Perfect location, beautiful views, nice and large perfect for large groups

Fantastic location for ant time of the year- laying in the sun and swimming or under a blanket watching the wild weather with the fire going. We had it all and it was December. Who would have ever believed it! Large light and very comfortable.

Unbelievable view, well maintained house, lots of entertainment option for both kids and adult, close to shop, highly recommended for large group holiday destination.

Had a fabulous weekend with friends. The views are amazing. Kitchen was very well equipped and the boys really enjoyed the fantastic BBQ.

Lovely property, gorgeous views. Only thing was there were no hand towels and barely any toilet paper. Otherwise it was an amazing place.

Amazing property with great views, and amazing location. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t very clean - considering there is a $300+ “Cleaning Fee”. Cobwebs, Dirt everywhere, Fireplace was not cleaned, the glass windows that look out to the sea were ridiculously dirty - ruined the view from inside. Also, you can’t access the beach from the stairs as it is blocked off by rocks which have built up - very dangerous to go over, you have to drive/walk around the street to the public entrance. Great property otherwise though.

Everyone always says it’s the little things that count, well this house gets all of those little things that can change your whole stay. Apart from its breathtaking location, it has a hallway like a shopping centre and a lot of entertainment inside the home. Definitely pet accomodating. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is in an amazing location, the view from the house out over the beach is phenomenal. The house however is not well maintained and its dirty, and considering you pay a substantial cleaning fee on top of the rate it should be clean! Netflix, play station and Foxtel all weren’t working in the tv room, and the BBQs are dirty and rusty old things that we didn’t want to use. We also didn’t get enough towels for the number of guests we had, and after requesting more were told that there weren’t anymore and we would have to wash and dry the ones in the laundry from the last guests. Also weren’t left much toilet paper and had to request more. Great house for a large group of people with lots of space, but need to update it and offer better maintenance, cleanliness and customer service

The view was absolutely stunning, comfy and in a great location. Girls enjoyed it.

The house was lovely, beautiful views. We had lots of fun playing pool & the kitchen was well equipped for our stay, but in saying that the bed was not very comfortable & some things were not cleaned properly. I love the area so relaxing

very impressive outlook. adequate furniture though had to ring the number to clarify where the beds were.

Neptune worked out extremely well for our annual family reunion which included 9 adults and four older children. The big play room with a ping pong table and pool table was a big hit as was the dining room table which allowed us to seat all 13 comfortably. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. A downside was the BBQ which we need for every meal was in poor condition. Fortunately, Debbie, the extremely helpful staff person lent us her own BBQ and it worked great. Thanks again, Debbie.

Very spacious house with great views

We were after a short family getaway and this place was EXACTLY that! We all enjoyed the amazing view and private access to the beach for the entire duration. The kitchen was equipped with everything we would require plus more, the games room held many tournaments and the spacious bedroom were great for families! Would definitely recommend this place!

We had 3 families and never felt like we were on top of each other. The floors were very dirty, but I think due to the Bush Fires this was hard to keep on top of. We were short some bath towels, but had extra beach towels so we made do. One of the beds was a foam fold out couch, only good for small children. Games room was fantastic for kids and adults. Expensive but a great house.

Great location and lots of entertainment provide, however something’s can use an upgrade..

We arrive to the property and it we felt nothing short than a WOW!! The house is immaculate, there is a lot of care and attention in this house. The owners have thought of everything from small to big. Thank you. we loved staying there and we highly recommend. Thank you Grace & Family.

The property’s position was stunning cleanliness could have been better as the floors were dirty also we had all 3 gas bottles become empty an emergency phone call was made and one of the bottles was replaced but overall we were very happy with the property

The view of this place is amazing! Clean and tidy house. Had everything we needed toys, boardgames, beach activities and the games rooms was great extra. The only downer was we had all ages in my family and some of them weren't able to come up and down the stairs to the beach as they were pretty steep, but they had access to the beach the public way about 1km away. This house was everything we expected plus more, very happy!

Easy private access to the beach.. Spacious for a full house.. will be sure to return.. upon leaving it was hard to say goodbye.

What a stunning spot this house occupies, i dont want to go home! Spacious, light and airy. Every comfort supplied. The owners have thought of everything here. Kitchen stocked more than adequately. The new hand rail and stairs to what feels like your own private beach are fantastic! Kayak and surfboards for the family to use, which we did.. even in winter! Our dog Chevy loved how 'dog friendly' this house is with easy access to outside play areas. We hope to return to this stunning holiday accomodation and i wish i had booked longer!

Neptune is a wonderful house, in a top location. Everything you might need is there. Beautifully designed, my family & I really enjoyed our stay. We had overseas visitors who were very impressed.
