The second year we’ve stayed here. Love the location and deep water access. All upstairs rooms have lakeside windows and doors to upper deck. Great open floor plan downstairs. Stairs into lake are helpful. Amazing sunsets!

Great place for a large group gathering. Nice boat dock for our boat and lots of water toys means we never had to leave the house. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Wonderful way to spend the long weekend together with friends.

Great property and great hosts. Stayed at several lake houses and this one has all the views and amenities you need for a memorable lake experience. Excellent indoor and outdoor layout with many thoughtful details. Loved the outdoor lighting for those lakeside evenings. We very rarely stay at the same place twice but we would stay here again for sure.

While it was super hot in Texas while we were there the lake water was always refreshing. We all enjoyed floating,kayaking and paddle boarding. The kids loved catching fish. And then when it got too hot to be outside we felt like we were still on the water with the wonderful views from the house. We loved how close we were to the water. So peaceful.

Fantastic location and well equipped for water sports. Our family had a great time and highly recommend staying here if you want to rent a home on the waterfront.

The house has plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. Everyone really enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle board, and the island float. My 3 grandkids got to experience fishing for the first time (night time fish light was great)! We had to get used to the induction stovetop, but once done, the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for multiple cooks. (Bring your own baggies, foil, and Tupperware for both cooking and taking leftovers home) All 9 of us easily sat around the kitchen and outside tables. The coffee grinder was not working and Jackie had one delivered to us the very next day. (Thanks again Jackie!) The sunsets off the upper deck were beautiful. And the grassy area was great for lawn games. All the bedrooms and bedding were clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the house. Even the pool table got good use. Jackie left recommendations for boat rental companies and the one we chose delivered the boat directly to our dock! All in all, a great place for a family vacation.

This place was perfect for our small family reunion. Lots of outdoor areas to relax. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided for everyone to enjoy. Big common areas for the whole gang to eat and play games.

We had a great time! The view was fantastic, and the house had a great deck and outside area. It was a good location in Marble Falls with easy access to a number of state parks. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect for a relaxing weekend that allows you to never leave the house because you have everything you need! The patio, porch and lake are absolutely breath taking and make for a wonderful patio dinner with enough space for the entire family!

My family and I plan an annual getaway each year and typically we’ve gone down to the coast, Port Aransas area. This year, after waiting a little long to secure a place that would occupy us all and our fur babies, we decided to look a little closer to home. Our stay at the O’Farrell Lake House was so wonderful that we’re doing it again this year and staying an extra day!! We loved the house, the area, access to the lake (just outside the back door), absolutely everything about our stay here, including how easy it was to communicate with the owner before our stay with any questions we had. Our family of 11 were comfortable and our dogs loved it too! The pool table, lily pad for the water and tubes for floating were all added bonuses. We had plenty of comfortable space in the house and parking too! We rented from a local boat company so the young adults could go tubing one afternoon. They picked them up right at the dock, on site, so it couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend this location for some wonderful family time. We can’t wait to be there again this summer to make new memories!

Very nice quiet location right on the water. Met all of our needs. Of note, 2 of upstairs beds are super elevated so those vertically challenged may need step stool.

A small group of us guys take a golf trip every year, and picked this house to stay in this year due to the lake access. The owners were great to work with. Great location, great house! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well with this rental. House is as advertised and is perfect lake front property. Hosts were easy to communicate with and check in and out was piece of cake. It all made for a good family thanksgiving weekend.

We had a week-long vacation with our extended family of 13 and had a great time. Everywhere you looked you could see the water—so relaxing. The boat slip was a great bonus and although it was too hot to use the sun deck, there were plenty of shady places to hang out. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards, and the fishing was great right at the dock. Caught some huge sun perch. Swimming was the biggest hit for the kids. All in all, a lovely home well appointed and comfortable. 2 thumbs up!!

We booked the house for a family vacation: Myself and my wife, my parents, my 3 kids, and their spouses, my aunt and my granddaughter who is 5. The house was perfect for our extended family and our fur babies. There were some minor issues, like the fans on the upper deck didn't work, the swimming dock edging was not secured and kept falling off and there was quite a bit of stale or moldy foods in the cupboards and freezer. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was spacious enough to keep all 11 of us and the pets extremely pleased. We checked out some of the other rentals while there and decided for us, this was definitely the right choice.

We were looking for a property to have a surprise birthday weekend for my spouse and some family. This location checked all the boxes. Family friendly, on the water, and quite comfortable. The owners were responsive and assisted us when things popped up. The location included water toys, which were well maintained and had plenty of life vests for the little ones. Beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets and great memories!

Had a great time celebrating my fathers 91st birthday with family. Thank you for letting us use your space, we all enjoyed the property and had a great time! we hope to use it again next summer.

We love this house. We have stayed there twice now but won’t stay there again. We were accused of moving outdoor furniture around which we did not. The owner insisted that we did… and that we damaged something in the process. We did not move any tables around. also, the hook to the jet ski ramp was already damaged when we arrived it was actually tied in a knot to keep it together and when we used it, I ripped off. Rather than leaving it to be someone else’s problem, I chose to inform the owner and they repeatedly asked me where we left it, did it fall in the lake, they couldn’t find it, we used the strap the wrong way, etc. Beautiful home! But I would definitely take pictures of how you find everything. We are great renters to have. We have never had a problem anywhere else.

This property was amazing. The house and facilities were exactly as advertise. The check in process was simple and the boathouse was excellent. The kitchen was well furnished and stocked as was the outdoor cooking area. 10 out of 10 stars

House has recently been remodeled. New kitchen etc. There are very large picture windows and sliding glass doors all through the house which provide great views of the lake (the house sits on a point and has open water views from every window and all decks). Several different outdoor areas to hang out in. We loved the firepit and there was plenty of wood. Will definitely stay here again.
