This is a picturesque, very clean and well-equipped property. It was perfect for our group of three friends for a girls weekend. It would easily work for couples too.

It was a lovely little place that was perfect for our need of a quiet getaway filled with fires, eating, games and chats on the deck in the autumn sun.
Hosts were great to chat to (as we extended our stay by an extra night). Not very big and ideal for 4 people I would say. But a great little place. Super clean and charming with lovely views of treetops to the hills.

What a lovely visit, loved the coordinated interior design, cosy blankets, big deck overlooking the private garden. We relaxed, explored Daylesford and enjoyed feeling surrounded by nature. Thank you!

The property had everything you could need. It was clean and comfortable with lovely touches to make it homely. Garden and views are beautiful and my kids were happy to have Netflix. Very enjoyable stay.

The property is a very short drive (walking distance really) from the city center of Daylesford. The hosts have gone to great lengths to ensure guests have the most comfortable stay with all the amenities you could think of (including brollies at the door if needed!). The outdoor deck opens into a wonderful garden, whilst presenting pristine views of the wilderness beyond. The house itself is very well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to anybody looking for a three bedder for a stay in Daylesford.

Clean neat accommodation within the centre of Daylesford. Great garden and deck where the kids enjoyed to play. Plenty of cooking equipment so making a meal at home was a breeze.

Perfect weekend with the girls!
We had such a wonderful weekend at 'Perrins Place'. A beautifully decorated, clean and spacious house, perfect for our 50th birthday girls weekend. Our every need was taken care of: fully equipped kitchen, warm & comfortable beds, great quality linen, plenty of wood for the fire, beautiful views from the deck, and a short walk to town and lake. Highly recommend!

This property is in a great location and has a very warm and welcoming feel. The house is tastefully decorated and excellently maintained. The generous back balcony is a great area to hang out and take in the views. Has everything you need for a great stay.

A perfect property to stay at. Highly recommend. Spotless. Warm and cosy on a cool weekend. Had all the touches you could wish for. Close to everything. Beautiful outlook. Quiet location. Andrew the host was excellent with his communication and so kind accommodating a few unexpected changes for us. Definitely worth a stay at this lovely property.

This property was a beautiful place to stay, nice gardens, good outdoor area. Not too far away from the Main Street. The owner was prompt in returning emails and good to deal with. Highly recommend staying here

Daylesford cottage beautifully presented, everything you needed for a very relaxing, cosy stay.
Absolutely wonderful cottage with 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and living, kitchen area.
Beds were comfortable and electric blankets were excellent for the cold nights.
Decorated lovely and so clean. The outdoor deck was perfect to relax outside with a great view.

Everything we hoped for and more
This property was everything we hoped for and more. From the luxurious beds, the toasty fireplace, and devine decor all the way to the sweeping views, our long weekend was wonderful. Exceeded our expectations! Our host Andrew made the whole process seemless. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return! Thank you for a beautiful weekend away.

Perfect home, warm. comfortable, stylish, a real home from home. Hotel quality linen, comfy beds open plan living with open fireplace, well equipped kitchen. Brilliant location short work to the Main Street and the lake. Highly recommend.

Great location, central. Also a very cozy place, and has a home-away-from home feel to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and the home is nicely styled and comfortable. The terrace and garden are also very noteworthy! Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Sister-in-laws get away
We had the best time from the moment we opened the front door. It was warm and the lamps being on was a lovely touch. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire, but the heater worked well too. The beds were really comfortable and we both commented on how well we slept. When we had trouble with the kitchen tap the problem was fixed within the hour. We’ll be back!
