Clean, nice welcoming smell

No iron in room

Staff is really friendly and thoughtful, who provide free late check out till 2pm as our flight is night, when I back to hotel after shopping already 2pm, then they give me extra 15 mins for shower then checking out. Hotel location doesn't close to any hot spots but close to King Power, if anyone would like to shop over there.

Bed is relevantly small

The staff is really polite. Breakfast is worthy of its reputation. The common space especially the entrance hall before the reception area is quite photogenic. The swimming pool area has good views of the mountain and the Big Buddha. A nice place to click pictures. The hotel arranged transportation upon request and the price was competitive. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The location is kinda in the middle of nowhere so unless you have rented a car for your trip or have your transportation sorted, commuting to different tourist spots is a hassle and the seemingly smaller costs add up at the end of your trip and can overshoot your budget. Except for the reception, the other staff members did not speak good English. Had to resort to Google translate sometimes to communicate. If you pay by an international credit card, ask for the markup fees at the reception before you pay as that is undeclared.

Try to cancel 1 nite, contacted booking.com twice and never returned any feedback. Hotel staff said yes but had to go through booking.com...at the end, hotel refused..not sure why.

Nothing much, maybe just the pool. There was nothing about this property that stood out as a 5 star hotel.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Let me explain what I didn't like: - Starting with the behavior of the staff, never have we ever stayed in a 5 star hotel with staff like this. Super cold, rude, unhelpful, disinterested, cannot communicate in English - oh I could go on and on. - They claim that their breakfast is at 10am at certain places and have 10:30am written elsewhere (I have attached photo proof's in my google review for reference). We were denied breakfast and didn't have anything to eat for all the mornings we stayed there. - The location is super far from everything you would want to visit in Phuket (Except 3 monkeys restuarant) so we paid a lot for cabs to and fro.

The rooms were spacious and well kitted out. The bed was really comfortable and the gym/pool were great.

Die Fotos sind aus sehr positiven Blickwinkeln gemacht worden. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Charm und ist ungemütlich. Es ist anscheinend für Chinesische Gäste ausgelegt. Die Lage ist leider auch nicht gut.

Irons need to be requested. Several of calls have to be to get it. Complimentary supplies aren't provided when housekeeping is being done. Breakfast options aren't available for international travelers.

The location was ideal as we wanted a hotel away from busy areas & yet not too far from Phuket Old Town. The staffs and manager including the guards will always have a smile & greeted us warmly. Perfect room with kids - family room

Kudos to the cleaning lady of the room. The large confirmable mattress. I asked fir a razor for a shave and it was delivered quickly.

Although this is supposed to be a five star hotel with the conference room and all, it FEELS like a 3 star hotel in general. Location: a bit far from the old town. A five star hotel would have a shuttle service, however nominal, but this didn’t. There is nothing to do or eat around the hotel, except a huge DIY outlet. Breakfast: although rather cheap, correspondingly not much. A nescafe coffee and pretend pastries. Thai and chinese menu come to rescue a bit. Also very unhygienic. The table mat smells and has the same ketchup stain from days ago. But given there’s nothing around the hotel, you gotta have them. Ambiance: not gonna name countries, but in the breakfast, a very loud group of people overtake the place with their phone sound on. These people rub their snot on the table. Nobody stops them. Something was done finally when a loud shirtless guy from the group tries to come in. In the corridor near my room, i can smell somebody smoked big time in the room. Lines at the check in do not mean anything. They keep cutting in line and the staff serves whoever is in their face. A bit of battle royal going on. After a couple of days you cannot help but think you are overpaying not belonging to a tour group. Either the manager never stayed at a five star hotel or simply does not care.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns geholfen ein Taxi zu rufen oder auch z. B. Handtücher für den Badestrand zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer waren top ausgestattet und sauber.

Es war etwas außerhalb von allem. Mit dem Taxi ist man aber in 30 Minuten überall hin gekommen.

La literie

Situation géographique nul, pas de navette ou de bus proposé par l’établissement. Très peu de taxi , et quand ils sont dispo faut compter minimum 300 baht la course! De plus la piscine en photo cool , mais il devrait mettre le gros magasin de bricolage juste en face! Nous avons réserver pour 3 , ma femme , mon fils et moi Arriver sur place , ils nous ont fait payer 25 euros par nuit pour le lit enfant en supplément Du coup , nous n’avons pas terminer notre séjour initialement prévu , et nous avons changer d’hôtel. Bien sûr nous n’avons eu aucun remboursement même pas pour le lit supplémentaire.

Schoon en mooi accommodatie. Ruime kamers en erg comfortabel. Erg vriendelijke hotel personeels.

De personeels in het restaurant (Hong bao) waren niet erg vriendelijk en niet erg service gericht. Daarnaast rekende het restaurant personeel te veel voor een koffie. Het personeel gaf aan dat de prijs hoger is dan wat er op het menu staat vanwege de VAT en surcharge 10%. Dit klopt helemaal niet omdat we vaker hier bestellen en geen surcharge wordt gerekend. Na lang discussiëren met het personeel van het restaurant, hebben ze de prijs verlaagd naar de prijs zoals vermeld op het menu. Dit hebben we aangeven bij de hotel receptionist. Als compensatie hebben we een handgeschreven kaart met een sorry en een bord fruit.

The location is too far from the Patong beach and the transport charges for the trip to the beach is quite high.

Pas grand chose

Nous avons eu l'impression de ne pas être en Thaïlande. On saluait en Thaï, on nous répondait en anglais. Un seul verre d'accueil pour 2 ? Pour être obligé de payer le deuxième ! Nous avons raccourci notre séjour car nous voulions un séjour plus local, même les petits déjeuners ne nous ont pas été remboursés. Nous étions très loin des restaurants pour sortir sans voiture le soir. En bref, si vous voulez un hôtel luxueux sans avoir l'impression d'être en Thaïlande, c'est le bon hôtel.
