Nice place with plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Looked just like the pictures.

Property management was not wiling to work with us on anything. I either got no response at all to my questions or a quick no.

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful fall weather, none of which had to do with the condominium location or amenities. There are plenty of other condos in the immediate are where one can stay.

The unit is filthy. It is nothing like what is described in the Booking.com website. Here are examples: The building itself is rundown, old, and appears poorly maintained. The dumpster outside for use by tenants is not kept up. It was surrounded by trash from the dumpster. Animals were attracted to the trash and had to be shooed away to use the dumpster. There are three lockboxes to select from. The proper one is not identified. The entry is so dark it is very difficult to get into the lockboxes. There are three door mats, all old, dirty and unattractive. Not exactly a welcoming sight. Upon entering the unit, one's eyes are immediately drawn to a worn, filthy carpet with wine, food, and who knows what else ground into a worn, dirty carpet. We were reluctant to walk on the filthy carpet without shoes on. The grime and dirt extended to the furniture in the LR. The chairs were old, worn, and one could see the food, spilled coffee, drinks, food etc. ground into the furniture (couch and chairs). One reclining chair got stuck and could not be seated upright without getting out of the chair and lifting the back. The windows had not been cleaned. The blinds were filled with dust. The porch was filthy. To use the outside chairs we had to purchase cleaning material and clothes to remove the grime. One did not want to open the window as the sills had not been cleaned in ages. As we opened the blinds, one could see dust flee into the air. The sheets were threadbare. The blankets smelled dusky. We were reluctant to use them recognizing their unclean nature made us feel uncomfortable. The plates and cups had been washed. However, there was dirty food on the frying pans. We had to clean them before we could use them. There were no washcloths for the kitchen nor were there drying towels to use. We had to purchase them and leave them behind. We could not find directions to use the TV but finally figured it out. This unit should not be listed in this website.

Where do I begin? The condo was equipped with EVERYTHING! I needed a bandaid for a cut..bang! They had a first aid kit! We wanted to have a picnic in the pontoon we rented...bang! They had a picnic basket. My daughter loves music and purchased a classic CD in Taos. I don't have a CD player in our car. But what do you know? They had one in the condo! They had everything from a mixer for our baking needs to chair pads for the outdoor chairs! The pics they have up do not do this place justice. The beautiful wood and the decor is beautiful. I loved the jetted tub as well. We had so much room as well! 2 adults and 2 teens and still didn't even use one of the bedrooms. They have games upstairs and a table for games/dining. A tv, 4 beds, a nice little window seating area and a huge bathroom and closet.

The only thing I would suggest is updated living room furniture. Not that it even a big deal. The furniture was very comfortable.
