The location to the beach could not be better and the property was absolutely stunning. The owners were wonderful to work with we will definitely be coming back.

The house was wonderful, the owners were easy to communicate with. We had the best time making memories at the beach and comfortable staying at this home. We did have a small issue with one of our kids locking themselves in the room, however the owners were easy to communicate with and very understanding. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our happy place!
Returned to Catalina Catalina this year and it was as wonderful as ever! What a comfortable gathering spot for our family. It is well appointed and obviously well cared for. We have rented off and on several times since 2009 and it was like coming home. Thank you Marnie and Robert. We’ll be back!

Perfect location
Robert & Marnie were great hosts. The home is beautiful and in an ideal location . We enjoyed morning coffee and views on the balcony and roof. We were in the area for our daughters graduation from Long Beach State. We traveled with my parents and 2 other family members. It provided us with a place to celebrate and relax. We look forward to being able to stay at Catalina A in t to he future!

Place was amazing -steps from the beach, rooftop bbq. Place was clean and plenty of space. Would def stay there again.

Great Place with Amazing Views
This was a great place with amazing views of sunrises over the mountains and sunsets over the ocean! Less than 100 steps to the beach were we enjoyed playing games and building sand castles. The house is even better in person than it looks in the pictures with plenty of space to spread out even when we had 15 people over for a dinner one night. There was plenty to do for our kids (5 & 9) from games and puzzles in the house to a lot of sand toys for the beach (many sand chairs for adults too!). Very close to the airport and other great attractions. We hope to return to this place in the near future!

Mini family vacation
Clean, well furnished. Stock appliance kitchen. 2 refrigerators which was great to keep drinks cold. Chairs, towels and bikes to enjoy Beach fun. Beautiful view. Worth every penny.

Great birthday getaway!
The house was beautiful and spacious, well stocked with pretty much everything (kitchen items, toiletries/towels, beach gear) and clean. The beach was right across the street and it was nice that the area seemed to have less traffic of people and cars. Lots of parking around the house and Marnie the host was very nice and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again. My family really enjoyed themselves!

Class Reunion Vacation
From start to finish we had a wonderful experience renting Cape Catalina. Marnie and Richard were wonderful hosts. They were available to us whenever we contacted them and tried to accommodate all our needs.
The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. It's well constructed and beautifully appointed. The common area is warm and inviting. We ate in most nights and could work easily in the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were organized in such a way that they worked for us as couples and would be fine for families. It was clean! Best of all - it was 1/2 block from the beach!
We had a few needs arise during the week. Any questions were promptly attended to by Marnie and Richard. We recommend this property to those thinking of a multiple couple get away. It was lovely.

Enjoyed our stay.
Stayed at Cape Catalina for a staycation for my birthday. We frequent this local beach, staying here was convenient for all of us. The beach is just steps away and nice views. The property was clean. Enough space for the 8 of us. Thank you Marnie and Robert, we’ll be back soon.

Great beach getaway
My family and I had a great time staying here. It has plenty of space (we have three young kids), great views of the water, and is right across from the beach. Marnie and the property management team were super helpful also. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Home
Our stay here was wonderful! The home was beautiful and had lots of space to spread out in! The kitchen was large with well stocked!. A quick walk across the street and you are at the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Took my family here for a short getaway. The owners were super easy to talk to and very accommodating. The location is perfect, walk across the street and you're at the beach! The house was clean, spacious, great kitchen, and the rooftop built in BBQ was awesome!

Amazing home with a beautiful view!!
We had an amazing time during our stay. Marnie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is located at Sunset Beach in the Huntington Beach area, which is perfect for walking to the beach and bicycling along the beach boardwalk. The roof deck really made this property a 5 star stay.

This property is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. Very accommodating, clean and extremely close to the beach. Marnie and Robert were both great throughout the process. The entire family loved it and the location. I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Perfect beach getaway!
The house is exactly as described but even better in person. It is a residential neighborhood and the home is well built / quiet. Beach on one side, harbor on the other and super close to Bolsa Chica. Great surfing on the beach right in front of the home. Our family of 4 spent a wonderful week here and we'll definitely try to come back again in the future.

Great beach house
Casa Catalina was a great stay for my family of four on Fathers day. It was clean and provided extra infection control cleaners and lots of hand sanitizer. The location is perfectly situated between the ocean and the bay with a stunning view of both from the super cool rooftop deck. We have a kayak and a SUP and it was so nice to walk across PCH and put in at Huntington Harbour. It had plenty of space and is tastefully decorated. We will return.

Grad Week Celebration
We took our family to this beautiful beach house as a graduation present for my son/our summer vacay during Covid. It was a great time for our family, everything was so close.
We had one minor hiccup with a plumbing issue regarding sand, but we called the property manager and was promptly sent a plumber. We would love to return here someday.

Beautiful House
Such a beautiful, recently renovated house within walking steps of the ocean. You can't get beach access like that anywhere else for the price. The house was big enough to accommodate our two families and all the recent updates made the house beautiful. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful views
The house has a great view of the ocean and an amazing kitchen! My family visited the house over Thanksgiving and we were able to cook an amazing meal with the help of a well equipped kitchen. The owners were very attentive and helped us to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again! It was the perfect place to get together.

Perfect beach getaway with a view!
Beautiful home with high end finishes and great entertaining spaces. The view from the top floor is incredible!! House was equipped with a great/fully stocked kitchen and main living space. All the beach necessities including towels are provided. Short half block wall to the beach with a full view of the shore from the living room. Enough room for a family or couples to spread out and be comfortable. Great stay and highly recommend!

SPECTACULAR! The photos don't do it justice!
The house is huge and beautifully appointed and perfectly located. They have thought of everything, inside and out. All you'll need to relax at the beach, pedal around Sunset Beach and Huntington or for a romantic getaway is all here. You will be so glad you chose Cape Catalina

Great property...
We spent a long weekend at Cape Catalina with our extended family. This property is as advertised in every way. Great location, and very well maintained. Kitchen and dining area were excellent and made meal prep very convenient. Especially love the roof top cooking area/grill! Was awesome to prep and socialize at sunset!
