Let’s start by saying this is the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. Everything about this Villa exceeded my expectations and I look forward to one day returning and spending a longer time there. The Villa was exactly as advertised if not better. The host, Bianca, was beyond accommodating and helpful with everything from planning my party’s arrival to helping me with the events I planned on the villa grounds. This is one magical destination and I would go back in a heartbeat! Grazie Mille Bianca!!

What a wonderful property and host! We had 13 family members staying for just over a week and it was spectacular. Couldn't have been a better experience!

We had a wonderful stay!
This is a beautiful and very special house. Location near Florence is great and easy to take day trips to Siena and explore many nearby wineries.
Definitely recommend a car.
Suggestions for tours, restaurants, and towns to visit were very helpful.
Bianca was a great host and very attentive to anything we needed when we were there. One day we got locked out of the guest house and she was there within minutes with an extre key.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Le Colline and can highly recommend it.
The property is bigger than it looks online and has two large suites on the top floor with private sitting rooms. Every bedroom with en-suite is beautifully furnished and comfortable. My 18 month old grandson was well catered for with a cot, high chair and crockery provided .
The villa is elegant, full of character and creates a relaxed atmosphere for a family holiday. It is quiet, private and has outstanding views across the countryside. It is secure and gated.
The swimming pool is surrounded by mature olive trees. It is clean and well maintained with ample loungers, parasols, pool towels and inflatables in the pool house. There’s a small fridge, table and chairs in the shade by the pool.
Our host, Bianca, was warm and welcoming. She provided excellent information and support before, during and after our stay. Her house booklet and recommendations were extremely helpful. We used it to book a recommended cook for breakfasts and two excellent dinners at the villa.
It was easy to get around. We rented cars and went into Florence. We also drove to surrounding villages to shop, visit restaurants and did wine tasting.
The standard of cleaning on arrival and during our stay was immaculate. Our grocery order was in place on arrival and all of our requests were met.
Our overall experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Bianca.

Villa Le Colline is a magnificent house and property dating back to the 15th century. It is well kept and appointed with 7 bedrooms, a wonderful pool and an arbored outdoor dining area which we used frequently when dining at the house. Our host, Bianca, was charming and attentive and readily available to fulfill our needs and desires and to provide recommendations. She is the best! The drive to Florence is roughly 20 minutes, 30 minutes to Greve and the Chianti region and approximately 40-45 minutes to Sienna. Villa Le Colline is well situated in the pastoral countryside of Impruneta but not too distant from the sites. All in all, a wonderful experience.

All of the five star reviews of this property are absolutely true! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Bianca and her family were so welcoming and attentive to our stay. The villa is close to Florence and other stunning cities in Tuscany. The local chefs, particularly Christina and Antonella, made amazing meals for us and we also did a cooking class. Everyone loved it!

Having waited a couple of decades for this stay to come true it ticked all the boxes. Our group of 15 friends and family had the most wonderful week. There was plenty of quiet places for those who wanted it along with plenty of space inside and out for all of us to be together. The villa its self was all you would imagine in an elegant Tuscan villa overlooking The Tuscan countryside dotted with Cypress trees. Bianca our host was brilliant. We could not have asked for more.

The saying "pictures don't do it justice" applies here. The Villa far exceeded every expectation we had.
The Villa itself is perfectly appointed with every amenity and luxury. Fully stocked, clean and well maintained while retaining all its copious historical significance. Every bedroom and bathroom are a tasteful and thoughtfully designed delight, every need met, right down to towel warmers. Linens are lovely and plentiful. The Villas kitchen is a historical treasure and a modern chefs delight with everything you could ever need. All other living areas, inside and out, are perfectly appointed, comfortable and fully functional. We were a party of 12 and rented both the Villa and guesthouse.
We loved every minute we were there and even cancelled plans one day to simply enjoy the Villa and walk the beautiful grounds. Bianca was wonderful prior, during and after our stay. So gracious and welcoming and a wealth of information. Bianca even helped make some local calls for us to arrange services. We also used many of her local recommendations for Chef, Driver, and others; each one was an incredible joy to work with.
We simply could not have loved our time at the Villa more. Each day and evening were spent in comfort, luxury and delight. We went in Nov/Dec so we didn't get to enjoy the stunning pool areas. We cannot wait to go back in the warmer months. This place is a treasure and experience you cannot afford to miss.

