Lovely little apartment that suited us perfectly

Well maintained and up to date apartment with plenty of amentities near by and quick access to the CBD. Aircon in both bedrooms and the main living area was appreciated in Sydney summer weather.
It's a short walk to lots of restaurants and cafes with a few bars and pubs nearby as well. A 5ish minute walk gets you to a bus stop with regular buses into town, which only takes about 15 minutes.
The host, Rosalie was great and communicated well.

This is our second stay and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is a quiet and spacious oasis, but only a few steps away from central Rozelle. There are two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a large bathroom that includes a washing machine and dryer. It is well stocked with everything you are likely to require and there is a supermarket just up the road. I hope to return!

This is a really great apartment in a wonderful location. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious and beautifully clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is large and the doors to the balcony fold right back allowing you to look out over the Sydney horizon and enjoy the view. We loved it and I can thoroughly recommend a stay there, you won’t regret it

We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment in Rozelle.
The accommodation was quiet, clean, cool (air con in every room) and comfortable.
The location was fantastic, with bus or ferry to the city, and cafés, restaurants, and pubs literally 3 minutes walk away.
Rosalie was a accomplished host.
We’re thinking of selling our property in the Southern Highlands and moving to Balmain!

Delighted to be able to stay here again during our visit to Sydney to catch up with family & friends, and some theatre shows.
Once again, could not fault this peaceful apartment with treed outlook, a few steps from local coffee shops & restaurants, 10 minutes by bus to CBD or 15-20min walk to Balmain ferry. Very thankful for the umbrellas in the hall on one day of persistent rain.
Ros is just the best host, with great access instructions and highly responsive to our requests that included an additional family member staying for 1 night of our stay.
We look forward to a return visit.

Everything communicated was perfect. My kids enjoyed all the extra thoughtful stuff like kids DVD’s and games to play. Short walk to Totti’s for dinner which we all loved. Will be coming back to stay for visits with family!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sydney - the location was great and given how close it is to a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, it was really quiet. The check in process was straight forward and the owners let us know where we could find all day parking (which was only one street over).

Within a few minutes walk of Rozelle's shops and dining venues, this modern and clean apartment is ideally placed but also very quiet. Rosalie, the host, provides helpful and punctual support whenever the need arises. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately wouldn't be booking again. Appears to have been a miscommunication of how many guests I had booked for, being a family of four. Was then sent a payment request following our stay as the owner said we had only booked for one person which was incorrect as we had correspondence leading into our stay that outlined how many guests we had intended on staying. Inadequate linen available. Not sure if this was a Stayz issue or host issue upon our booking. Lovely place and great location though.

A wonderfully quiet retreat from the city with a private treed outlook, within minutes of the cafes and restaurants on Darling St, and easy reach of the CBD via bus or the Balmain ferry a short (20min) walk away.
Well equipped kitchen, selection of books and movies, and laundry facilities. Our older teen really appreciated the availability of a foldaway bed to avoid sharing a room with their sibling!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Rozelle
A lovely apartment, perfect for our short stay in Rozelle with our family. The kids loved the board games, and we loved the close proximity to Rozelle high street with all its cafes and shops. Rosalie was a great, attentive host, would definitely stay again!

The property is newly renovated and was very clean. Cosy size and great for a small family, especially with kitchenette and laundry, TV with all the apps. Very nice that the cot was set up and ready to go. On the door step to great cafes and shops!

Lovely location and close to everything
We booked last minute due to home renovations keeping us away for the night. The property was well set up and spacious and with restaurants and shops just a short stroll up the hill, we were able to grab some take away and sit on the veranda to watch the sun set and gorgeous view. We would stay again definitely.

Very clean with everything needed. There are stairs to go up to the apartment but if you can navigate steps with luggage you will be fine. Ir rained for two days while we were in Sydney so appreciated the umbrellas. We found the bus system easy to navigate and there were great restaurants very close.

Thank you for everything! We had a great visit! After a long international flight we were greated by Rosalie who helped us get settled in! What a great location and everything stocked for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend as the owners are very responsive from inquiry thru booking thru our stay and the location can’t be beat! Easy access to the city and public transport but a quiet neighborhood with all shops, restaurants and cafes close by!

Great flat
We spent 4 nights over New Year as a family of 5. The flat was perfect. Spotless, well equipped and very stylish. Although not huge (we are a family of 5) the flat is really light and airy and really well appointed. Lovely location on a quiet street with access to great shops, cafe's and restaurants. Hosts were excellent - really quick communication and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended.
