We stayed here for a long holiday weekend and it was perfect. The condo was in a great location, easy to beach and short ride out to the bay in the boat. The only challenge was the size of the boat dock but with no others there it worked fine. Late was a wonderful hostess and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the condo! The location was perfect - restaurants and beach access were a two minute drive away! The condo was very clean and obviously taken care of. We loved the beach chairs and small cooler that were available! The amenities offered made our trips to the beach seamless.

The place was perfect for us! The condo was clean, had enough towels and pillows and blankets! Beach chairs and umbrella was a surprise! We did bring our own. Will most definitely stay there again!

We had a great time and the property was well maintained. My husband and another couple were with me the first two nights and then my husband left and my 28 and 26 year old daughters came for a visit. There was plenty of places to go to the only draw back was the red tide at the beach. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable according to my one daughter that slept on it. I would recommend a blow up air mattress instead. Great getaway!

My niece and I were visiting family in N Fort Myers and I wanted to be able to stay somewhere close to the beach for a couple nights . I really love Englewood beach area . The condo was very clean, the king size bed was comfortable and there are beach chairs available to use. The pool was nice as well . Behind the condo was Lemon Bay which was nice to able to sit and see the birds and fish jumping. I was hoping to see dolphin as I am sure there are plenty of dolphin sightings there. There is a hide a bed available to use as well. A couple of suggestions I have are the mattress for the hide a bed would need replaced as my niece felt the frame underneath and have a oscillating fan or a box fan as some people like to sleep cooler or with the noise of a fan. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to get away. My husband and I enjoyed time at the beach and the pool. Our son and daughter-in-law brought there boat and enjoyed the dock and the pool as well. The place is very clean and just the right size. We will be back again.

We were very happy with our stay. They had everything including beach equipment. We literally just could have brought our Shibumi, food and clothes and had a great time! The only thing suggestion I have was a we problem. We drive an electric car and had no way to plug in a level one charger (takes a regular plug). This is the equivalent of plugging in an air fryer. Not a huge deal for us but with the growing amount of electric cars, it might be something to consider asking your HOA about. Your HOA could definitely charge a fee for this feature if you put in a level 2 charger!

It had a pool, boat dock, and really close to the beach. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved that it also had a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Our teenager loved the amenities. I highly recommend it!!

The owners are very accommodating! We wanted an extra day to spend with our family during our stay, we were able to book the extra day and I finalized the transaction from the beach. The property is very clean, well stocked and convenient to everything on Manasota Key. We were able to fit a queen sized air mattress for our son, with ample space all around. Very cozy, Very comfortable, Wonderful experience!

This is a very nice condo, quiet and well furnished. Dock and pool on the bay side, close to restaurants and activities. Would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed the condo for 2 nights in late April. It was stocked with everything we needed, walking distance to the beach (entrance across the road to the right ) and to restaurants near the circle. Owners were very responsive to questions we had about the area. The pool was very warm ( warmer than the air) and we were the only ones at the pool the three times we used it. Nice to be in a quiet area on the bay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Central air was not noisy. I would highly recommend this condo! Excellent experience!

Extremely clean, and organized. Bed had a great mattress, adjustable dual shower heads, new dishwasher. Heated pool and private dock access. Excellent location within walking distance to the traffic circle, but far from live music. Quiet, with great views of Lemon Bay . Very friendly neighbors, with a true sense of Sea Oats community vacationing. We would love to stay here again during winter of 2023.

Excellent rental. Clean and conveniently located with short walking distance to beach (across street), public beach and five restaurants. Pool and bay at one end of complex and parking at other end. Would definitely stay again if space becomes available in our time frame. Thanks Kate.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate's place. The condo was newly redecorated and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could possibly need. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa were comfortable. Communication with Kate was great. We loved the pool and sitting on the dock, and the ocean is right across the street! Our only problem was that we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back. It was a nice and quiet area, not a lot of people were on the beach and we were able to enjoy our honeymoon weekend. It was wonderful!!

This condo was perfect for my kiddos and I. Way brighter and roomier than the pics online. Kate was a very attentive host! Everything was great! If we make it back to Manasota Key, we will definitely stay here again!

The place was so perfect for my birthday getaway with my boyfriend. Cleanliness and the place had everything we needed and wanted provided. The dock was our favorite place to be. We sat out there more than any other time spent on the beach or inside the unit. Thank you so much. We will be renting again soon.

The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had, the home was very clean, and comfortable! Extras including ice, toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, beach towels and chairs were all provided. The pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves this weekend! We had a short walk across the street to the beach and there is even a local 'shuttle' service to bars/restaurants near by. We certainly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend and rebook this location again!

This was our second stay. We love the location. The price is great for a quick weekend and theres never many people here. We usually have the pool to ourself. The view is amazing of lemon bay. The unit is small but feels homey.. its not updated but has everything you need. It does have white carpet . Which when we stayed 2.5 years ago they kept 200+ of our deposit over a small spot of barbie makeup on the carpet. Said thats what it costed to clean it. Thats fine. But the carpet wasnt clean and this time the carpet is very very brown with black stains in front of recliner and bed.. overall we would recommend for this place for couples. Its all you need.

We were so thrilled to be able to dock our boat (21ft cc) right at the property. Communication was prompt and the home was super relaxing.

This property is amazing! We LOVED our time here. Pros: view of lemon bay, nice heated pool, not crowded, VERY clean, good internet, super responsive amazing host, wonderful location, easy walk or drive to beach, more than enough space for 2 adults and two small kids, plenty of parking, lots of included things like beach and fishing gear. Cons: the only con I can see is that the bed was not comfortable and my back required some yoga every morning to get the aches out. Conversely if you like pretty soft beds then it is for you! We had a few little issues while we were there and Kate (Host) was absolutely amazing! Replied very fast and addressed everything. We even needed to get in a little early as my husband had an unexpected meeting he needed to join. Kate was great and messaged as soon as we could get in.We would 100% stay here again! Loved it!

My only hangup regarding my stay is that we wish we would have stayed longer. One night was clearly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer.

So close to the beach and there are few restaurants around with live music, there is tiki bar close by as well, his ‘twas fishing from the dock while me and kids were enjoying heated pool.
