Odd layout of a house, however a great stay! The bedrooms were very clean & nice, one has an amazing view. The kitchen was large enough to prepare a holiday meal. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this vacation home along the Banana River in Cocoa Beach. The place was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the river. There is a private dock and the beach is a short walk across Highway A1A. Restaurants, a grocery store, and Starbucks (very important!) are a 10 minute drive from the house. We highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Cocoa Beach.

The doc and the deck were amazing. Florida brought a spectacular sunset for us to enjoy.

The location of the property was great! Close to things we wanted to do and a brief walk across the street for beach access. Loved sitting on the deck and watching wildlife - our favorite was numerous dolphin sightings!! We were disappointed in the details of the listing - listed as a king and a queen bed, but only had 2 queen beds; don’t remember seeing it noted in the description that to access the upstairs bedrooms, you had to walk OUTSIDE and up exterior stairs… little awkward at night; the downstairs bathroom lights didn’t work but electrical outlets did. Other odd thing was check in process - the directions sent didn’t match up and when we arrived, the main entry door was unlocked and open. Considering we were arriving after dark, it made us a little leery, but luckily everything checked out okay. Overall, this was a good deal and provided the basic necessities.

Stayed over Thanksgiving break with the family and we had an amazing time. It was a perfect set up for a family of 4 and we loved being greeted by dolphins in the morning. Only down side is having to go outside to move between floors, otherwise it was an ideal place to stay. Will be renting again.

We took the last fight, arrived before hurricane Ian. Enjoyed the storm from upstairs, lots of fun. After storm, spent days on the deck fishing: caught yellow/mangrove snappers (small), catfish, Pufferfish, and a Ray. Walked the Beach across the road, fantastic beach and no one present! This property is lovely, well-stocked kitchen and very thoughtfully done. Outdoor stairs can be a challenge in winds/rain, otherwise no issues to speak of. Found fishing poles, but mostly stripped of reels... had one I could use. Overall, this is a fun, well-managed property and the dock is a real treat! One of our best and most memorable vacations! Loved it, will come again or recommend! Lots of great memories and views.

Fun dolphin watching and close to the beach

If you enjoy nature, dolphins, manatees, birds and fish you will love this house. First floor has a very nice kitchen and living area with comfortable couch and chair. Kitchen has all the things you need to cook. Dishwasher and microwave with coffee maker. Bathroom on first floor.The second floor has 2 roomy bedrooms and a bathroom between very nice. Outdoors is spectacular with a deck and dock. Sunsets are some of the best I have ever seen. Pretty good fishing but better fishing a 3 minute walk across the street at the beach. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy life!

This little gem of a house couldn't be better! We booked based on reviews and everyone was 100% spot on! First off it was clean. Apparently there was water inside the previous week from Hurricane Ian but you never would have known. The dock is amazing with breathtaking views! We had dolphins within 10 feet of the dock chasing their meals and also casually swimming by at all hours of the day. The sunset is unbelievable and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The wifi was out(probably due to the storm) but that didn't affect us one bit. The bedrooms being upstairs with a separate entrance would be the only gripe you could have about this place but it's far from an inconvenience when you factor in all the amazing features this place has! Owners were great with communication and the cleaning people stopped by also and were the nicest people! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We are already trying to plan a return trip! This was the most relaxing, most amazing trip of my life and we didn't even leave the house much. Don't miss out on this place. It truly is a great find and I wouldn't have changed a single thing about our experience!

You're 800 feet from the beach to watch the sunrise and get the most gorgeous sunsets from your private dock. Pros were the view, close to so much to see and do, house was stocked with kitchen essentials and extras for the beach. Cons were you do have to walk outside to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are kitchen have separate entrances. We did find that the house was not cleaned between rentals and that was a mix up. Mistakes can happen and the owner generously refunded more than the cleaning fee. Even after that it was a great week. Side note. The beds are both queen size and the couch is from Ikea. Not a fold out. Also, a small refrigerator upstairs may make a difference. We plan on re renting another week.

It was the perfect home away from home kind of a staycation. The view of the waterside was beautiful ❤️

This place had everything you need to enjoy. The river and dolphins were amazing to watch. The beach a short walk away. The only odd thing was you go outside up stairs to go to the bedroom. Not connected to the living area. But we got use to it and all the other things were great.

This was a very nice place where you have access to both the lake and the ocean. The weather was gorgeous so even though you had to go outside to go upstairs to the bedrooms - it was fine. It was fully equipped with plenty of outdoor seating. We only live 45 min away but this was a very nice getaway for anyone.

Would stay here again!

This rental has the best location on Cocoa Beach. Banana River is your backyard and the Atlantic is your front yard. Bonus points for being directly between Squid Lips and Taco City. Bottom line: This is the only place we will stay in Cocoa now.

Overall a very good experiance, my family had on our little adventure, the dock was awesome great place to relax and enjoy the aquatic animals.

The house was perfectly located on the Banana River with a short walk to the beach! The kids enjoyed having access to the dock and spent lots of time looking at the fish. We spotted a ray and a dolphin! Seeing a rocket launch from the beach was a highlight of our trip. We had great communication with the owner. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Our kids are already begging for a return visit.

This home is in a great location. Close to beach, and attractions in Cocoa Beach. Great back deck and dock to enjoy the river (bay) behind home. We saw dolphins, stingrays and crabs in water from dock. Paddling boarding was great. Amazing sunsets from the dock as well. The beach is only 2 blocks (if that) from the home. I would recommend this listing to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach! Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your home!

We were in love with this place! So much to see off the wharf. Between fish, dolphins, and a wide variety of birds, you could spend all day out there. A quick walk across the street and you are at the beach. I love that it was a quiet little neighborhood. The house was perfect and had everything you needed. The paddle boards were a bonus. My daughter used them every day! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The layout worked great for us. There were ample chairs inside and out. Views and dock was awesome. Neighbors renting also we respectful as we were. Is it luxurious no- is is great in all other areas - yes. Will stay again when we head back to the beach!!!

The house was just as described and while the upstairs and downstairs weren't connected, we knew this in advance and it turned out to not be a problem for us at all. The dock and distance to the beach are great!

Nice location. Beach access right across highway. Large patio and deck area with dock to walk out and see fish and other sea life. My kids saw dolphins, they swam right up to their paddle boards. Beds comfortable. Only complaint is you have to walk outside to go upstairs to the bedrooms which is inconvenient to carry large suitcases. Also the owner lives in another country which can make it hard to communicate if a matter is urgent.

We enjoyed our stay and watched wonderful sunsets on the back porch by the river dock. Beach was easy to get to. Lots of water life of dolphins, manatee, sting rays, crabs and fish to watch. The owners need to update the listing. This Was advertised as having a hide-a-bed couch, but the couch had been replaced by IKEA not a bed. The blow up air mattress did not have a pump. Description of property doesn’t mention the bedrooms are separate from the house requiring to walk outside, upstairs and into a shards jack and Jill bathroom. 2nd bathroom is downstairs- not very convenient for the second bedroom guests. Upstairs deck/walkway needs to be maintained and there are loose deck boards
