This was the perfect place for my family to get away from the every day grind. We had plenty of time to relax and enjoy being secluded on this private property. Fishing, hiking, camp fire, and hot tub were awesome. The cabin and property were very clean. We would definitely consider renting this cabin again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Beaver Run! The home was adorable, very clean, and well stocked, and the property around the home was gorgeous. We loved exploring the land, using the hot tub, and enjoying all the seating areas outside. We only spent a few days there, but we could have easily spend a few weeks and still found fun things to do! We loved our stay, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful home and property!

10 Stars! If you want privacy and seclusion - this is the perfect rental. Amazing how relaxing and peaceful it is to be surrounded by nature. Sheer perfection!!! Our goal was to find a romantic get-away to celebrate our 1yr wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The interior was spotless. Furniture was on point with comfy leather couches, a large custom squared kitchen table tucked in a nook that was surrounded by windows. The kitchen was top notch with a large gas stove and farmhouse sink. Definitely a modern farm-house vibe. Bathroom had a rustic custom vanity and smooth rock/tiled walk-in shower with plenty of hot water! Loved that it was not the 'old' pieced together random grandmother style furniture you see in most rentals! Acres and acres of nature to explore including a hidden picnic table in the woods, cleverly situated over-looking a bubbling brook. Super nice deck and a large fire-pit surrounded by Adirondacks and large stumps for sitting. Toasting marshmallows in the fire, while looking up at the stars was total tranquility. We were surprised how short the drive was into Quinlan and happy to find a Super Wal-Mart along with several restaurants. As suggested in previous reviews, we ate at Luigi's and thoroughly enjoyed it. We've only been gone 3 days and I'm ready to go back!

This was such a beautiful cabin and a wonderful stay! Everything was impecable and the property is well maintained. It truly exceeded our expectations. We loved how secluded and private everything was. It was a complete experience. We already want to come back. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Every time we wanted something, we would say, “no way they also have what we need now”; sure enough, we would find it stocked in the cabinets. They have thought of everything. I can’t recommend this place enough. 10 stars!

We wanted to spend Thanksgiving somewhere quiet, and this was perfect. There were a few hiccups and the property manager was very responsive. We appreciated the location, quiet, and the wonderful responsiveness.

The property is so very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Bed was soft and the house had everything we needed! Be aware that the wifi is very very slow. My husband had to do some work from his computer and thankfully not for too long, but this would be the only drawback to this little cabin if you have to do some online work on vacation. Same for cell phones. But really the best thing about the property was outdoors. The dock on the pond was nice. We did not come to fish, but it was nice to sit on the bench and look out on the water. I saw many trails that were tempting to go and explore, however we spent a lot of our outside time in the hot tub and inside snuggling. Will definitely come back again!! Our favorite local restaurants were Luigi's Italian Restaurant and The Lumberyard.

Yes, we love this place so much we’ve started calling it “ours”. We stayed last year with our kids and came back this year to relax, adults-only. Absolutely beautiful, relaxing, welcoming place that is fun for all ages. No complaints either time (except that we couldn’t stay longer!). Will be back next year!

My husband and I enjoyed this getaway for our 30th anniversary. The property was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed fishing, hiking around the property and relaxing in the hammock and the hot tub. Very comfortable and beautiful accommodations! We plan to come back!

We greatly appreciated that they do not use scented items in the cabin and they wash the linens in a scent free detergent, as I am sensitive and allergic to a lot of those things. My husband and daughter loved fishing on the little pond! And we really enjoyed getting out of the City and into the woods for a get away as a family. We would love to come back! We only had one issue that came up where we needed to contact the host, and when we called she answered right away and was very helpful and nice!

The property sounded amazing online and it even exceeded our expectations in person. Incredible getaway for a couple, but could see how it would be great for a small family as well. Loved the cabin, big rocking chairs on the front porch, the hammock & the covered hot tub.

The property and the cabin were very well-kept. Enjoyed the walking trails and the three cows that were roaming around. The design of the inside of the cabin is very spacious and I love the vaulted ceilings.

Nice place,quiet and peaceful. Me and my wife had great experience, we spent most of our looking over the pond and looking at the sky, we didn't get a chance to use the spa because it looks like it had to much Chlorine in the water and few other things but nothing we couldn't overcome. My wife was happy so I was happy.

Beavers Run was a perfect weekend trip for our family. The kids loved the games, hiking, fishing and riding their bikes around thr property. It's much bigger than the pictures show! They have everything you could possibly need, including an air mattress which came in handy. So close to the state park where they have a very nice swim beach. We will definitely be back when the weather is cooler. Also don't forget to drive into Canton to check out the shops!

This was our 3rd stay and will not be the last. Beautifully done cabin and fishing pond is amazing.! Every time we stay we think about when we can return. Very responsive staff, thanks so much for sharing this relaxing haven!!

Our family loves visiting the Lake Tawakoni area and staying at the Brannon’s properties. This property did not disappoint. It was peaceful and relaxing and the proximity to the state park was great. Would definitely recommend.
