We enjoyed our stay at this location. You could easily walk to beach, which we did, but we drove if we were carrying along chairs, umbrella, etc. Lots of great places to eat. We tried several of the ones that they suggested and we weren't disappointed.

I generally overlook a few negatives in a property in favor of the bigger picture, but in the case of this house, I feel I need to disclose the whole story. My family and I stayed here for 5 days including a 4 month old baby. The host asked that we please treat her house as if it was her own and I wholeheartedly agreed. However, I'm sure that at her house, the sheets are not threadbare, the pillows aren't flat, and the towels aren't fit to be rags to wash the car. The kitchen was also poorly stocked, skillets that should have been thrown in the trash a long time ago, dull knives, only 4 small coffee mugs for 6 adults, etc. Since we were traveling with a baby we had to do laundry every evening, this was difficult because there was no laundry basket. On the positive side, the house was close to the beach but be aware that there is no sidewalk on the house side of the main road. We were close to shopping and restaurants and to Orlando attractions. The Kennedy Space Center is only 45 minutes away. My entire party agreed that this house could be perfect if the host would get the small things right.

The home owner was great ! She worked with us on a last minute late checkout, however there was a miscommunication between home owner and housekeeping. She showed up at her normal time and we ended up rushing to gather our things and wait outside for our scheduled Ubers. The house is quite cute.and comfortable. Plenty of amenities for our 2 night stay. I do feel the information on location was a bit misleading. The beach is definitely more than a few minute walk as well as the few nearby restaurants. Overall, the house is great! Just wish the description of location was more accurate!

We really enjoyed the Blue Fin Cottage it was more than a cottage. It was my 70th birthday. Most of our family was there. We we’re excited about all the amenities the house had. However, I must say a few of the frying pans probably should be thrown away and the spice cabinet needs an overhaul. Our beds were comfortable, bedrooms were updated, internet was more than sufficient for our needs , the ocean play things and coolers were definitely appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Extended family and friends stayed here with us for our son's wedding. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes and used to be hosts ourselves, and this one is comfortable and a good value for the price, with basic amenities. A lovely bottle of wine and some snacks were waiting for us when we arrived. The house is older (most windows, patio door) but spacious and remodeled in the kitchen and other rooms. The beds were comfortable though some linens (shams etc.) were a bit worn out. It's a short walk to the public beach (across the A1A and down past a couple of buildings). There is a crosswalk with two big flashing signs to stop traffic, which was great. The screened-in porch had some small holes/tears in some of the screens--since it was January (no bugs) it wasn't an issue for us--and though not a huge disappointment for our group, the foosball table pictured in the listing was not there. To be fair, we didn't have time to contact the host about it due to wedding preparations. When we did have occasion to contact her (arrival and departure), she responded quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet and the yard is charming with plenty of flowering bushes even in January. We appreciated that there were a few beach chairs in the garage and lots of beach towels. Tesi provides a booklet with a lot of information about the house and area which was very helpful. All in all a nice stay in Melbourne.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house. It’s in a nice neighborhood with a community park/playground/pool nearby and across A1A to the beach. The bedrooms are large, and the beds are so comfortable. The house has a nice layout and is decorated nicely. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer, and the house was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, etc. If we are in the area again, we will definitely check to see if this house is available.

This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had! Everything was clean and tidy! Although we had a couple of issues (none that was in anyone’s control) at the beginning Tesi and her husband were in contact in minutes to make our stay the most comfortable it could be! I would most definitely stay at any of her properties again! The beds are all super comfy and it’s very clean and tidy. If you need anything at all she responds with in the hour! She will go above and beyond to do everything for her guests! Everything was well stocked and had plenty of towels and toys and things for the beach! Highly recommend!

Great accommodations!! The rooms were perfect, especially for 3 teenage girls. Great location, not far from The USSSA Space Coast Complex, traffic was a breeze....The owner, Tesi was an absolute delight, was quick at helping us with an unexpected night at a different location. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Appliances could use an upgrade as well as pillows and bedding in one of the bedrooms. It worked out alright. No real complaints.

Everything went smoothly from booking to checking in to having a wonderful stay. Great accommodations!!!

We absolutely loved this charming and inviting property. It was beautifully appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture throughout and it had all the amenities anyone could possibly want to make themselves at home. The owner was an absolute delight to deal with, answering all our questions and quickly responding to a couple of our issues. In short, if you are looking to spend your vacation in a nice home, near everything, in a pleasant neighborhood, this place is for you. We highly recommend it to everyone.

This was our first time to have both my children, and their families on a vacation, and I believe we made a Great pick!! The Blue Fin Cottage was the perfect for our needs. When my youngest grandson saw how close we were to the beach, he named it the close enough cottage.

This home was so impressive! It was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was just myself and my small dog as I stayed a month to get out of my condo during the pandemic and live in a private home next to friends I went to graduate school with. My bed was very comfortable as well as the furniture and blankets, pillows, I could go on and on but everything was in excellent shape. I loved the art work! The kitchen is very beautiful and there is a washer and dryer in the garage. Everything was provided. Soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, plenty of cooking stuff, a cute coffee/mini bar area etc...The neighborhood was extremely safe and there was a park about a mile away called Gleason that I walked to every morning that allowed dogs. There are a ton of great restaurants that do curbside pick up and being vegetarian was not a big deal; plenty of places to get great food at. I can't say enough about the owner. She responded if I had questions about how to use something or how to work the tv, etc...I was super impressed! I am planning on returning next month as they are working on my condo, (if there are openings when the work resumes). Quiet, a nice backyard, great neighbors and great neighborhood. I honestly hated to leave. IN fact if I could have stayed I would have!

The perfect place for a family getaway. A warm and welcoming spacious home that is VERY easy to 'do life' with several others in! Bright and airy with extremely easy access to pretty much everything!

The location was a couple blocks from the beach, not far, but sometimes tough crossing the road, we had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room inside for us. The owner always answered my textes or emails right away.We would definitely rent here again

We had a great time staying at the Blue Fin Bungalow. It was the perfect spot for easy access to the beach and the house had just about everything we needed. Our group had lots of littles and this house was great for kids - not too much for them to get into and lots of room to play (they LOVED the bunk beds!). Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this house. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with little ones. There was plenty of toys, boogie boards and chairs for us to bring down to the beach for everyone to have something to do. Tesi was great to work with and always answered any questions we had!

My husband and I rented this cute and comfortable home for two weeks. Our good friends joined us for most of the time. The layout was perfect for two couples. It should also work well for two small families. We loved that the owners allowed us to bring our dog. The house was within about three blocks. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and friends came to Melbourne for my daughter's wedding. We were very happy with the house and location. It was easy to get to stores, restaurants, and quite a few beaches. I appreciated having the beach accessories like chairs and coolers. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Beds were comfortable! Enjoyed the enclosed patio in the backyard. Great price! We will be staying there again when we return to visit the new in-laws! Tesi is wonderful to work with and will not let you down.

The check in process was easy. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was in an ideal location for us, close to the beach and close to stores and everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Good location for a beach holiday. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the property to start with but Tesi was very responsive. Everything was sorted out quickly. The property could do with some updating but overall comfortable and a great place for a family holiday.

we arrived Sat afternoon to be greeted by our hosts who showed us all around, gave us personal attention and made us feel so welcomed The property was great, with enough room for all of us to have our own space.
