We travelled with 3 couples and the house was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and they each had their own bathroom which was amazing! The house had everything we needed and more. The house was just as advertised.
The views from the porch (upstairs and downstairs) were perfect and the sunrises were breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again. It was a great house for our getaway. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

This lovely home was ideal for my family of 8 when we vacationed in Waynesville over the 4th of July. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the screened-in porch was breathtaking. This was a top notch rental experience!

Beautiful, warm and comfortable home that did not disappoint and the fall decorations were great! Everyone enjoyed their private king bed/bath with plenty of room to spread out together. The kitchen was a dream with all the amenities we needed to prepare our meal and the view was spectacular!

This home and host couple are fantastic. The warmth of the home is so welcoming it does not feel like a “vacation home” even though it is well provisioned for its guests. We stayed with our 2 teen boys and married daughter/son in law and 1 yr old grand baby and it was perfect with everyone having their own bathrooms and “space” but also a great family room and kitchen for all being together. I give the view from the house a 8/10 with the sunrise being absolutely gorgeous. All the furniture and beds are very comfortable, everything was clean, the home was perfectly provisioned and the instructions were very clear for everything. The host and property manager were very attentive even though we needed absolutely nothing fixed or attended to while we were there. We will definitely stay here again when we take all the kids together. We loved Waynesvulle also!

We spent 6 days in the home and did not want to leave. It was our first girls trip to North Carolina and it did not disappoint.
The home is spacious, comfortable, and the views were exceptional with the fall color. The town of Waynesville has great shopping, restaurants and the Apple Fest was an added bonus!
Our only issue was Google Maps took us to the wrong address. We flew into Greenville, SC and drove to Waynesville on a Friday afternoon. It took us three and half hours to drive 83 miles with traffic and getting lost. We will be flying into Asheville for our next trip!

The house was large and beautiful and had everything we needed and more! We only needed to provide our food/drinks so that was really appreciated. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. Highly recommend this mountain home!!

This house is fantastic! So comfortable, so clean, so well-stocked! A beautiful setting and view. Ann was wonderful to talk to and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this house to all my friends and family.

Fabulous is an understatement
The hosts, the views, the property all were fantastic. The home is truly your home away from home with every creature comfort you can imagine. This is by far the nicest home owned by the kindest hosts in existence. We loved every moment and will definitely return.

Excellent property tucked away in a mountain side overlooking the valley below. Very clean!!!
Owners were easy to speak with, helpful in any way necessary. The home is couple friendly, each room with a spacious bathroom and king bed. It’s easy to rest and relax and enjoy nature on the mountainside screened porches.

Spectacular house, amazing views!
Spectacular house, amazing views! We stayed for a week and loved every minute. The house is immaculately furnished and the views are just to die for. The property manager and owner were ncredibly attentive. It could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend this owner and property.

This was probably the nicest home we have ever rented. It had everything you could want in a rental. The location and views were superior. Communication with the owner was excellent. Absolutely no problems during our three week stay. Would we come back again ABSOLUTELY

Amazing Mountain View
The most amazing Mountain View’s. Even our daughter and her husband woke up 2 hours earlier than their normal wake up time to see the changing spectacular sunrises. Everything about the home was perfect and well appointed. You can tell the owner has taken great care in their guest’s comfort.

Wonderful House!!
What a great house for our golf weekend!! Close to golf courses. Incredible view. Wonderfully furnished and tastefully decorated. Easy arrival/checkout. Comfortable beds. Loved the kitchen which was stocked to the max. Not one negative all weekend. Everyone in our group was impressed. Thank you to Ann and Hollis for sharing their home with us!

Best mountain house ever
We’ve stayed in several mountain places over several years and this one was without a doubt the best. It was built with so much attention to detail that I can’t think of anything that would improve it. Access was easy, the view was spectular, and the furnishings were lovely. It also was easy to get to the grocery stores and restaurants as well as the BR Parkway. We will likely stay there again in the future

Truly home away from home
I would like to start by thanking Ann and Hollis for sharing their wonderful home. We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving vacation at their property, and we could not have asked for more. Communications were great, location and views were amazing, and home was wonderful. The home is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. There is plenty space to gather for a nice dinner or game night, yet enough privacy when you want to relax and spend some time on your own. There are plenty of supplies, anything you could think of is there. Proximity to town, local attractions and hikes is great. All in all, it is the best you could find. We truly felt at home from the moment walked in! Thank you again!

Private paradise only minutes from civilization
The home is spotless, spacious, well equipped and oh, the view! It can be difficult to tear yourself away from the screened porch but there is so much to do in the area. Wonderful hiking trails, great little shops and restaurants are only minutes away in the charming town of Waynesville. The owners are extremely helpful and efficient. We have rented many vacation properties and this one is at the top.

