Can’t fault this place. It’s in a great location, 15 minute walk into Kotor, and right on the sea front. Having the use of kayaks and paddle boards was brilliant. Michelle and Matt are excellent hosts who go way beyond what you would normally expect. Nothing was too much trouble. Can highly recommend ⭐️

The apartment is wonderful, spotlessly clean and every possible thing you need. A REAL home from home. Michelle and Matt could not do enough for us. The welcome pack!!! Well we lived on most of it for the week we were there and the herb garden :). The view is to die for (apart from all of the Cruise ships but M&M cant do anything about that). We used the Kayaks and paddleboards a few times and was a great break from the loungers and pool. Thank you for making our stay very special.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It has a stunning view which we enjoyed either sitting on the terrace with a drink in hand or through the large windows from inside. It is very comfortable with everything that you would need thought of and provided. Michelle is extremely generous, both with her time and with all the little extras that she provides in the apartment. She is hands down the best host I have ever encountered. Kotor is beautiful and we will definitely be coming back again.

The property was amazing. Great location with shops, bars and bakery a 5 minute walk away and Kotor Old Town a 15 minute walk away, even with an 8 year old in tow. The outdoor space was brilliant, plenty of space, nice little pool to dip into when it gets too hot and a view to die for. You can easily spend your time watching dolphins in the bay or lightning displays over the hills. Indoor, it has everything you need with two good size bedrooms and a light open plan living space. Finally, the host. Easy communication from the minute we booked and lovely to deal with while we were on site. Michelle made our daughter feel really welcome and even brought her sweets and colouring pens for when she arrived. We arrived to wine, beer, fruit, breakfast and basics to last us through the week. If returning to Kotor i would even bother looking for anywhere else to stay, id just stay here. Thanks for a fab week

The place, location and hosts were absolutely fabulous! We had an amazing time! When visiting Kotor it is best to stay at this fabulous place, for the visual of the beauty of Kotor!! It is spectacular!!! We struggled with our arrival due to mother nature and then lost one of our bags upon arrival. Michelle was simply amazing with welcoming me into her home to borrow what I needed....she also took me shopping and filled our frig with the much needed provisions free of charge. Because we arrived 2 nites late, due to the travel challenges, we were reimbursed for our nites not used. Just the most amazing, humble hosts! We have become friends and they even invited us into their main home for a dinner party, which was the best food we ate in Kotor! Michelle and Matthew are amazing chiefs on top of their other most generous personalities! We had a fabulous time!!! We have invited them to visit us for a ski vacation in the Colorado Rockies! Just the most beautiful place and experience that we will never forget!

Well to be honest I dont know where to start. Michelle welcomed us with open arms and provided with some snacks and fruits in the accomandation. She gave us a lot of advises what to see or where to go, we could easily ask her any questions. The apartment was perfect - very clean, modern with a great terrace and a stunning view. You could find everything you need to cook or just making a quick breakfast. 5 stars are not enough to describe the time we had in Montenegro and in the accomadation. We really recommend it!

Michelle is wonderful - she thinks of everything. She knows the area well and has all sorts of suggestions. The apartment is amazing: everything you could think of and the absolutely massive sliding glass doors were our big screen TV - watching cruise ships, sailboats and the weather - we sat there for hours just simply watching the goings-on. I would skip the restaurants over by the old town - head up either coastal road (the better one is the one that heads to Croatia, not to Tivat). We had a GREAT stay. Thanks Michelle.

We were met by Michelle the owner with a huge smile and that smile remained throughout our stay. The accommodation is just lovely and the outside space was perfect, the kayaks and paddle boards being an added bonus. Our family of 4 stayed at Michelle's beautiful apartment for the final days of our Montenegro visit and in some ways wish it had been at the start as Michelle was such a wealth of information and so welcoming. Her communication, helpfulness and the impeccable apartment meant we could truly relax and enjoy the delights of the Kotor bay. The apartment is perfect and Michelle has thought of absolutely everything in terms of equipment and needs. The supply of basic provisions and invite to pick herbs and tomatoes were a really nice touch. The pool on the spacious balcony is perfect for cooling off and makes for a wonderful outside area. We made full use of the offer of kayaks and paddleboards, paddling to the local shop for morning provisions! We had a car and parking was not issue. The road outside is a nuisance with erratic drivers in the height of summer but Kotor old town is easily walkable. The old town is a true delight and the Kotor bay is simply stunning. A perfect holiday for our family.

Where to start? 5 Star! Absolutely amazing location with stunning views. Top class apartment owner, Michelle couldn’t have been more generous, helpful and Friendly. We’ve been to many places in the past with VRBO and, although all lovely, non come near to the quality, standards and amenities Michelle provides here. Everything you need is supplied plus much more. 15 minutes walk into the delightful old town or 1€ on the bus outside the apartment. Both Tivat and Perast are easily reached by bus, Perast is a must see as is the old town. Also worth walking up the ladder of Kotor, if you’re into walking but leave 6ish AM and take plenty of water, views to die for! Recommend Cesarica and Bastion for seafood and La Catedrale for pasta. Finally Michelle, thank you for a wonderful week, wish it was longer but we have our photos and memories. Never reminisced about Blazing Saddles in a more gorgeous setting.

Michelle’s flat was amazing. It was well laid out, clean, had everything that we needed, and has an incredible view. The walk to Old Town Kotor was a quick 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the port. Perfect! Michelle was responsive, super friendly, and fun. We will definitely be back.

We don’t normally leave reviews but the generosity and hospitality shown by Michelle could not go unrecognised. We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, modern, bright and equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The views towards the Old Town of Kotor are stunning and the town itself can be easily reached on foot. Michelle is a generous and warm hearted host who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Kotor. We have never met such a hospitable host and feel that we have left Montenegro with not only great memories but have made a new friend as well. Future guests of Michelle’s are in for a real treat. A true gem amongst the towering mountains, so close to old town yet miles away from any hustle and bustle. Michelle is a truly wonderful hostess that takes every measure to make sure her guests have a welcoming and comfortable stay. And then there's the pool.... :) ! Can't wait to stay again

The apartment was just as described. The balcony is large with a small pool and the place is right at the water. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, but there are restaurants nearby. Kotor old town is walking distance (maybe a mile) but there are shops and restaurants in between. Michelle was super welcoming, helpful and generous (love the homemade wine). She even took care of getting me a COVID test appt and drove me over there for the appt which made that process so much easier. There are a number of nice hikes right outside and Lovcen is nearby. The hike from Kotor to the restaurant in Lovcen is a challenging 5-ish miles but worth it. Highly recommend Michelle's place.

Das Ganze wird aber von der Freundlichkeit und der Hilsbereitschaft von Michelle getoppt, sie hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und Tipps gegeben und damit sehr viel dazu beigetragen, dass der Urlaub zu einem unvergesslich Erlebnis wurde!
