We had a fantastic time, the view was amazing, the pool fantastic, great location. The property had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay, the property is so well equipped with everything we could have needed and the view is unreal. Great location, right on the water and handy to the local shops. Pool was so lovely for a swim. There were plenty of spare towels, blankets and pillows and secure garage for parking the car. We will definitely be back!

Arrived at apartment to see a gorgeous view! However, upon unpacking we notice the shelves and cupboards were very dusty. I wiped them over, then put my clothes away. Going to bed I started coughing, to which I realised was due to the dust build up under the bed. I vacuumed and hoped for a good night sleep. I thought maybe it was just a day or so build up. The instructions to operate the oven, cooktop and air con were written over appliances with red marker, which was really hard to understand. A booklet with instructions would have been appreciated. Lounge room furniture was uncomfortable and dirty. All the fake floral arrangements were covered in dust, as were the exhaust fans. Underneath the furniture was also disgusting. Bbq was absolutely disgusting and a major fire hazard. We spent hours cleaning it so that we could use it. When I told the owner we had left a day early as we had just had enough of the state of the place, I requested a one night refund which was declined. She said we should have told her earlier so they could send a cleaner in. While we were staying in there, trusting a stranger with our belongings, after complaining of an inadequate job… ? No thanks! If I could upload photos here of the disgraceful state I would. The only thing I loved was the view and being able to walk to the marina for an awesome feed.

Perfect location in the whole town ! The view over the bay is amazing. The accommodation is excellent. Comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen & a perfect plunge pool. Nice walks & all the food places we tried were great. Really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed her a few times over the years but found things really haven't changed or upgraded lounge was uncomfortable and old dinning chairs uncomfortable and old inside decor cushions bedding dusty old silk arrangements all still the same and old deck outside is coming up and needs re nailing easy to kick you toes 1 door didn't lock properly. TV in bedroom no reception only worked on dvd. It's such a shame was such a lovely place to stay now just feels old and tired.

Despite the weather being a little miserable, our children and us had a great time. We wish there was more sunny hot weather so that we could use the pool more. We look forward to going again. The apartment was exactly as stated and it was a nice relaxing break.

Lovely unit, waterfront views, excellent location, quiet neighborhood, easy walking to dine out and take away. The unit provided everything we needed. Loved our stay.

We have stayed at this location a couple of times now and will definitely choose it again when back in the Bay. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather this time and couldn't make the most of the pool and outdoor area, but it didn't affect our enjoyment on the weekend. The owners are very easy to communicate with check-in was simple.

A very impressive property with great ocean views,very quite location,everything you needed was supplied,plus a few extras(chocolates,a nice touch)plunge pool towels etc.Would definitely stay again.

We have been to Tin Cqn Bay many many times. It never at ‘On the Bay’ and now it will be the only place we will stay. You will not be disappointed and no need to take anything the unit has absolutely everything there.

Amazing,! From arrival to departure. Spectacular views, clean, warm and comfy. We had a cold and rainy start to the holiday but were kept warm, comfy and occupied until the sun came out to play.

The whole experience was easy

Beautiful place with a perfect view for a sun set. The unit was clean and it spacious. It is close to Rainbow beach and Tin Can Bay dolphin feeding experience . Good communication with Loraine I highly recommend this place and I will stay again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Unit had everything we needed plus more in it. The view was outstanding. And the communication between the owner was great; what lovely people. Will definitely be back again and again.

This property is in an amazing location, the view and the neighbour hood emanate relaxation and welcome. Access is easy and there is water access by foot just outside the side gate. The property is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighbours happily chat across the fence. And a big shout out to the host...we can to delay our departure a couple of hours due to transport issues, she was understanding and accommodating to our needs, and situation. Big Thank you for your kindness. I would certainly recommend and would rebook next time I visit Tin Can Bay.

This place was so perfect. we were so relaxed the whole time and certainly didn't want to leave. Very spacious unit, comfortable beds, fantastic patio area leading onto pool and courtyard. easy for visitors to find us too! We're already looking at our calendar to rebook next year.
