The area is beautiful, well maintained, quiet and safe. The home is clean and very well decorated. Working with Carter was easy. Very kind person. There is a downtown area about 3 miles away. Beaches are about an hour drive. During peak season you want to head to Fort Myers Beach early in the morning to avoid sitting in traffic for an hour. The canal is nice. If you have a boat, keep in mind it is at least an hour to get to the gulf and if you fish, consider another two hours to a reef. We prefer to have restaurants and bars within walking distance with a large variety, unfortunately, this area doesn’t have that. But if you like quiet, relaxing and to get out of the cold states then this place is perfect. The pool was very nice and heated. Felt great after a long day in the sun on the boat. Again, very nice place and felt very safe with friendly neighbors.

We stayed had an incredible month at this house. It was just what we needed. We had a restful stay in a very layer back neighborhood. It’s close to Fisherman’s Village. The pool was perfect and was enjoyed by the entire family. The house is gorgeous and modern with a big well organized kitchen. Thanks for the restful stay.

Great property. Enjoyed staying in this relaxing peaceful neighborhood. Family was very comfortable and property lived up to our expectations. Would consider renting again in future.

The location is ideal, both quiet and within easy reach of all Punta Gorda has to offer. It was fun fishing in the canal while being only minutes from piers and beaches for bigger fish. The heated pool was a hit with the grandsons! The house is well supplied with cookware/bakeware and thoughtfully stocked with basics to get started. Carter was great to work with and understanding when we had an arrival snafu. He could not have been more gracious. We hope to stay in this wonderful FL home again!
