Sewer smell usually in morning. Could not figure out the TV in bedroom. Price for electricity is somewhat high.

Great location, rent a car for sure, it's ground floor. Near the beach. Some good places to eat around or dumplings from the minimart, very chill and great for family. Very spacious layout.

Mosquitos, we plugged in the mosquito plugs and they all died by the morning.

very dark in the entire apartment as it is located on ground floor, bathrooms clean but very basic tiles and decor, nothing to do when its raining. The balcony/ patio is very small and pretty much with the only window to give daylight inside.

Everything is excellent. Comfortable, lovely, extremely clean apartments, very hospitable and nice hosts. 2 steps from Nai Harn beach, market, restaurants, pharmacy, taxi spot - all kinds of services are nearby. If you are looking for a beach vacation, that's the best choice.
