The home is located in a great location. It was very close to tourist areas and theme parks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool area so are not able to provide feedback. We found everything as expected based on the listing. The place was dusty and could have been tidier. The decor and furniture were a bit dated but comfortable. Other than that, the price was reasonable and we loved that the rental was pet friendly.

If you have a car this is a great location A bit of used and old amenities but overall a great stay Excellent communication

The unit we ended up with was #7633 which had a slightly different layout than the picture shown. That being said, everything worked out well for us and we enjoyed our stay in the unit. A/C and all appliances worked well, great location immediately across from the heated pool. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with suggestions when requested. Very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom with other bedrooms containing two singles and a double. Washer & Dryer worked well and was put to multiple uses. The unit is not pristine (likely 12-13 years old) but was clean and comfortable. Could have used a barbecue and a few additional pieces of flatware but we made due. Staff was helpful to our few requests...will definitely consider returning here in the future.

Enjoyed the rooms and beds. Living room furniture old, planks under cushions for support. Corner unit had no support. Sank down and needed help to get up. Pool table supplied with 5 sticks. Only 2 had tips. Pool stick bridge broke. Only stick in rack, no bridge. Room tight for playing. Internet very slow. Couldn't stream our games or movies. Had to use my own data plan, Costing me above my normal plan rate. Cable box cover broke. Had to tape it in place or it covered the infrared. Bath towels okay, but hand towels and face clothes, and dish clothes, old, rough, and stained. We bought new to use, and put yours back out when we left. Cook Ware usless. Food stuck to everything. Not sufficient amount to make meals or for storage. One can opener broke. All flatware mismatched.

The WiFi is very weak, the bed are extremely uncomfortable, the kitchen sink has a permanent drip, the ceiling fans were extremely dirty(does not look like they have been cleaned in quite awhile), soap scum on the shower doors when we checked in, outlets that did not work and light bulbs that were burned out. It states there is a notepad to indicate any deficiencies had no paper)

This was just what we were looking for. It was very convenient and a nice location.

The kitchen sink was leaky and you could use some potholders and measuring spoons in the kitchen. The lint filter in the dryer was packed with lint, just something for the manager to check on. The twin mattresses should be replaced, you could feel the springs coming through when sitting down on them. Everything else was great, clean and right in the middle of everything.

We traveled as a party of five from California to go too Disneyworld. I recieved clear instructions for check in which made the process very simple. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We had one incident with a ceiling light that wasn’t working. I called Manny and it was fixed when we returned that evening. It was a short easy drive to Disneyworld. It was sure nice retuning to our own place with a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for all of us to relax after a busy day. I am giving this five stars and highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again if we ever travel this way again.

My family and I really enjoyed our seven day stay. Not once did we have any issues. Never had to call for any problems. I only talked to a person when we arrived at the property to let them know we had gotten there. No issues for us.

It’s really a home away from home, liked the place, conveniently located at the places we wanted to visit

Well we were gone most of the time while we were there. Bed is nice to sleep in but it just have a lot of marks on Wall n crack n water coming down to the dishwasher so can’t put no dishes in it . The laundry door don’t close, windows screen bench n window screen break

Location was great to get to World Wide Sport in short amount of team.

my family and i really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean... in the beginning we had a lil issue that gotten taken care of other than that great place to stay everything is really close to the property ! thanks

Not really impressed with condo. Yes it was sufficient for our needs but all furniture was very shabby and hodgepodge at best. Would definitely not stay there again.

The townhouse was very nice, basically clean and roomy. We stayed for 2 months and felt that it was not really supplied well in the kitchen or with cleaning supplies for a long term rental. For a short term stay (a week or two) it would be perfect. The overall location was great for Disney and all other theme parks. This particular town home was situated right next to the main road and the traffic noise was terrible. Other town homes within the development were quieter. The pool was very nice. Manny and Alma were very responsive to any issues and were great to work with.

Suitable for 6 people. Nice to have 3 bathrooms too. Furniture needs updating.

The comfortere were dirty, the towels were uncomfortable and worn, no hangers, the bathrooms weren't clean, and the house was extremely dusty

Unit met our needs just make sure you remember to bring all your own stuff like towels, soaps, trash bags and things like that because it's not like a hotel where they have those things available. Overall it worked out great for us and we would stay again. It has been a week since checkout and I haven't been refunded my deposit yet so that's a little disappointing.

Negative stars is what this deserves, one star was given since it's required in order to proceed with this review! After a long day at Disney arrived to the location booked turns out it was double booked! Manny claimed he would upgrade my family and I to a location about 1 mile away. Upon arrival we noticed townhouse's temperature inside was HOT, contacted Manny regarding AC issues. Waited for about an hour or so and AC was still malfunctioning received a call from his assistant which would try and resolve the issue we were having... She sends a gentleman (not a certified technician) in flip flops and shorts to take a look at the air conditioning unit (All this time my family 3 children including an infant, parents and husband sitting in a hot living room with fans on waiting in the so called UPGARDE since the one originally booked was double booked for this issue to be resolved). As per the man sure enough the "AC line" had an issue at about 9:00-9:30 pm nothing else could be done since according to Manny "he had no control over the air" so we went to have a long dinner and gave the fans and the malfunctioning AC to at least bring the temperature to about 77 degrees. The following day we proceed with our mini vacation to another park. AGAIN!! When we arrive at the SAUNA I mean the house the AC unit was not functioning at all. So again we call Manny and his assistant. Where the assistant (a nice lady) and 2 men show up, all 3 of them tried fixing the unit which they were unsuccessful. At about 11:00 pm it dawns on her that she has another house available across the street. Gather the family and move across the street... What was supposed to be a stress free mini getaway was a complete nightmare! I received a call about two days later from a lady that works at Manny's office to see how our stay was REALLY?!?! So I informed her of all that happened and said she would speak to Manny and return my call within a week or so. Never received a call back so I called her again and emailed Manny directly. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting to hear from them... Never again!!!!

We stay in this or the other property in the same complex every year. As always, it was exactly what our family of 6 needed. Clean, updated, and in a great location for those visiting Disney. The pool is nice too!

It was my first time in Orlando and everything worked out so perfect for me and my family, the house was beautiful and clean, it was in a gated community and not far from the parks at all.. And the price was very reasonable.. We were very happy.

I really enjoyed the layout of the property and there was so much room for everyone. The location was convenient to all of the restaurants and parks. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and did not seem congested. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I traveled from Western North Carolina to visit Disney World and we stayed at this wonderful apartment. We had three bedrooms and three baths, all very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. My 6 year old grandson loved the swimming pool. We were very close to Disney World, so driving in and out was very easy. We found a super Target store to grocery shop and to find anything we needed. I would recommend this apartment to future travelers. We even played soft ball in the back yard. Thanks Manny for answering all of my questions and making memories happen.

Property was great. Especially Manny, our contact, who was ever so helpful with everything. I will recommend this to both family and friends as the thing to do. Close to Disney and other (all) attractions, shopping, restaurants, airport, simply everything!!! I will only stay this way from now on.
