Exactly as advertised & walkable…Renee was in constant contact. Best way to see fireworks-pier was viewable & people lit fireworks on the beach, which was especially exciting for the teenagers. House party next door a bit ‘colorful’ & maybe not for younger ones, but a great property!

We were looking for a little post- wedding/ birthday weekend getaway for my husband and decided to explore Jax Beach, Neptune and Atlantic Beach. This property was in the BEST location!! We love this home, it was cozy and homey. Upon arrival we were even more impressed with the condition and cleanliness than we expected. The owner had wrapped a Just married banner around the door which was a sweet and thoughtful greeting! We spent the weekend riding around on our bikes and one wheels, taking walks on the beach, took a cruise to Kona Skate Park and went and found some sharks teeth at Mickler Beach. Local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping are great in Atlantic Beach! Highly recommend, we plan to come back and stay again.

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. The property manager was great and always letting us know of activities going on during the time of our stay, she was also very prompt to message back. Wr would definitely stay at this location again! Thank you so much.

Beautifully remodeled condo in an excellent location - exactly as advertised and would rent again for sure

We and our college age daughter rented this unit for her spring break. We wanted a beachfront condo, but in a more low key spring break location, and this was perfect. The view is amazing, there really is nothing like waking up and opening your eyes to the sunrise over the ocean. Even on the rainy days we managed a beach walk and admired the changing skies through the wall of windows in the living room. As per our norm we ate breakfast and lunch in the unit, but went out for dinners in the evening - I would say the unit is reasonably supplied for cooking - it has all the basics - knives, bakeware, pots and pans, utensils - what I expected for a rental unit. The unit was clearly recently remodeled, new baths and kitchen, and the furniture, towels and bedding also appeared new and nice quality. The unit has a parking space under the building which came in very handy since we had a both cool and rainy stay, so it was nice not to have to run between the raindrops to the car and back. There were also beach towels, chairs umbrellas, and oodles of sand and beach toys. The beach is just steps away, is nice and wide, and while we were there was never what we considered crowded. The pool area is comfortable, we spent a few mornings out there in the lounge chairs, but the pool was far too cold to really enjoy - in the hotter summer months it is likely perfect. Overall, the unit was well equipped and comfortable, Renee the property manager was wonderful and very helpful, and the stay very peaceful and relaxing.

Renee was great. There was a leak in the bathroom so could not use it for a few days. Overall, very nice.

Non-descript outside view from parking lot hides the treasure inside! Beautiful condo! Recently renovated and so clean it seemed we were the first to ever use it! Beautifully furnished - not typical things you see in every rental! Everything we needed was provided. Everything worked well! Glorious, unobstructed view of the ocean! Property manager anticipated our every need !

I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic and wanted to have a few days of R&R on the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Everything we needed was included from beach chairs and wine bottle openers.

We rented the property at the last minute, but it was a perfect choice. There were so many small touches at the condo that made it so homey. I could not stop commenting about all of those touches, like pump soap in the baths for hand washing( I usually bring my own), plush towels, and hooks throughout the place. The unit was spotless and very inviting. The location was perfect also. Right on the beach and the perfect size. I loved the fact that we did not have to fight for a parking place as we have had to do at other places! Every person I met was so nice! Being from the south, I miss people saying hello as you walk by! The reservation process, and check-in process was very easy. Thanks to Renee who was very responsive to questions. Since it was my bestie’s 50th, we were going to do lots of things. We opted to forgo all of it and hung out on the balcony overlooking the ocean instead. It was so cozy and comfortable. Thank you for making this a perfect 50th getaway!

My daughters and I look forward to coming to Jacksonville Beach. This is our second time at this location and it will not be our last. We come to rest, recharge, relax and reflect. And we are never disappointed with the local scene and restaurants. The condo is clean, upgrade and everything is so comfy. We love the kitchen and bathrooms. It is like a home away from home. Easy to book, excellent communication, outstanding location and setting!

This condo was so cute and had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and updated. Bathrooms and kitchens were recently remodeled. An abundance of nice bath and kitchen towels were provided. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. Beach chairs and a cooler were even provided. I highly recommend Beachdrifter #301!!

If you’re looking for a pleasing and picturesque place to unwind look no further! The natural and simplistic beauty of the beach was unsurpassed! The condo was very clean and duly appointed. The property was just as listed on site. Renee was on top of everything. The condo was decorated in a beach theme and very well done. The furniture and linens were nice. The view was amazing. Loved that we could go keyless. Beach access is good and pool was clean. Used the kitchen daily and it was well stocked, Liked all the places within walking distance.
