We stayed at the end of August. Our host Susan was great and the condo was wonderful on the 3rd floor over-looking the golf course. Very quiet and peaceful at this time of year. You can just see the ocean and hear the waves. The beach was nice with hardly any people on it. We had a wonderful time and if we are in the area again will definitely stay here.

This was our second time staying at Ocean Village and we will be back again for sure. The location is quiet and convenient. The beach is walking distance and private to OV residents so it isn’t overly populated which is a huge plus! Susan was a delight to stay in contact with and answered questions and responded quickly. My husband and our 2 boys were comfortable with plenty of room. Both couches fold out to beds which was helpful. And 2 sinks made getting ready a breeze. The welcome book was a great resource to find great places to eat on and off the island. Thank you Susan and OV for another phenomenal stay at the beach!

We stayed here for about 5 days with my husband and 6 month old daughter. The purpose was for a getaway for us and to visit some family in the area. Susan was a great host - very communicative and kind. The place was immaculate and very nice. They had all the toys for enjoying the property too - beach gear, tennis rackets and balls, and golf clubs. The property is beautiful and is a great getaway - you really wouldn’t have to leave for much if you didn’t want. The restaurant on property was also wonderful, we went there for an anniversary lunch. We took advantage of both beach and pool. The beach is quite private so it’s very nice. Only downside for us was the tile floors throughout - great for cleanliness, less awesome for a baby who’s beginning to crawl, but that’s a very narrow window and we did just fine! Otherwise would totally stay again.

This condo was immaculate. Everything is even labeled and had everything you could need or want for your stay. The view was beautiful being able to see the ocean from inside and on the screened-in patio wonderful. We honestly didn’t really use the pools. We did walk around the property one evening and check them out. My daughter did go into the Aruba pool and hot tub one night. The community is very peaceful and calm and quiet. Gated community with security at entrance. Neighborhood really cute. Safe. You do need bug spray this time of year down in southern Florida for those little nats or I think they are called noseeums. A lot of restaurants overlooking the water very close by. We visited a few. There is a binder inside the condo which we found very convenient listing local restaurants and activities. We even saw some manatees in the water! We spent most of our time down on the beach. Private. Not crowded at all. Had some drinks at the tiki bar. This condo has everything you’d need for the beach. Visited a local beach as well for snorkeling. Water was very clear, called pay beach. Booked a glass bottom kayaking tour locally however canceled due to weather coming in. We plan to do this next visit. The purpose of my families visit was to see family in the area. It was also really nice to just get away and enjoy the sunshine and warmth(cold and rainy and grey up where we are). Already missing it. Would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Thanks to Susan and Joe for a wonderful stay. The property is very clean. Susan even provided a pack and play for our daughter so we didn’t have to pack one! The village is also very well kept, nice beaches and a nice little par 3 golf course. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice unit, good location in OV. Just be aware the community amenities are not available like the main pool and tiki bar areas are under construction. We have enjoyed relaxing out there having lunch in the past so hopefully they will rebuild soon.

We had a great experience starting before we arrived with Susan she answered all my questions. When we arrived we were welcomed with Wine and snacks. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. I kept in touch with Susan throughout our stay. She was wonderful!!!! Loved ocean village especially the beach. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip for my husband and myself. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The stay here at this condo was great. We especially enjoyed how clean the unit was and the special touches by the owner. The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Everything was nicely done in the unit and the towels were of quality too. I especially loved the porch overlooking the golf course. It is screened in so it was wonderful sitting out there any time of the day. You could see the ocean in the background but watching the golfers was great too. The main pool is closed, so the other pools were used. We walked to the Aruba pool and we were always able to get a lounge chair although we were never alone at the pools. The bath houses were very clean and Ocean Village was well maintained and very quiet overall. We went to their beach and we drove to the main parking lot and walked to the beach from there. The beach had a rough surf compared to the west coast of Florida. Beach is wide and plenty of distance to walk and look for shells. Restaurants we especially loved in the area for breakfast was the Sunrise City Cafe in Ft. Pierce over the bridge very clean, great food & service. The best dinner we ate was at Kyle G's Prime Seafood & Steaks in Jensen Beach only 12 minutes away was truly wonderful. On the pricey side, but on the restaurant was on the ocean and everything we ordered was outstanding. Service was excellent and very nice experience. Ocean Village is large and plenty of areas for walking and biking. My daughter (18) and I enjoyed our stay.

A fabulous view of the sunset and sunrise, a lovely balcony that was very quiet overlooking the golf course. I was very comfortable and the owner was incredibly available and offered me a warm welcome before I even got there!

