The house has a lot to offer for a large family. It has a lot of space, the kitchen and dining area can accommodate more than 10 people and ha been updated nicely. The only downside is the heating situation. The lower 2 bedrooms and the game room area does not get heat. The only way to heat those lower levels is by space heaters and that didn’t get very warm. Tom was great and very accommodating.

Great house with wonderful amenities in a nice neighborhood close to the Silver Star lift. Hot tub, sauna, steam shower, great kitchen and and plenty of space for 10 of us.

This is the second time staying here and both have been exceptional. It's a great layout for multiple families and walking distance to the ski lift. Grocery store is a short drive away. We'll likely be coming back again.

The home was perfect for a large group for a ski trip. Easy access to mountain via 8- 10 minute walk to sliverstar lift. Hot tub, sauna and steam showere were amazing for apres ski. Well equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and a large selection of seasonings and fixings. Garage large enough to fit a car and all our gear to keep them out of the elements. Communication was amazing and easy going. Would easily come back to stay here next season!

We had an awesome time at this amazing house in Park City. The owner of the house was fantastic with communication, which made things so easy at every stage of the process. The house is located a short walk from one of the bus stops, which we used to take us to the base of the mountain as well as into town for dinner and shopping. It is also very close to the Silver Star lift, if you wanted to just walk to a lift and start your day. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any rental house/condo we have ever stayed at! We enjoyed the movie room, the hot tub, sauna, air hockey, foosball and other amenities the home had to offer. I wish every property and owner was as nice as this. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 and another family of 5 stayed here. It is really close to downtown, Park City Ski, and Deer Valley. Very quiet and safe. Host was prompt in checking us in and was helpful on details.

The house has lots of room and updated kitchen and bathrooms with both steam room and dry sauna. The kitchen was well stocked compared to most houses we’ve rented. The location was good in that we could easily walk to a chair lift that never has lines so we could get skiing quickly. For going out in Park City, there are a few close bus stops - you just need to figure out the schedule. Google maps and the live bus location apps were key.

This house is in a perfect location for spending your days skiing on the mountain. It's a short 10-minute walk to Silver Star lift that gives you quick access to PCMR or the gondola heading over to Canyons. The free shuttle service is only a 2-3 minute walk which will take you to the base of PCMR or to downtown Park City. The house has plenty of space for a group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-15) and between the bedroom layout and downstairs game room, everyone enjoyed their stay, was able to sleep comfortably, and not feel like we were cramped in any way. The kids all loved the bunk room and downstairs game room the most. The kitchen was great since it's extremely well stocked. Plenty of utensils, cups, dishes, pans, etc. We had parking for 2 cars easily with one in the garage and one parked in the driveway. We'd definitely come stay here again for our next trip!

My group of 7 had an amazing time at this property! There was one early issue that I contacted Tom about, but he quickly remedied the problem. We went Super Bowl weekend, and the Park City parking lot was full! But we quickly realized that we could walk to the Silver Star lift in under 10 minutes (we carried our boots and dropped our sneakers off at Silver Star Ski and Sport for only $5 storage fee). The hot tub and sauna were great after a long day of skiing, as were the body jets in the master shower. One thing to note is that the massive projector screen in the basement doesn’t have good enough visibility unless all the indoor lights are off, so we ended up watching the Super Bowl upstairs in the main living area. Overall we had a great trip and will keep this property in mind for future PC vacations!

Really enjoyed our stay. Well stocked and lots to do in the house ........ and of course park city is amazing. We will be back next year!

Tom was super nice and easy to communicate with. The house is perfect for larger families. It's so close to the ski slopes and downtown. My favorite part of the house was the movie theatre in the basement. Also, steam shower and sauna in the basement was cool. Sits right on golf course so there is a beautiful view. Thank you for the hospitality, Tom!

Tom is great to work with. Communicated via text and Tom was very responsive. We did a drop off for a large portion of our group with gear and then the driver walked from the house. Had groceries delivered the day we arrived and that worked out great. The house is roomy and we’ll appointed. Lots of items readily available so it’s likely you’ll have everything you need (kitchen, dining, bedding, etc.) We did a lot of eating in and the kitchen layout worked well. The bedroom/bath layout was a little confusing but we worked it out. The king bedrooms share a large master bath. There’s another full bath on a lower floor. And there is a half bath (no shower) and a half bath (no toilet). We had to get a little clever with timing for showering for our party of 9, but managed. As stated in the description, there are a lot of sleeping areas. The lower level theater was fun with air hockey and foosball. We appreciated the location and access to Silver Star lift. No crowds while we were there—easy on/off lift and access to PC and Canyons. Property worked very well for our group.

