A parte dos chuveiros q tinha o piso estranho e acabava molhando o banheiro todo. Mas não compromete os pontos positivos do lugar.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sie war gut ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von 1 Monat hätten wir gerne Bettwäsche zum wechseln gehabt.

central between old town, port & beach. in a quiet cul de sac, so in the middle of a very busy city but quiet.

as we were there for 8 weeks we spent many nights in and ate at the flat. unfortunately the kitchen equipment was limited, for example no cheese grater, only 3 wine glasses and these were all a different size! Only two decent pans, and annoyingly there were only a few plates of each size, which meant that we could not use the dishwasher as we constantly needed the plates out. the sofa is incredibly low, not a problem if you are young and agile, but not ideal for old folk like the three of us!

Excellent location in city centre next to cathedral. All areas of Malaga were within walking distance. Large, well equipped and spacious apartment. It was clean on arrival.

Not enough towels for a week long stay. No tumble dryer so unable to wash towels ourselves. No instructions how to use the heating. Apartment was very cold. Very low and uncomfortable sofa.

The location is ideal as it is right next to the Cathedral, yet amazingly there is no noise, even from the nearby shopping street. The quality of the furniture and fittings is very high. Good pre stay communication including contacting me by Whatsapp so that I had easy access to someone. The keys are collected from an office that is 4 minutes away.

Very minor, but air freshener sticks (or some other floral smell source) was so strong. The bedroom without an ensuite has a window that is within hand shaking distance from another apartment, and the blinds are very thin. Before you arrive you need to go through a detailed ID process (true of all Spanish accommodation) but theirs seemed even more detailed, plus you need to sign a very lengthy lease agreement, as though you were leasing the apartment for a year, and not a few days. You need to sign that they can deduct any amount from your credit card to cover damage or anything missing, which I understand, but I have never had to sign before on a holiday rental. you also have to pay I think 45E Euros for cleaning and towel changes, but if you are only there for a long weekend, then that doesnt happen until after you leave, so basically you pay for the apartment to be cleaned for the next guest. Now I suppose thats true of all apartments, as it in the price, they are just separating it out, and had they not done so, I would have never even thought about it. Otherwise, everything was ideal and we will be staying again
