When we arrived the house was clean and everything was ready for our stay. Check in was easy. The fact that we had 3 cars and could only park 2 at the house and had to park the third in overflow parking was a bit of a problem but we worked around it. We had a problem with one of the TVs not working but the management company had it fixed in less than a half hour! We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. Kate is a great host. Windsor Hills is well located. The house has all the amenities one could want. Great pool and hot tub, lots of TVs amd linens were plentiful

Great location for a stay near Disney Parks. House was big enough for our family and kids enjoyed house pool and community pool. Trash pick up each day was plus since container is small. Game room was fun although pool table was damaged. overall great stay.

Our stay was delightful. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after all day standing in lines at the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It was a warm and welcome home to come back to. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and all was spotlessly clean. Our host was efficient, kind, and professional. She responded to our questions quickly and made herself available when we needed information. Thanks Kate! We will return. :)

This house exceeded our expectations. We had room for everyone and were in close proximity to Disney. Biggest problem was backup at the entrance gate to the neighborhood every evening.

The place is absolutely perfect and Kate was very attentive. The only issue was the front gate....they are very specific on who can get through those gates and it took an additional call from Kate to allow us in the gate. Other than that it is the perfect place to stay and wish we were there longer! Highly recommend!

This was a spacious, nicely decorated property. Pool and hot tub were excellent, teens had a great time as well as adults. Best part was everyone had their own bedroom if they needed to get away for some down time. Location was great and easy to everything, Walmart down the street if you need anything. Great stay!

Overall enjoyed the stay, it’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Disney, depending on which park you go to. I absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, it’s great how it’s screened in so you don’t have to deal with bugs. The community is very nice and safe, and the house is nice and clean. My only complaint is that one of the king sized beds was unsleepable. The mattress was saggy with springs poking into your back. Desperately needs a new mattress. Since we mainly rented this house as a place to sleep, it was a bit of an issue. However, if they got a new mattress in that one room, it would be 5 stars all around!

The property was everything I expected! Great communication with the owner. The home was very clean and put together. The pool table was un-even but that was already in other reviews so we expected that. The only thing was the alarm when you open the pool door but it wasn’t a bother. Lol. We just have crazy nerves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property.

Great location!
We had a great stay! House was perfect for my large family and the location was great! We spent most of our time at the disney parks but made sure to enjoy the splash pad/pool on our last day. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioner and our pool turning green but the maintenance team was out quickly to resolve the issues. My only thing I would change would be for it to have some updating inside, all the brown is blah and the house could be so much more physically appealing in the inside. (My little ones did love the disney room)

Nice House, Great Area
It was 9 adults and 4 children who stayed in this house, and we were very comfortable there. Our only issue was that it's an older house which needs some upgrades, but we managed. The kids loved the pool, and the girls loved the jacuzzi, & the guys loved the pool table room. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again one day in the future.

Family vacation to Disney and Universal Studios Orlando
We truly enjoyed the property and and the ease of of checking in and out. Kate was easy to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. If ever we return to Orlando we will definitely consider this property again. The only issue was the pool table had some tears in the felt but we only had one free evening while we were there so it really was no big deal for us.

Wonderful Property
Couldn’t be more pleased with this house. Everything was just as the listing advertised. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and spent every free moment in the pool! This was our third stay at Windsor Hills and by no means our last!! The location is fabulous for all attractions and the security adds to a carefree stay. Would highly recommend!!!

Great location.
Layout and space was great. The pool and hot tub was good for us as well. The house was not as clean as I expected. Found personal items from previous guest. DO not order the grill. We paid and it never showed up. The upstairs stayed hot. The air conditioning did not work well. The game room was not used because air hockey didn't work and pool table torn. Parking for 3 vehicles is tight so you have to park at entrance for one car. That's not convenient. However we did forget a wedding ring and they mailed it to us at our expense That was a blessing. For the price though it was a perfect location to disney , shopping and other attractions.

Best Owner in Windsor Hills
I've been staying in Windsor Hills for almost 20 years. I can easily say I have never dealt with an owner as good as Kate. She is on top of everything and is quick to respond with any communication. From the 1st request of the property being available to a final thank you for staying with us she was prompt, professional and honest at every turn.

Great place for a family theme park gathering
Very clean house. Location was great with easy access to the theme parks. Kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Twelve of us fit very comfortably. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Listing was completely accurate. The family had a great time. Would definitely recommend staying. Hot tub went out during stay and was unable to fix while during visit but the host refunded that cost with no hesitation.

Perfect spot
Great spot for a quick weekend to Disney. Highly recommend. Super clean and the house is huge. Parking is tight for three cars was the only downfall. The palm in the driveway could be cutback to help maximize the driveway space

Weekend Staycation
Overall great experience! Perfect size rooms, bathrooms, backyard. Great location. Only minor inconvenience was there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels, or a memo to inform me I should have brought myself. Other than that, great choice for a family or group of friends to stay at!

Nice time
The property is perfect for what it's needed when you spend your days in the parks. The pool and tub were nicely heated and the house is very accommodating. Only thing that was a bit annoying was that the wifi stopped working mid trip and the property managers were quick to respond but never resolved the issue at the end. Also the house only allows for 3 cars which for a big group may be an issue but this is the not the owners fault, this is their neighborhood policy for Winsdor Hills.

Nice home in nice neighborhood.
We enjoyed staying in this home, however the "game room" was a little disappointing. The pool table is ripped and the balls roll to one side. WII had NO games, the controllers had no batteries and air hockey table was missing pucks and paddles. They were ordered for us and arrived the next afternoon. The community pool and water slide area was awesome and great for kids AND adults.

Great for Disney Trips
We stayed at this property with our extended family for a few days at Disney, and we had a great stay. The house was clean and organized, and the instructions left by the property manager made our check-in process smooth. The neighborhood was great, and our kids especially loved the parks, community pool and splash pad. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom which made our Disney trips easy. We had a few small issues with the pool, but the property manager responded quickly. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.
