We loved this location. Being right on the beach was great. My grandsons loved going out at night looking for crabs. Would highly recommend this beach house. The only thing is they need another step before you get on the sand. The step down is really high and hard to get back up on (especially if you are an older person). Overall we loved staying here.

The Riki Tiki was perfect for our stay this winter. Being right on the beach is fantastic, plus you are very close to many restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication from the rental company was very good. We'll definitely be back, hopefully in the summer!

The views and hearing the ocean at night. Morning walks on the beach right outside your back door. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items.

Not for any kind of handicap person. House is very sloped and hard to walk on. I broke my ankle and had boot on. House was nice but older and it is starting to show its age. Awesome time being so close to water though.

My family had a great time at the Riki tiki. We like how the house is no located right next to another cottage but is close to where all the shops and restaurants are.

Wonderful stay at RikiTiki!!! House is located beside a public beach access but we had no worries for the week. The location is Perfect and the beach is SO close, house was clean and has the perfect beach theme and colors.

The Ocean dominates this place. We have never stayed so close. Our stay was amazing with the sun, the moon and the waves right outside the door.

The property is exactly what you see online. One nice perk was there is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig so you have options! The kitchen is small and while it is fully stocked; we opted for paper plates, cups and plastic silverware. I try to be more earth friendly; but there really isn't room for washing up. Not a criticism; just a heads up in case you want to bring your own. Also; the sofa cushions are pretty thin. You definitely feel the frame when you are sitting on them. So far as the location; you are literally on the beach. There is no long walkway to get over dunes, etc. This is what we found the most appealing. Someone else mentioned the washer and dryer are loud. This is true. I opted to run the washer when we went to bed so it didn't disrupt us watching tv. This is the first house I have stayed at in years where I had to pick up a key somewhere else. Given how common key pads are; this would be more ideal. The different bedroom colors were fun and vibrant; the beach décor was cute without being garish. It's a sweet cottage and we enjoyed it. My earlier comments are not meant as a deterrent; but rather to prepare future guests for what to expect.

Found property as described. Nice cozy cottage and great location right on the beach. Check in at TI Rentals took very little time. Fishing and weather were excellent. Beautiful sunrise every morning and relaxing on the deck at night.

We read about this home, not giving it the best reviews. But it sits right on the beach!! Its been busy all year I am sure... does it need a little maintenance? Absolutely.... However, the location was perfect! Not too many steps. If I had to complain about one thing, it would have to be the bed (closest to full bath) needs a mattress topper. It was so hard & we like a hard mattress. We felt the house was clean, safe & will stay again...

My mother, husband and I had a wonderful stay at Riki Tiki! The location couldn't have been better for just relaxing on the beach. It was so nice to walk out on the deck in the morning and see the waves rolling in. The beach was our main entertainment, but my husband also did some fishing on the island. The house was nice and clean, with cute beachy decorations. We cooked most of our meals at the house, and there was plenty of cookware and appliances. Not a whole lot of storage space available for non-perishable food, but that wasn't a big issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations, on the beach, close to everything!! Has a great homey feel and very convenient location close to central Surf City!! Highly recommend!!! We had a great stay!!

Cozy, beachy, comfortable. Loved being right on the water. Spectacular views of the ocean, sunrises, sunsets. Loved being able to Walk down the stairs right onto the sand and into the ocean.

My mother, daughter, and I absolutely loved this beach house. The location on the island is perfect. The home is located in a wonderful spot. Walked right out to the beach daily. Able to hop back up the steps for lunch or a quick bathroom break. The home is beautifully decorated and roomy. Will definitely stay here again!!

I was looking for a quite relaxing getaway. The listing was accurate, very easy communication with the rental agentwith quick responses to my questions. Easy check-in and checkout. Linens and bath towels supplied what a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Wifi and cable TV worked great. Loved walking off the deck on to the sandy beach everyday and sitting on the deck at night listening to the ocean waves and looking at the moon. What a cute cozy house to lose yourself and relax with family or friends for a week or two.

The house was a great location on the beach. And dealing with TI rentals was smooth process and very easy.

Our family of 4 was looking for an early season escape from Covid captivity and this house did just the trick. We were able to get away and still distance! Location can't be beat; the ocean is your backyard. Only constructive criticism is that the full bath and kitchen are a little tired. What a great week!!

This place is amazing!!! Right on the beach, clean and well taken care of. I really appreciated not having to bring our own linens other than beach towels and that starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) were provided. I wish there were kitchen towels but that is the only thing we were missing and we made it work. We will definitely try to book this house again because we absolutely loved it! Thank you!!

Cozy and quaint! We had a nice Christmas at the house

The place was amazing. We were visiting my son for Thanksgiving, his birthday and before his deployment. We were all very happy with the rental and hope to be back soon. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

Very comfortable & roomy & well equipped for what we wanted to do. We were able to have our grandson & his wife and their 2year old son & new baby, who was 3 months old and we had never met, come over. Also, our son & daughter-in-law, who we travelled down from Ohio with, came over to the beach house each day for playtime on the beach & in the beach house & then came back in the evening for Dinner all together at the beach. It was plenty roomy enough for the 8 of us to visit & eat together. Many memories were made here this week. G & G Great also had time for privacy & early morning coffee on the deck & playing table games later after everyone had left to return to our grandson's house, about 15 minutes away. Very enjoyable time. I would definitely return.

House was perfect for myself and my two sister in laws. House was a good distance from other homes which was nice but we did have to deal with public beach access on one side so people were fishing directly in front of us or right beside. House has a couple issues but we provided that to the rental company so hopefully they will fix them.

Perfect location.....perfect stay.
