Fantastic location. Easy to walk to everything in Echuca. House has great fittings and is well appointed.

Everything !!! Heating was amazing, wasn't expecting duct heating. Also the sensor lights in the bathrooms were so cool.

That I had to leave to come home haha

Location is perfect for sightseeing and walking around town! Great location for walks along the Murray and quiet area at night.

Outdoor heater or drawable blinds would be a great addition.

Loved everything else about it.

No wardrobes.

The location in the township and port of Echuca was fantastic I could leave my car in the garage and walk to most things around the city

The modern facilities and layout of the house I felt very secure in the house on my own with the security gate and easy to use lock on sliding door. Outdoor sensor lights, excellent

Location is the major advantage, as you can walk to everything. The standard of the accommodation is exceptional. Fantastic for 3 couples or family. Each bedroom with own bathroom great bonus. Private, enclosed back yard even though close to major tourist area. Well worth the price.

Only down side would be if you wanted to do cooking, as limited bench space in kitchen BUT who wants to cook when you don't have to; and bbq area great. Didn't like the automatic lights but would suit many with kids.