The villa was beautifully restored, Bianca and Andrea were very welcoming. Bianca gladly helped us with some excursions on our off days. Antonella, one of the preferred chefs was also wonderful, we have never eaten better. Would highly recommend!!

Just came back from a fantastic trip to the Tuscany region. The property was as advertised! Our host Bianca was great and very attentive. She is extremely sweet and truly cares if you enjoy your time while visiting. The villa is roughly 20/25 minutes from Florence which is convenient. At times finding a taxi can be a challenge. Having said that, it always worked out in the end. If you are looking for a great spot look no more. We only wish we had a few more days in the area. Next time!

First, Andrea & Bianca could not be more welcoming and nice. Amazing hosts.
The property is extraordinary. An amazing combination of old and new. We had 4 couples and then 3 other adults and all had rooms we loved. Each room has wonderful updated showers. Some said they didn't want to get out of the shower. LOL. The views from some of the rooms are spectacular. With windows open, the fresh air and the sounds of Tuscan nature (roosters gently woke some of us each morning) are indescribable. (I posted a picture of my bedroom view and people thought it was a photograph.
We sat outside every night for after-dinner cocktails and it was warm enough to use the pool a couple of the days late Sept. Pool is also modern and relaxing.
Any and all kitchen utensils were available, spices for cooking etc.
We took advantage of their recommendation for a private chef (Alessio) for 2 of the nights and both experiences were delightful, including wine they included.
One important point, not a criticism. Ville Le Colline is in the heart of Tuscany and many great destinations are accessible. Arezzo, Cortona, Sienna, Pienza, San Gimignano, Montepulciano...even Cinque Terre. Only 30 mins to center of Florence. BUT....we highly recommend a driver as getting in/out of Ville Le Colline is not easy if you don't know these roads. Tommaso was a suggestion from Bianca and he was perfetto!
If you are looking for a true Tuscan experience, Ville Le Colline will not disappoint.

The Villa is a very stately, beautiful and well taken care of by the family through the years. This was a celebration of our family/friends, as we are all celebrating milestone birthdays. As I stood in front of the mirror which was veined with age, in our bedroom, I was reminded the resiliency of time through the years! It gave the time we spent together as family/friends a greater perspective.
The bathrooms have been beautifully updated. The kitchen is plentiful with houseware to feed the many guests, many courses! The hosts, Bianca and Andrea, were exceptionally responsive when asked/texted questions to guide us during our stay. Our only issue was air conditioning, which was exasperated by the high temperatures of 100 degrees during our stay. Both Bianca and Andrea were as responsive and attentive, as possible with the issue as it was not something they had control of with the high temperature or the lack of responsiveness in getting parts to fix. They made special efforts to continue to support us with fans, homemade apple cake and pesto for our meals. We also utilized the chef Antonella and her accomplice for two meals, and they were sensational! I will never eat lasagna again without remembering the best ever she created! Her creations are heavenly and not to be missed!
This was a true memorable stay at the Villa and one that no one will ever forget…with stories to be shared for generations of our travels within Italy from this incredible Villa with amazing hosts!

The villa is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners could not have been more generous with information about the house, immediate neighborhood, cooks and sights to see. Everyone, from ages 10 - 80, loved this rental and wants to come back!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Villa Le Colline! We had a group of 10 that included 3 kids. Everything was wonderful from arrival to departure. Bianca is responsive, helpful, and truly makes you feel at home. The villa is spotless, equipped with everything you could need for a stay, and even more beautiful in person than in pictures. I highly recommend a pizza night with Christina - fresh baked pizza from the outdoor brick oven was amazing! I also recommend meals by or a cooking class with Antonella - we had a blast making homemade gnocchi as a group. Staying at this villa is not just a stay, it is an experience - and a wonderful one! Don't hesitate to book this villa!

