Absolutely everything. Location, gardens, walks, heated ensuit floors, extremely tasteful and modern facilities, the owners had thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and couldn't do enough for you. Best ever.

From the most wonderful greeting upon arrival to a beautiful text upon leaving, such a perfect stay. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, the room itself was just what I needed, coffee machine, lots of hanging space, large bathroom and underfloor heating throughout. Theres an iron, microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery and wine/champagne glasses, literally everything you need. The view itself is just beautiful. Handmade honey soap was a unique touch (made with honey from the bees on the field). If I come up again, I'm staying here! X

Absolutely nothing to dislike. I'd stay again in a heartbeat

The unit was well equipped, very clean and in a peaceful setting. The welcome was very friendly. We would return when the unit has been enlarged.

It was a bit too small for us for more than a two night stay. The space for the small fridge, toaster and microwave was a bit too compact. It was difficult to use these items and go into the bathroom as both doors opened into each other. I believe the hosts are going to extend the unit which will be much better.

Excellent place to stay, host is very welcoming. The name says it all, fresh flowers, great coffee machine, and homemade honey bee soap. Local takeaway does a great shish kebab would highly recommend this place to stay.

What a wonderful find! We loved everything about this property, the location, the facilities, the owners who were so amenable and friendly and could not do enough for us. We were scheduled to go for a pub meal that evening but decided to stay in as it was just so comfortable and we had everything we needed. From a woman’s perspective, it had all those little extras that only a woman understands - extra coat hangers, facial cosmetic pads, a plug socket NEAR a full length mirror, lots of tea, coffee, and biscuit options, microwave, coffee machine, a hair dryer which was super powerful. They even provided an ice bucket AND some ice cubes too from their outside bar area. The bed was extremely comfortable hence why we didn’t want to leave it and the decorations and furnishings second to none. Tranquil, peaceful and oh, there were even a pair of binoculars to seek out the beautiful wildlife around the gorgeously manicured lawns and lake! Without a doubt, we will be returning as we stay in this area quite often. You will not be disappointed! Location was perfect for Newark and Lincoln visits. Paul met us on arrival and was a true gent, the place is lovely, very peaceful. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Field's Edge. Just what we wanted, peace and quiet. Susie greeted us on arrival.and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Paul was lovely when we left. They are lovely hosts 😊. The room itself was really well done. Very clean and cosy. It had everything needed with beautiful views and walk around the lake. We would love to come back and spend a couple of nights next time. Thank you 😊
