Very cute! 1960s style bungalow. Decorated to fit the era. Close to beach access. Lots of beach equipment and a wagon. The home did smell as if a smoker had stayed previously.

This stay at this property was just as great as in July. Everything you could want is provided with just a short stroll to the beach. Would recommend this property without any hesitation!

The property is old and, yes the kitchen is outdated, but is functional. The property is much more overgrown than in the photo, but that was fine because it gave more privacy. The ad said there was a gas grill. There was not. The check in documents that were provided with the keys had the wrong wifi network listed and the wrong password. I contacted the property manager by email on Saturday right after we moved in and she never replied. I eventually figured out the wifi situation, but there definitely was no gas grill. The property should be as advertised and when the tenant emails the property manager they should reply. So, the property itself was okay, the performance of the property manager was not. Additionally, during the rental process I emailed the property manager with some questions. She did not reply to that inquiry either. Not impressed at all with the customer service.

The home is VERY clean and conveniently located. Parking is confusing upon arrival (must park down a small alleyway) but we figured it out quickly. There are some larger homes behind this one that have pools, resulting in some noise from the neighbors.

This was a great vacation spot with perfect beach access. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice property but cleaning fees and service fee were high

The retro decor and old Florida construction makes for a very charming stay. While on a crowded street the plants all over the property give a great feeling of privacy. Only downside was the outdated facilities, but everything worked just fine. Great location, a short walk to the beach and a short drive/trolley ride to the rest of the island.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to this time! Its a pretty little house, walking distance to the beach, great neighborhood. The house was definitely not disinfected to be safe for Covid19, luckily we brought plenty Lysol and alcohol with us.. The first night I realized that sheets were not washed, next day I had to wash all the sheets. Also, the dishes were dirty, all utensils have a grease film like it hasn't been washed for ages and few plates got stuck together with mustard on it. The floors have not been swiped either, so my first day on vacation i had to literally clean the house to make it safe for my family!Another thing I want to point at is that outside plants have overgrown it makes it hard to walk around. The house is super cute with beautiful location its just so unfortunate that house is not taken care of!

I would like to start with thank you. Our stay was pleasant and we were very pleased with the house. It was clean and comfortable and fit our family well. We appreciated being close to the beach and having access to the washer and dryer. All the beds were comfy and the linens were clean. The house had a cute retro feel to it. I have no complaints other than I wish my family and I had more time to spend there. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to be back soon.

Very clean, shower was small but easy to rent. Stay was great

There was lots to do beach was nice plenty of shopping easy check-in and check-out our out of state guests were inpressed

I was going to take a cheap motel in Bradenton FL where the buddy I was visiting lives. He thought otherwise, and showed me the Vacation Rentals website, most specifically 2206 Ave. B. At $100/nt, was I REALLY going to stay at a Days Inn for, maybe, $15 less?? NUH-UH! This house is roomy, sunny-bright, and CHEERFUL, and turned this little vacay into something SPECTACULAR! THANK YOU KARL for twisting my arm!!

The house was nice but very outdated. Airconditioner not enough to cover the whole house. Tv are so old!!! On one of the tv there was a sign tv makes loud noise it will eventually go away if the noise bothers you don't use it.