We had an amazing time at Villa Le Colline! The property is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family and conveniently close to Florence.
The villa is very private, located amongst ancient olive trees and lush gardens. The owners clearly love and respect the history of the property. It is impeccable with every possible modern convenience for entertaining and relaxing with small or large groups.
The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Our extended family of 12 people (ages 5 to 70) from the U.S. couldn't have been happier with our accommodations at Villa Le Colline. The historic Villa itself was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own comfortable bed in an air conditioned bedroom. Despite the unprecedented heat wave in Italy, the other non-air conditioned rooms stayed quite comfortable as well. The rooms were well-furnished and refreshed by housekeeping twice during the week. We particularly enjoyed jumping into the refreshing swimming pool after a sweaty day of sight-seeing. We also chose to take advantage of the chef and meal delivery services that were recommended to us by our host. The country location of the Villa is very private. While it is only a few kilometers from Impruneta and Florence, you really do need a car to get around. We rented 3 cars for our group so that we could go in different directions each day if desired. We were very glad that we did. One other caution is that there is no lift in the Villa. All of the bedrooms require climbing stairs to access. This wasn't a problem for us but it could be for others. Our host, Bianca, was very gracious and available to us any time we needed her. We were welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine upon our arrival and her mother, Andrea, even baked and delivered a breakfast cake to us a couple of days later! The information provided to us through the VRBO site and from Bianca after the Villa was booked was very complete and helpful.

After months of researching and reviewing hundreds of available Villas in the Tuscany area, we chose Villa le Colline for a celebration gathering of friends and family from the US, Colombia, Germany and France. With friends who are experienced & well traveled, we knew we had to find the perfect Villa...and Villa le Colline exceed all of our expectations!!! Villa le Colline has kept its authentic beauty while adding contemporary amenities, resulting in a rare mix of history and luxury We rented both the Villa & Guest House for the week. What an enchanted estate to explore, relax, enjoy, eat, drink, laugh and make wonderful memories. Each primary suite has its own upgraded bathroom providing everyone with the luxury and privacy needed...and yes, AC helps on a hot summer day. We were nervous with the common areas not having AC, but Bianca was right, we didn't need it...as we did spend most of our time relaxing poolside. We selected Chef Cristina (one of the approved chefs listed) to serve us daily breakfasts and multiple dinners (including a wonderful pizza oven experience)...and a cooking class at her house. WOW, Cristina is the best by making all of our guests feel like we are part of her family. You can feel the love and passion in each bite we took. We felt like we've made a friend for life and hope to see Cristina again! The Villa's proximity to Florence is great as we were able to get taxi services to pick / drop us off for a night out. Hope to be back soon!

My family and I (all sixteen of us including kids and a baby) had an experience beyond our wildest imagination. The villa is majestic! I highly recommend that you stay here and I hope I can do so again. It is located in an incredibly beautiful spot nestled in the Tuscan hills and offers amazing views of these surrounding environs. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hosts are also very helpful and courteous. Don’t miss out on this experience!

Beautiful stay in the country outside Firenze. Property is even more beautiful than in photos . We came for family stay with children. Great experience with recommend chefs and wine tours . Make sure you book a car, it’s a bit difficult to get taxis , about 25 minutes from city center.

Our week at Villa Le Colline was nothing short of magical. Our multigenerational family, and some friends from across the United States stayed at Villa Le Colline for a week. The villa is breathtaking. Every room, every detail is perfect. It’s an amazing combination of old world charm, with modern bathrooms and amenities. The grounds are also impeccable. The pool was refreshing and picturesque. All of our guests were in awe of the facilities. During our stay, we also had an amazing, and intimate wedding celebration. Bianca, and her mom— our hosts —were accommodating, kind, and attentive. They immediately made us feel like family.
Cristina our amazing cook made our stay feel even more special. She cooked us the most delicious breakfasts every morning, and dinner several nights. We also did a pizza night at the table in front of the Villa’s pizza oven and it might have been the best night of the trip!
Bianca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. We truly felt like she treated us like long lost family members! Whatever we needed, she handled — calmly and with grace.
At the end of our trip, we were asked what if anything they could have done better. All 14 of us couldn’t think of one thing. It was THAT amazing. (And considering the majority of us come from NYC, that's pretty impressive!)
We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect vacation and we were so sorry to leave! We’re trying to figure out how quickly we can return. We highly recommend it!

The Villa is exquisite. Beautifully kept - can't even imagine the work that a grounds crew must do to keep it so beautiful. We loved waking up to the birds chirping and sitting outside having our coffee. Bianca is an incredible host. Use the packet of information she provides! We booked chefs from there, restuarants in Florence and Impregnata. Highly recommend hiring a driver to shuttle you to nearby towns each day and night. I just left and I can't wait to return.