Great view, clean, comfortable home away from home while visiting family in Port St Lucie. Our 9 year old Daughters favorite bonus feature was that the oversized chair was a single pullout bed! We had had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Will definitely consider returning!

We've stayed in rentals all over the US and Europe, and Susan is the best property renter we've ever encountered! Communication was excellent, the condo was immaculate, and we had everything we needed to take advantage of the Ocean Village community and all its amenities. Susan had a great restaurant cheat sheet that described everything in the area and in towns around Fort Pierce that saved us time and potential disappointment while we were looking to grab a meal after golfing or exploring. This place is perfect whether you want to relax, be active, or a little bit of both on vacation. We can't wait to come back! Thanks Susan!

The condo was immaculate! So many things to do excellent location five stars from me!

Susan is amazing. The property is as pictured and described. She made us feel so welcome with all the extra touches…even beverages and snacks upon arrival. We chose Ocean Village for the amenities, wanting to “see” if we’d like living part of the year in an all inclusive resort style community. We loved it. Tried pickleball, the executive golf, the restaurant, and the beach! The Rec Center staff was helpful and friendly. Food was tastes. Very fun and convenient. People of all ages. Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay!! Condo was super clean comfy everything!!! Susan was a dream to be in touch with! Had to completely reschedule our trip due to the hurricane and Susan was super quick to reply letting me know her condo was available.

One thing to note is that there are multiple beaches in the area and they are all a little different from one another. Go explore! <3

Very well appointed and clean 3rd floor condo with horizon ocean view. Close walk to main pool/beach and tennis courts. Equipped with all amenities you need. Owner was very attentive.

That's the best way I can describe our stay at OV. The condo was very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. We call it "The Things To Know" book; was very helpful, especially the restaurant reviews. Suzie was very attentive and helpful. You just can't beat the sunrises from the comfort of the porch while drinking coffee! Thank you so much!

A lovely condo overlooking the golf course with a view of the ocean. Listening to the waves crash at night lulls you to sleep (as does the very comfortable bedding). So many activities to participate in this friendly community. And, the new Tiki Bar/Restaurant has fabulous meals (and Happy Hour)! You may decide to stay here forever!!

The whole process of renting, checking in and out went smoothly. And everything in the unit was great. Would recommend it to others.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Susan. She is a fabulous host. We didnt want to leave and she allowed us to stay longer. The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location on the property and the view of the ocean can’t be beat. She provides everything from every kitchen need you have to beautiful soft bath and beach towels. You don’t need to bring anything but your bathing suit. She provides it all. Thanks again for a wonderful beach getaway.

Not only was this property beautifully decorated, spacious for two, clean and updated to perfection, but Susan, is the type of host every VRBO property owner should aspire to be like to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. My husband and I rarely left the property. It was that good! The restaurant is top notch, the grounds were perfectly manicured, the beach was zen-like and the pools were refreshing, uncrowded and well maintained. Security was tight ensuring a safe, private and relaxing experience. Don’t miss the Fort Pierce farmers’ market and do try the local eateries. Susan provided a thorough list of suggestions. After a highly unexpected traveling nightmare of realizing that the host our original VRBO "confirmed reservation" was refusing entry to the property, Susan SAVED OUR VACATION!! She immediately responded to my distraught message that I was fearful of another bad experience if I decided to book her property through VRBO,. Fortunately, she was very compassionate and understanding of our situation, and allowed us early access to the property. Upon entry, it was apparent it was a complete blessing finding their property, which was perfect for us, and so inviting! I have used other traveling resources in the past, with great experiences, however, Susan and Joe's place set the bar high. It was the cleanest and most accommodating property I've ever experienced! They have went above and beyond to provide everything you could need whether spending your time relaxing inside, to using their beach chairs/umbrella at the beach. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and HIGHLY recommend this property! We have decided, we will NOT seek out any other vacation property on Hutchinson Island and will ONLY stay here in the future. :) It is a perfect retreat for couples needing to relax! Thank you Susan and Joe for saving our vacation!!

The place is very nice and well kept! There's a lot to do on the grounds. The host, Susan, was fantastic and made sure I got in ok and checked in with me to make sure everything was as expected and to see if I needed anything. I worked remotely from the room for a week while visiting family in the area. This worked out great!

Susan was a amazing host. We were able to communicate with her at any time we needed to. The condo was tastefully decorated and has everything you could ever need including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and the list goes on! Thank you for a great vacation!