Perfect vacation rental in Park City

We brought all our children back to Park City where we were married 20 years ago. Everyone is grown up and living in different parts of the country. Had a great time celebrating for New Years 2020. Place was great. My recommendation would be to explain the bed layout for each bedroom. We had one awkward situation but we found a way to work through it. Everything else worked out good.

I stayed at Tom's house with a group of 10 who were all in town for a long golf weekend in Park City. This house was a perfect home base. There was tons of sleeping space and we certainly could have fit more comfortably. It was a quick uber ride to the courses we played and the bar/restaurant scene downtown. We ate at home a lot and the house was fully equipped to handle big, family style meals. And as college football fans, we were lucky to watch opening weekend on the massive projection screen downstairs; it was incredible! The owner was flexible with check in and out which helped as all our travel didn't line up. And he was always a quick text or phone call away if something popped up. Were already talking about doing this trip again and we would definitely stay here again if we did!

This is our third time staying at this property. We enjoy the spaciousness of the home and all it has to offer. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to downtown and hiking/biking trails. The owner is attentive to any questions that may arise.

We stayed at the house in early March, and couldn't have asked for a better setup. The house was perfectly suited for our needs, and even with 10+ people, everyone slept comfortably and in their own bed. The location is within an easy 5-10 minute uber or lyft ride to downtown Park City, and the ski shuttle is an easy walk, even in ski boots. If you're lazy like we were, it's about a 5 minute drive to the parking area. Would certainly stay here again!

This home is in perfect location. You can walk to the bus and ski lift. Home is spacious with all updated amenities. Tom is a great host. Would definitely stay again.

A group of seven of us stayed here for a long weekend (thurs through sunday) and could not have had a better time. The house was in great condition and Tom was very accommodating. The property is located only a few minutes from main street and park city mountain resort and the back deck and jacuzzi sit directly on the fairway of the golf course. The house has an amazing movie theater room, a giant kitchen perfect for cooking/entertaining, sauna, a great fireplace, and a jacuzzi right off the back deck. All of the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We all agreed that we would highly recommend this rental to our own friends and family and we look forward to coming back next winter.

We had a group of 11 people for our annual ski vacation. This house was perfect for our needs! The owner is very accommodating and had the kitchen stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils we could have ever needed! They even had a stash of spices, oils, paper plates and coffee filters that we were able to use which saved us a lot of money! We did not rent a car, and the shuttle service was very convenient. We used the local taxi service to go to the grocery store, and that worked out well..... We really enjoyed the game room downstairs with the high definition projection TV that covers the entire back wall!! Great for watching movies and games! We would definitely come back again!

My college friends and I rented this amazing home during the Sun Dance film festival. The house is warm and accommodating. We were able to easily sleep 10 adult men. The living areas were large, comfortable, and perfect for hanging out. The hot tub is great and we made use of the gas grill on the back porch. The steam shower upstairs is amazing and makes the home worth renting all by itself. The downstairs theater was fantastic. We were able to watch the NFC and AFC Championship games on a 12 foot HD projection. Incredible. We skied The Canyons for three days. The house is literally a convenient five minute drive to the base of the mountain. The shuttle stop for downtown park city is about a two minute walk from the house. I do not have a single negative thing to say about this house and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was fantastic as were the steam shower, sauna, hot tub and theater. The home is very well equipped. The location was perfect - 2 minutes to Park City and 5 to the Canyons. The home was large enough for privacy for our ski club. The owner was very responsive when we had some concerns over the water level in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a first time to Park City, so we were a bit worried about navigate from SLC to Park City and around town. The place was very convenient to the resorts, downtown area, grocery stores and restaurants. We are a family of five and had a relative join us as well, but there was plenty of room for more than one family. The downstairs media room was awesome and a great place to retire to after being on the slopes all day. Kitchen area provided a nice place to relax and chat.