When a group of savvy and well traveled NY'ers (including myself as a lawyer and former travel agent) can definitively say that the villa, grounds and hospitality of the host were spectacular, that is high praise. The first night was spent on the grounds enjoying multiple fabulous brick oven pizzas, focaccia and Tiramisu (the absolute best and we tried a lot that week!) so that my group of 8 ladies who barely knew each other could relax and get to know each other. The villa's rooms with en suite baths were tastefully and elegantly presented - and while very much in the period, they were also modern and functional (not an easy task). Nothing was missing. The views were breathtaking from every room. The kitchen was well equipped and modern and Bianca was only a what's app call away for a recommendation or assistance. She even helped navigate 2 friends lost luggage - which surprisingly did not damper their spirit in this magnificent home. My special birthday trip with friends was exceptional as everyone had their own room and bath (very important to me) while getting together for meals and day trips. I only wish we had more time there as a week wasn't enough to fully enjoy the swimming pool and the inviting coffee table books that were everywhere. Practically speaking, (a) we rented 2 cars for 8 of us and the breathtaking drive to Florence from the villa is about 30 minutes (b) biking seemed impractical once off the grounds and (c) Bianca was not only friendly and full of practical information, but also very organized and efficient which I also very much appreciated. We loved it all!

We stayed at Villa le Colline for a week in April, on a family trip for my father's 75th birthday. We had ten adults and one baby (6 months), and we spent our week visiting Florence and some of the smaller towns and areas throughout Tuscany.
The villa was truly remarkable. It is about 20-30 minutes outside Florence, and easy enough to reach by cab or rental car from the airport or train station. The pictures do not do the building or the grounds justice--they are jaw dropping. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and modernized, with beautiful views. The common areas (dining room, living rooms, kitchen, outdoors) are wonderful for gathering. Obviously staying in the countryside is not as convenient to Florence as a hotel in the city, but if you have a large group and want the magic of a countryside villa for everyone, it is hard to beat this villa. We considered others, but decided on this one because of how close it is to Florence, and we are glad we did not stay farther away.
The house owner was very hospitable and accommodating as well. The villa already comes stocked with most of the necessities you need, and Bianca was a huge help in coordinating other things like groceries or local recommendations. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I enthusiastically recommend this villa, and hope to one day return!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect ending to our month long journey through Europe. It was quiet and peaceful and just absolutely beautiful! Our hostesses were always available if we had any needs and all their recommendations were outstanding. We highly recommended staying here.

It is hard to emphasize "perfect" in words but I will try. We will remember this property and this vacation forever. Bianca and her mother, who was our host while Bianca was out of town, were perfect. Their communication and hospitality could not have been better. The villa and property are stunning. The house was built in the 16th century and is beautifully historic, but the bathrooms and kitchen are very modern. The kitchen is extremely well equipped for a large group. There are a number of areas, including an amazing room with a fireplace, for resting and relaxing. We stayed on the third floor and the extra steps each night were well worth the breathtaking Tuscan views in the morning and the private sitting rooms outside of the bedrooms. The property the villa sits on is stunning. It is so well maintained and the groves of olive trees are something out of a movie. Florence was a short drive and both Impruneta and Grassina are minutes away for shopping and restaurants. I will rally friends and family in the future just to come back and enjoy this villa and Florence. We have rented many properties over the years this one is the best by far. We cannot wait to return and see Andrea and Bianca again.

There are few places like Italy to be with family and away from the world's worries. We chose this villa a short drive from Florence to spend our holiday.
We were greeted with a hug, sangiovese and homemade pasta. Not surprisingly we ate, laughed a bit and retired for the evening after a long day of travel.
The villa is what you would hope a preserved home in this area would be like. The living areas feel like Machiavelli could walk in at any moment yet every bathroom is brand new. A really nice balance. There is a fireplace in the kitchen and the living room. There are nice areas to eat in the kitchen, dining room and outside. Thankfully there is a nice gym in the basement and large enough grounds to walk off the meals that are invariably part of these trips.
Bianca and her family have lived here for four centuries so any request is managed accurately and with speed. When you arrive at a restaurant you are recognized and treated with care. Her direction and influence are invaluable.
Our family is grateful to have spent a holiday in Impruneta. If you are looking for a setting to enjoy Tuscany, this villa and these owners are as authentic as you will find.

Our time at Villa Le Colline was unforgettable. Bianca was the most amazing host. We left there and it felt like leaving family. We had a wedding there with 50 guests and it was absolutely perfect. Every need was met, every space in the home was perfect, everything about Villa Le Colline exceeded all expectations. If you want a Villa in Tuscany, Bianca’s home is perfect. We will be back!

