It was just my 13yr old son and myself who stayed at the property. It was honestly too much house for just two people but we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and would rent it again.

This is a beautiful place in a nice gated community. Home is exactly as described and very clean big home ! Pool and hot tub was very nice and heated appropriately. Can sleep a large group. We will be back!

Our stay was amazing! The house was very well appointed and comfortable. The house was very clean and as pictured. We very much enjoyed our stay and will visit again. We chose not to have the pool heated due to the Florida heat and it was still amazing. The traffic was the worst part it takes 30 mins to go anywhere, but that is to be expected.

The house was so beautiful and as described! Backyard was private, which was so relaxing. Family had a great time. Beds were comfortable, which is a big must on vacation! Will love to book again!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. Property manager was extremely responsive. The hot tub wasn't working correctly. Property manager responded to my messages almost immediately and had the "pool guy" out to fix the problem within 2 days. Very happy with my stay!

Stay in the house was great. Exactly as per pictures and description, a bit far away from attraction points... with traffic, it took us at least 45 minutes to get to Disney parks or Universal and same thing in the evening when we were driving back... spending a week vacation with 1,5 hours a day in traffic was the only downside to the house, everything else was absolutely perfect

It’s a perfect, quiet place…lots of space. Amenities close by. Great pool it was a nice relaxing place..it was our girls annual trip and by far the best one. This is my second time at this place, I will return again hopefully soon .

We arrived on a Friday & immediately mentioned to the rental company that the pool heat was not working & we paid for the pool heat for our entire stay , nobody was sent to fix it that night & the next two days was Christmas eve & Christmas day so i understood that no one was available to fix it, monday came, then tues, then Wednesday… we tried contacting them every day & they kept saying they were waiting on a response from the pool company. It wasnt until Thursday after bugging them all week that yhey finally sent someone to come fix it that afternoon, a day before our last night there.. they gave us a full refund but coming from a state that was freezing, that was the only thing we rented the house for & couldnt even enjoy it.

This property was well maintained and fit our needs perfectly. Felt safe, right at home in the spacious home. Plenty of room for our 2 families while in town. The kids loved the heated pool ! Thank you again!

This was a very nice house and it had everything that we needed. My only complaint is the driveway is too little and we could not get 3 cars in the driveway. Overall though very nice.

My family had a great time, loved that we had our own private pool, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Remote yet close enough for restaurants, shopping and parks…would definitely return.

Worst experience ever
The property manager needs to let you know up front about the parking at the residence with a large party...only two are allowed or the other vehicles will be towed in the middle of the night...this has been by far my worst experience ever...and it really made the kids upset with all the crazy mess going on...But I don't fault vrbo at all.. I will not do rental with this property again and will not recommend others to because the property manager is very unprofessional

The only issue we had was that you can’t park more than two cars in front of the house if you have more than two you’ll have to park in tha parking lot by the gate

Beautiful and Relaxing
We just needed a break and change of scenery. This was a nice place for that. Pool and hot tub was great. Home had plenty of space and linens. Children enjoyed the play area. We did have a few minor issues but they were handled quickly. I would definitely rent again.

The house overall was great this is the second tome we are staying at this home, my only recommendation would be for the mattress to be replaced in the master bedroom on first floor, no other issues my family a d I had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities

Also, we paid for the pool to be heated, which it wasn't until halfway through the second day, and even then there was something wrong with the heating system and it took the guy almost an hour to fix.Overall though, it was a decent place for the cost.