Relatives Retreat
Our group of eight relatives had a great week in Waynesville and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Not only is it beautiful and well maintained, but every amenity you could ask for was provided. We've rented other houses in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area but none could compare to this one. Two of the many things we appreciated were the king size beds and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location and views are excellent. We hope to return there many more times!

Lovely home
The location was convenient to the mountains and to shopping in Waynesville and Asheville. The house itself was very nice, especially the kitchen which was a pleasure to be in. And we appreciated how prompt and professional the owners were.

Fabulous Mountain Retreat
We are 5 women in our 50s and 60s who stayed here for our annual hiking trip. The house was as advertised -- luxury, upscale, relaxing, quiet, and more. We prepared meals 5 of the 7 nights at the house. The kitchen was well appointed; had everything we needed. Ate on the screened in porch. Watched the gorgeous sunrise and enjoyed sunsets on the deck. Hiked in the Smokey Mountains and Pigsah National Forest. Spent a day at the Biltmore and walking around Asheville. The property owners made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for a Girls' Getaway
This beautifully appointed, comfortable home was perfect for a girls' getaway with my three BFFs. Each of the lovely four bedrooms has its own bathroom with every amenity one might need for a weekend away. The kitchen also was very well stocked. The views from this home are amazing and we're looking forward to a return trip in warmer weather when we can relax outside on the many porches. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus, as was being so close to Waynesville.

Lovely, relaxing Home Away
We were so pleasantly pleased with this home overlooking Waynesville. Our group consisted of 4 'older' siblings with 3 spouses, and this place is ideally set up for 4 couples with the individual bedrooms/en suites. The home was immaculate, very homey, and obviously well maintained. Nice library for those relaxing days. Well-trained birds showed up throughout the day, altho' the hummingbirds weren't very attentive. The choice of sitting on the porch with or without screening was nice depending on the time of day. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. In fact, we 7 usually ate most meals at the breakfast bar. Beautiful view and we loved the Waynesville area. We would hardily recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Golf Vacation!
My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed in this lovely, well decorated and well furnished home for a week. Everything we needed was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We played 3 different golf courses and enjoyed the Haywood BBQ, the Sweet Onion and Bogarts. We cooked in the other nights, utilizing the outdoor grill. The house is conveniently located to downtown Waynesville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and only an hour away to the Great Smokey Mountains, where we visited twice for picnics and hiking. We will definitely want to stay again and again.

Quiet Getaway
We visited in early spring of 2015. This is a large and comfortable home, but since it was just my husband and I, the owners allowed us to rent the main floor, which met our needs with a large bedroom (king bed), en suite bathroom, huge kitchen with open concept living area and a half-bath. There is a comfortable screened-in porch on the back side, with adjoining deck spaces off the master bedroom and the kitchen, with a gas grill. The property is high enough up the hill to be very quiet and has good views of the Smokey Mountains. This would be a great place for a larger party since the downstairs has three bedrooms each with a private bath. We solved the problem of no internet access by using a free app called "PDAnet" which allowed us internet access through our phone.

The most amazing place you will ever stay!
It's easy to see why all the reviews have given this home 5 stars. This home is amazing, so close to Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Canton just to name a few towns. The home is tastefully decorated and absolutely beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby but we chose to prepare our meals in the fantastic kitchen which has anything you need to make any dish you want. The large granite kitchen island is the heart of the home and we spent a good deal of time there and on the wonderful screened in deck watching the birds eating from the bird feeder. The bedrooms were equally great each having it's own bathroom. No detail has been overlooked. I would recommend this home to anyone, we can't wait to go back. The home owners were wonderful to work with! Thank you!

Beautiful home
We stayed here for a week in the mountains with adult children and grandchildren. The home is perfect and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfy. The views are fabulous. The kitchen is well equipped. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was a real bonus. We vacationed in the Waynesville area the entire time our children were growing up at a place called Rivermont owned by a nice couple. It was on the Pidgeon River and had a big barn they made into a game room for kids. However, as it goes in life, the couple aged and sold it and it is not the same anymore so we were delighted to find this beautiful house to replace it. The close proximity to Waynesville is great. Highly recommend this fantastic house.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location
For our first time in the Smokies it was the perfect choice, 5 minutes from the highway, a short small winding road leads you to a wonderful laid out home and the gorgeous view down the mountain towards Waynesville. Tastefully furnished with a gourmet equipped kitchen, one of the best place we ever rented. Waynesville is a nice small city, restaurants are great, walking the street and their small boutiques is a lot of fun. Asheville, Biltmore which are worth visiting are less than an hour away. Discovering places in the Smokies is a never ending wonderful experience. We felt at home in this mountain place which tells how much care the owners put in maintaining it to a 5 stars status.