We spent a fantastic week in this gorgeous villa offering extraordinary views on the tuscan hills.
The villa is stunning, centuries old yet modernized, with very spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms as well as large living spaces. The pool area is beautiful.
It is very well located to visit Florence, the Chianti region and other places of interest in Tuscany.
Bianca our host has been extremely welcoming, always available to assist us on any topic.
We are looking forward to coming back soon, and definitely recommend this place: you will not regret the experience!

Our family of fourteen stayed in this wonderful villa with its lovely guest house for our 20th family vacation. Our grandchildren who ranged from 10 to 24 all had a wonderful time. The villa maintains the old world feel while having extremely updated bathrooms. The grounds are well kept and the views amazing. The villa is close enough to Florence and the train station to make side trips convenient.
Our hostess, Bianca, is gracious and thoughtful. Her mother made us a welcome pie which I’m told was delicious. Since it was completely gone by the time I got to it, I’ll have to take their word.
All in all, the villa and Bianca made our 20th family vacation one that we will all remember forever.

Our family just spent one week making memories at the most beautiful villa in the Tuscan hillsides! Villa Colline is a magnificent home that allowed our whole family to be together to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!
Bianca was there within moments to resolve even the smallest issue…..like connecting the Sonos system to listen to Bocelli! Or providing the name of a talented chef and staff to serve pizza dinner to the children and a fabulous local specialties to the adults.
Whether it was coffee on the patio in the morning or cocktails overlooking the hillside in the evening, or a daily swim ; this home supported every dreamy concept you may have for a holiday in Italy, and Bianca is there to guide you with grace and patience. It was magical!

A truly amazing stay in the most beautiful place
We had the most wonderful & special time as a family at Villa Le Colline. Bianca is absolutely amazing - hugely helpful, immediately responded to messages, sweet, lovely and extremely warm & welcoming. We even had a homemade apple pie freshly baked for our arrival! The Villa is amazing, such a beautiful home & piece of history, much grander than I expected but with new & modern living spaces - gorgeous bedrooms & updated bathrooms, Aircon keeping us cool on the super hot days, lovely living areas to relax and a wonderful kitchen which was the heart of the home for our stay when we were indoors. We used the fabulous pool daily and it was perfect - there was endless swimming by kids and adults alike! All in all it was a fabulous & truly relaxing stay and a holiday we won’t forget! Can’t wait to come back!

Magnificent all around
The hosts are incredibly gracious and thoughtful. They love the property and the region and it shines through. We had a terrible travel experience with multiple flight cancellations, but upon arrival we were made to feel like family. Andrea: Bianca & family made things so simple for us. They were close by at all times but not intrusive. We really appreciated them. The chef prepared meals at the villa were some of our favorite. Highly recommend arranging two breakfasts and two dinners for simplicity, taste and experience.
Everyone Andrea and Bianca recommended (from chefs to tour guides) were highly appreciated. The villa booklet is VERY thorough. Do read it.
We also recommend KMZeroTours for day trips. They include transportation in the price of day their tours and our entire family, 14 persons ages 10-80 years old enjoyed the experiences.
Visiting the villa was like stepping back in time and and experience we will never forget. It was everything we hoped it would be.

The Villa was everything we expected. We just felt a little isolated. The children loved swimming.
The property was everything we could have expected. It would have been nice and we would have paid willingly to have a driver available to us, possibly to take us to Impruneta or Florence. When we called, it took a long time for the drivers to pick us up. But this was our problem feeling a little isolated.

Bianca was so attentive and friendly! The villa is very grand and each room is beautiful. The house is so well equipped. Definitely recommend getting Marco for a cooking lesson or to cook a meal. The views are amazing and the pool area is very pretty and welcome in the hot weather! Five stars!!!

A Splendid Villa and vacation.
Villa Colline is an exceptional property! The villa is beautifully appointed, the furniture and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with high quality pots and pans that can easily accommodate cooking for 16 guests. The knives are sharp! The ceramic plates and bowls lovely. The owners have applied great attention to these details. Outdoor spaces are manicured with comfortable furniture to enjoy while taking in the Tuscan vistas. Outdoor dining for 16 is conveniently located near the kitchen. An outdoor grill, pristinely cleaned, provided the perfect flame for our florentine steaks. Lastly, Bianca is the consummate hostess; lovely, gracious, responsive and always beaming a warm smile. I can’t praise this property enough! We’ll be back.
