All recommendations. The host was very kind, we woke him up at 2 in the morning because we had a problem with the internet so we couldn't enter the accommodation (because everything is automated), he welcomed us with a smile. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious with all the necessary things. The common room is the same, while the kitchen is above average equipped, you also have a coffee machine, a kettle and a refrigerator with ice. The pastries and coffee for breakfast at the nearby restaurant are wonderful.

Everything was great. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Nice Italian breakfast in the nearest cafe.

The bed was under an alcove, which made me feel a bit claustrophobic (but I was able to move it) and the pillow was not comfortable. We initially had some trouble entering the property, because we had a French phone which wasn't online, so were unable to access the app we'd been sent to download (but we managed eventually).

Sufficient space, especially in the common room. Everything you needed was available. However, we were alone there.

Breakfast wasn't good, a piece of sweets and a coffee in a neighboring bar, that was all.

Technology at its best, we never saw the owner but got everything we wanted. Save for a nagging barking dog everything was exceptional.

The room is really good and the bathroom too. The kitchen is modern and have all we need. The bedroom is really nice.

The breakfast doesn`t exist. It is only water, juice from the supermarket, and toasts from the supermarket too. The breakfast was really poor. For me doesn`t exist. And the kitchen has to much garbage to drop off.
