This property was absolutely perfect. Amazing location in quiet badalona and very close to the beach. The neighbors were very nice as well. The home felt like a home and exuded a Spanish energy. Great appliances for cooking and taking care of ourselves etc. The patio area is perfect and one of the rooms has access to a balcony. All the rooms have fans which was amazing. We would love to stay here again. The host was also responsive and helpful!

It was very clean when we arrived. Excellent location - 5 minutes to a beautiful beach, close to shops, cafes, grocery store, metro and train. Definitely a “local” experience and not touristy. Good lay out of the house and we loved being in the old quarter and next to the beautiful church.

It was very humid in the house and very very hot at night - a fan in each room did not suffice. Also we arrived and the dish soap, hand soap were almost empty. We had to purchase more, although the kitchen is fully equipped otherwise.

Very responsive host, well equipped and spacious house as advertised.

Hard to find a parking place, free street parking wasn't available and wouldn't be very safe anyway.

The location is excellent, though the distances are a little further than described. It is handy for getting into Barcelona, and great if you want a beach holiday too. Nice typically Spanish feel to the house.

The house is great for two people, or three but with only bathroom it would struggle with more. The spiral staircase, and bathroom on a different floor to bedrooms is a slight inconvenience, and needs to be pointed out more clearly on the house description page.
