We stayed at this beautiful property last week. It is even better than the picture show. Very large for three couples. The weather wasn’t great so the pool got minimal use but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Totally separate from the home, the neighbor across the street Complained about our lights on outside the house. We were very careful always to have lights out by 10 o’clock and as we’re all in our 60s the noise was minima while playing cards. Mention this only for future renters to be prepared the community bylaws say lights out at 10:00 and not him be an issue.

Beautiful home and wonderful of sunsets and the ocean. Central to getting around the island; excellent locations. The home was extremely clean and well kept; the only issue was that of gnats caring both sinks in master bedroom. Seems that they breed in the drain. Took several days to get under control but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with that issue. We also noted little things…faulty blinds in second bedroom, broken coffee machine…..but the property managers were again very responsive. Overall, great place….beautifully landscaped and well kept. Loved the home and the views! Would have given 5 stars except the dishwasher was not working for 7 1/2 days of our 8 day trip. While this may not bother most famililes, we are a family of 6 who prefers to enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation. I love to cook, but work full-time. For vacations I choose house rentals based on views and kitchens. Unfortunately, spent more time than I would have liked hand washing dishes. Repairman came in afternoon of last day to repair dishwasher. Dishwasher may be fixed at this point, but we did not get a chance to use it. Family otherwise enjoyed the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was well appointed, the view was to die for, and it was central to all of the things we wanted to do.

We had the most beautiful accommodations placed in the most beautiful setting. The soundtrack is melodic birds and the 180 degree ocean view completed the picture. It was just what us 2 retired couples were looking for.

What a perfect home for our vacation. The cleanliness and amenities were wonderful!

This property is so beautiful, we so enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is set for any chef’s dream and waking up to the ocean every morning couldn’t have been better!

My family and I stayed 7 day in this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time on the island, this was mainly due to the house we came back to every day. It was roomy and very well equipped. The home is great for all ages, we had my wife's older parents with us and young and older children. Everyone had there own space and there own bathrooms. The only thing I can recommend is to label the keys to the home better. it was a little challenging to figure out what keys when to what door, when we first got in but we figured it out with in about 15min. Other than this minor issue everything went very smooth. The view from the decks and master bead room was breath taking during the day and night. Communications with the property manager was good and they answered questions very promptly. Over all 10 out of 10. If you decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed. P.S. Don't forget to write something in the stay book.

Loved this home. Very clean and well stocked. Great kitchen with everything you need. Great for our sisters group, no one had to share a bathroom!

From the moment you drive up you know you are in paradise. The picture perfect neighborhood is quite and well landscaped. The home is exactly as described and pictured. It’s the best well stocked property we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless and well maintained. We were stunned by the incredible ocean view and sunsets. We were living the dream sitting by the pool as we watched the sunset over the ocean. It was an amazing home to spend time hanging out and a perfect location for exploring the Big Island. The property met and exceeded our expectations! We are ready to come back.

Overall, the home and neighborhood were fantastic! Very quiet very serene with beautiful views all the way around. Only complaint is that the master bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

We had an incredible one month stay at this property. The kitchen is well supplied. The beds are very hard but waking up to that view made it not matter :). Thank you for sharing your home.

This home was as described, more than fully stocked with everything you needed - including stuff for the beach which was fantastic! It was very nice to have 3 rooms w/ their own baths for us and our 2 teenage children. Location and view was fantastic, a very nice neighborhood close to amenities. It was nice to have our own pool, but I would recommend some updating and it did look aged. Overall, I would recommend and it was helped make our vacation fabulous!

My family and I enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful rental property. The home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the private pool, well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs/umbrellas. We especially love the property location which has excellent views of the sunset. I recommend changing the master bed since the mattress was firm/hard which is not comfortable for side sleepers like me. Also, the master bedroom vertical blind was warped so it doesn’t block out all the light outside. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time on the big island! House is in a great location in a very nice, quiet, private neighborhood. Small shopping area with grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Loved having our own private pool and enjoyed all the outdoor living space. The home is totally stocked with everything we needed, including lots of beach gear. Spectacular sunset views every night will not disappoint!!

Keauhou Estates is an area just south of Kailua-Kona and just inland (up the hillside) from the ocean and keauhou harbor. The home is great with plenty of space for a group of 6. All the amenities works and are very nice. Kudos to the owners for their organization throughout the home, especially in the kitchen. Pool is clean (not heated) and the outdoor area has multiple options for time of day and rain/sun. The neighborhood is gated with evening quiet hours starting at 2100. If your plan is to enjoy late evenings outdoors with friends and family, this would not be a good spot for your group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The view from pretty much everywhere is spectacular. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. The house is as pictured. I understand. there has been a recent ownership change but some things for us that would have made the stay more comfortable: The mattresses in the master bedroom and the bedroom on the garage side of the house need replacing as do pillows and linens. We had a small snafu with no internet due to a miscommunication with the ownership change but the management company was very responsive as soon as they were made aware of the issue.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING HOME WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS! WE ENJOYED GORGEOUS SUNSETS BY THE POOL AND ATE MOST MEALS OUTSIDE. GORGEOUS NEIGHBORHOOD—THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR A ONE OF A KIND HAWAIIAN VACATION!

We traveled to the Big Island for vacation and to celebrate Mom's 75th Birthday. The property was exactly what we all needed as it had plenty of space for everyone and also some great gathering areas to sit and relax. It was so nice to have the pool to use after spending each day exploring the island then coming home and jumping in to cool off. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and should not be missed as you can be anywhere outside and have an awesome view. We used the outside grill many times and enjoyed our meals on the patio. Overall I would recommend this property for anyone looking to relax in a peaceful setting while staying on the Big Island.

This beautiful, spacious home and property provided the fun, relaxing retreat we had dreamt of having. Everything we needed plus more was there. The views, the privacy, the proximity to shopping, beaches, and many walking areas were appreciated. Walking through Keauhou Estates was great exercise. Our grandson found Pokémon on his many treks. The kitchen was well designed so two or three of us could prepare food at the same time. We enjoyed meals on the deck/patio every day. It was a vacation to be forever cherished.

Lovely home in quiet neighbourhood. House is very spacious and well equipped . The local supermarket was good and we discovered Safeway in Henry St later in our stay. Recommend for groups or families wanting space and self catering. Any queries were dealt with very promptly and efficiently by the property manager. Recommend

The stay here was amazing, the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it really is.

The house was amazing and perfect. It was well stocked with all of our needs. Even chairs, umbrella, and towels to take to the beach. We had enough space to hang out comfortably but also to spread out on our own. Highly recommend staying here. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience communicating with the property manager. One night we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house because the keys we had didn’t work fora y of the entrances. When we called the property manager to figure out what to do she was incredibly rude. She hung up on me twice and when I asked to clarify if she was coming to let us in - she told me I was being impatient. Later when she arrived I told her I was disappointed by her tone and wanted to resolve it. Then she said she was disappointed with us. This was extremely disappointing because we were using keys given to us. The property manager wouldn’t listen to me as I tried to explain this and consistently interrupted me. Other than this experience - we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our time at this property for our few days on the big island. Very clean and spacious!
