it was a lovely place for our family to have a holiday. Yarmouth is beautiful, with lots of places to eat, drink, shop and see. For a small property, they managed to include everything that you need for a happy stay.

the creaky floorboards meant that we woke our kids as we tried to creep away after settling them at bedtime, and the noise of the nearby pubs did disturb us at night (and that is coming from Londoners!)

Excellent and picturesque location, everything close by and quiet at night. The host was very responsive and pro-active in helping us get there and enjoy our time there.

This is a well appointed, clean apartment. It contained all the mod cons in terms of cooking and washing/cleaning facilities. It was ideally situated for all the amenities, shops and restaurant/pubs in Yarmouth. PROVIDED you could park in the designated spaces you would not need to use a car, because the bus transport was only a very short walk away. Some nice walks are available close to hand too. If it wasn't for the parking we would most certainly think about booking again.

The car parking was a nightmare. We were boxed in one day and couldn't move the car even if we had wanted to. Unfortunately most of the other parking in the town is on an hourly or two hourly basis, so unless you have cash on your phone to enable you to use the car park near the Quay, you are "stuffed". We only took our car out once in the whole week, to meet with our friends. What a shame. We have an ordinary estate car, so if you have an SUV or equivalent, you really are in trouble.

Lounge area could have more seating but all in all amazing location and very comfortable and clean

Very easy location right by the harbour and easy to find. Harbour life is clean and very well equipped. It’s a great spot for twitchers with some lovely walks. Great little eateries and pubs although we were a bit restricted with the Covid thing. A real home from home. The only thing I couldn’t find there was a pair of binoculars!

Tiny nano snags: to many air fresheners. Not good if you have allergies or athsma. Same problem with overly fragranced sheets and towels. Needs blackout curtains in both bedrooms.

Little extras, wine, chocolates Ans milk, but also umbrella and books to read.
