I like the accommodation, good size room perfect for a long stay. I actually extended my stay another week as I was happy with it.

Unfortunately, I got a severe allergic reaction to dustmite from the sofa bed and spent the last few days in the accommadation extremely ill. Luckily, it happened towards the end of my trip so I managed to see a doctor in my home country right after who confirmed it was dustmite allergy. I was not planning to leave a feedback but Booking.com kept reminding me and I thought the owner should know what happened so they can improve.

It was our favorite accommodation during our travel in the Philippines. Our apartment was cosy, with everything we needed, including a kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed to relax in the swimming pool in the evenings. The girls in the reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped us to rent a motorcycle as well as a transfer to the port. The wifi worked well. We definitely recommend.

The rooms are big , kitchen is provided with complete utensils to cook, free mineral water to drink. Beds are comfortable, big washroom with warm & cold water. Garden outside is well maintained. 2x huge terrace facing the pool😊 Better than I've expected.

Location takes about 30 minutes to walk to Alona Beach, but if you rent a scooter or car (in our case as a group of 6 person) would not be a problem. Tricycles can also be hired at the main road.

just bad timing.. since the road was being repaired. Vehicles were parked at the beginning of the main road.. so tricycle cannot pass. We have to walk. Wifi is not so stable.

The location is quite far from everything. You really need to hire a motorbike. There aren't any beaches within walking distance.There isn't a restaurant in the complex and the nearest restaurant is 30 minutes walk away but most are further than that. There are cooking facilities.

We arrived at 12 and the official check-in was at 14. Rooms were empty. Hotel required 200 peso per hour ( in our case 400 peso for early check-in!!!). If someone sleeps in living room has to pass next to main bed in the main bedroom in order to use the toilet ( we were only a couple) Nothing around for eating or drinking. We had a scooter.

Clean and big appartement with a nice balkony, quiet location, clean pool. I definitely recommend to stay there. Especially with bad weather..... Kitchen is also amazing

Very clean and comfortable

The very muddy road and very dangerous because its only one lane. We are struggling to get in and out. Also the parking area is so small. Please improve it.

I killed 2 cockroaches. Fairly big but then they could have slipped in from the bathroom since the windows do not screens.

in general the rooms are spacious as well as the balconies.

it was dirty, there were quite a lot of cockroaches and the staff is only superficially friendly. as soon as you have a standard request they don’t care. you only get one roll of toilet paper per day, the wifi is really bad and in the rooms completely unavailable although they state they have solid wifi.

We loved the size of the rooms, proximity to the airport, the beds, the pool and the bathroom. The staff were very courteous all throughout our stay. They booked our rides and they cleaned daily. With cooking equipment and kitchen utensils. Very clean. Not crowded. We even had the pool to ourselves during our stay.

Probably my fault as I did not pay much attention to the nearby establishments while booking. It is located in a subdivision (somewhat). To get to the store, it's a 10 minute walk. But it does not affect how I feel about Portofino. Also, if you are on a budget, be conscious of the 2 restaurants they recommend because it's quite pricey. Portofino only serves breakfast. Though delivery is possible from other restaurants.

No pools rules , all day jumping pH kids in the pool and screaming , no pool guard who correct the kiddos, the parents laughing and do nothing pH style In day time very loud
