrived. The water can be rough by the dock especially during the weekend. The orange ball/bumper was a lifesaver for docking our boat safely. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. The owners are very responsive to questions. We are already looking at dates for a return week.

Great getaway

Spent a week in July and brought my ski boat with the family and friends. Clean, good swimming off the dock and very close boating distance to dining , arcade , mini golf , and live music . Be sure to ask about timed play at the arcade, much more affordable. Far too much boat traffic to tie up your boat to the floating dock for very long, it’s just too rough. We just used an anchor and tied it up out in the water for the longer breaks and overnight. It’s fine for boarding and loading though. The brand new floating dock was very nice and the view down lake was great. The ice cream boat came by around 10:30 AM each day. We also went tubing at Explore park in Roanoke county and did the ropes courses and zip lines. We took our own tubes and saved some money on the shuttle. The walk was about 20 minutes

Owners are very quick to respond and the house is much bigger than it looks. Huge property and very close to the Bridgewater Shops.

Check in was super easy. House was exactly as advertised. No stairs to the lake was fantastic! There was a lot of boat traffic while we were there but that is no fault of the owners or property. I guess just everyone trying to get a little bit more lake time before the weather gets bad.. Lots of lake front areas to fish from. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Oh and I can't forget.... the sunset there is incredible!!!

Great location, home very clean

The property is beautiful. The house suited our needs perfectly. Water on 3 sides with beautiful sunset views. We are planning on returning. Steve and Bonnie were wonderful host. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home. We had a great week.

We loved the house and location! The views of the lake were amazing. The water was clean and deep to swim in. The house accommodated us very well and was comfortable and clean. The owner was super attentive. We would definitely go back.

We like to spend our holidays at the lake fishing and swimming. Our stay at Steve and Bonnie property was nearly perfect. The weather was great, water is warm and fishing was successful. Steve was very responsive and took care of every little issue we had. We have a few comments, about the ladder from the dock to the lake, need a couple additional steps to get into water, also more silverware and plates are needed in the kitchen.

Excellent setting, view of lake front, the house inside was excellent. Only missing a coffee pot to go with the coffee maker. Well stocked with kitchen equipment, Outside furniture is a bit worn. Outside Garbage can was packed full when we arrived and not emptied while we were there. We really enjoyed our visit.

You have a lovely piece of property in a perfect location. Loved thel arge open yard bordering the lake. My parents and my friends parents came for dinner one day. They are elderly and would have struggle with steep steps or steep grades. My friend as a boat they were able to easily get to the dock for a boat ride. They really enjoyed their visit. The only disappointment was that we did not feel safe tying the boat up to the dock for a few days while we had access to it. Floating dock is getting older we were afraid to wake from other boats would damage our boat if we tied it up for more than a few minutes. So we had to boat in at the public landing. Made it to where we just didn't have access to it as much as I had hoped. But everything else was great we did use the canoe over to the marina. It doesn't look that far but but my arms sure we're tired when we got back:) my friends parents actually live about a half mile from you on your same road. I didn't even know that when I rented the property. It was a nice surprise. I would definitely look for that property again side to stay at the lake in the future

We enjoyed the property thoroughly. There were a couple of minor issues with the house but nothing serious enough to hamper our stay.

Beautiful views, spacious house, great family vacation spot! Cell service can be spotty and there are not many tv channels but who needs the distraction from all the excitement around you! We would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for a family reunion. It easily accommodated 9 adults. The house was spacious and relaxing. The views of the lake and the sunset are gorgeous. The owners, Steve and Bonnie were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions. Steve telephoned me the day after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. My family had a great time. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location with a nice yard for activities and great views of the lake. The house was spacious and single level, which was really nice, and we had plenty of room for the eight of us. The only real negative were uncomfortable beds/mattresses. The overall fit and finish of the house was casual and it wasn't "perfect," but it was relaxed and comfortable and worked for what we wanted. The boat dock was adequate for kayaking and we docked a 24' pontoon at it with no difficulty. All in all, it was very pleasant and worth every penny. The owner was very responsive to calls and questions and everything was as described.

Fantastic place to spend time on the lake - swimming off the dock, fishing, campfires, great yard, great house - we loved it!
