Very good looking hotel, nice room decor. Very convenient location. Meters away from historical center.

My suit was not ready (we arrived at 8 p.m.), so i was placed to king room (standard i guess). No refund, no other excuses. There is no elevator, no help, so i had to get 2 suitcases on the 3rd floor myself. No window in the room. Well there is but people walk by so you have to close it when inside.

The hotel is a quaint boutique style place that we loved. The courtyard is beautiful and has a gazebo bar. It is close to all the restaurants and the river.

I can’t say one bad thing about the place.

We love it and will be back ASAP.

No coffee in the room.

Excellent location! The on-site restaurant and bar were exceptional and the bed was more comfortable than my own lol we can't wait to go back!

Amenities, for the price, the facility should have complimentary coffee, breakfast and coffee pots in the suite rooms at minimum. Left early because no coffee and no place open downtown to get any.

Great location in heart of downtown near restaurants, site and the River. Clea comfortable room. Wonderful common area courtyard with multiple fire places and fire pits and a gazebo bar.

No elevator to second floor rooms

STAFF! It felt like these were people we had known for years. so polite and friendly. Prompt to respond and assist. And such dog friendly individuals. The rooms were newly renovated, very well decorated, and quiet comfortable.

We loved that the property is pet friendly, close to everything in downtown Wilmington. Cozy, beautiful design and friendly staff.

Although the valet parking is a great amenity, it is a bit pricey.

Very disappointed with bkfast choices. Sugary cakes etc.to go… Perhaps a “ healthier option” like blueberry oatmeal muffin could be considered… but sit down breakfast is what we were expecting when told bkfast would be served from 7 a.m. Also dining room not open for dinner. 😕

location was awesome. valet was great. would recommend this service for peace of mind since parking is on the street.

not quite 4 stars. very clean and great staff. room was extremely well-appointed but no way to contact front desk-no phone in room. NO coffee or beverages in the morning to welcome guests. (that was a huge disappointment in my book) Restaurant on the property was less than stellar.

the staff were nice but never available. this hotel could be a 5 star resort if it were better managed and well staffed. Valet attendant was never there(not just for us, but several others commented) staff just had a lackadaisical attitude, and were never where they were supposed to be. the outdoor space was beautiful but staff didn’t clean off dust and pollen from the chairs and tables. no one offered to help with our bags. The property was beautiful; now just get some hospitable staff and it would be Amazing! the restaurant was beautiful and the food and cocktails were great, but again no service- it seemed the head chef was waiting on all the tables while 3 other people stood around behind the bar. it’s the hospitality/service industry, not an air bnb, or rental house. it needs attentive staff.

Location, design.

Desk greeter not helpful. Room did not have anyplace to put garments....not a wall hook, drawer, luggage stand, chair, closet. Everything had to be put on the floor. The only natural light was from a large glass pane in the front door. The opened guests up to the outside world. Frosted glass would have solved the problem. Not even a complimentary bottle of water but wildly overpriced nibbles.

We loved the room, and it’s decor. It was such an enjoyable stay, so quiet, peaceful and we felt totally safe.

Maybe add another reception sign near the street
