We enjoyed our stay here very much. Bit of a walk to beach, but we did it with young children, so not that bad. Close to pools, and fitness center. The bikes and chairs on site are perfect and a huge plus. House is clean and has enough space for multiple families. We enjoyed it and are planning our trip back next year.

Our stay in this rental home was amazing! It was the perfect location for us. The house had great amenities such as bikes, chairs, parks, and an amazing pool half a block away. House cleaners were very accommodating and helpful. Owners were quick with responses for us. We will certainly visit again.

Home was very spacious and location was perfect for us. We enjoy taking our bikes to the beach and even rent a bike trailer/tandem to carry all of our beach gear. The street is lined with some of the most gorgeous homes in Rosemary and house has plenty of outdoor space for everyone including the doggies.

Beautiful house in a great location. This rental seemed to cost a little less than others in Rosemary, so you get a decent value for your money and made us more forgiving. Furnishings, mattresses, linens, lighting and kitchen items could all use updating and refreshing. Linens didn’t feel super clean. We stayed with two families and asked for more than one amenity card, we were given three but only one worked. That can be challenging when constantly coming and going from the beach and pool. But overall it was a spacious and comfortable house.

Great place Great vacation!

We had a good time staying at this property for a week. Overall the property has some wear and tear on it, but the location is great and we had fun with 13 family members (including kids) staying there. A few complaints: the beds are like rocks - made it hard to feel rested while on vacation. I had to order a mattress pad to use for the rest of the week. There is only 1 hairdryer that we found between the 4 full bathrooms. Also, a few fold-out luggage racks would go a long way in this property, as our bedroom had little to no storage. And only 1 amenity card was provided for us initially, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the amenities as all 13 of us would have to enter AND exit the beach/pool/whatever at the same time. However, the manager and owner were responsive and helpful on all matters, and were able to provide us with 2 extra cards (for a fee). All bikes worked well (we rented extra bikes with trailers from a spot in town) and the garage provided lots of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, etc. Both grills were used many times. Thank you!

This was one of the best vacations my family has taken together in some time. The home we stayed in was beautiful!! We all loved Rosemary and can't wait to come back. We enjoyed the town, walking around l, biking and or course the beach.

We love Rosemary! The house was in a great location with plenty of room, but there was a strong smell of mold in the downstairs. There was not any ice- no ice maker, or even ice trays. In addition, the bikes were not put together correctly (we had no tools) or had flat tires so our group couldn’t use them. Will definitely stay in area again, but not this house!

Great location! Easy to talk to owner, very nice and helpful. So glad we had all those bikes! Best part of whole trip - allowed independency for an older crew. Had a few things that weren’t functioning properly but taken care during our stay. We appreciated that especially during a 4th of July week, I imagine it’s hard to find people to get things done quickly. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time at this house!!! Biking to the beach and around Rosemary was SO enjoyable, and the distance to the beach was not as far as I’d thought it to be. Our only complaints are minor and hopefully will be addressed by the owner: the upstairs master king mattress sinks in the middle and is very uncomfortable. Also, the dining room doorknob to the porch is broken! I had read reviews about these two items but assumed they had been addressed. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the home. All of my pre-trip emails and questions were answered promptly. Great stay!!!

We loved Rosemary and the property!

Pros: Spacious house, plenty of room for my family. Property manager and owner were very nice and responsive to our questions and issues. They called the handyman on the first day of our stay but he was busy and was unable to come out until later in the week. Neighborhood is charming and amenities such as pools as well as items such as beach chairs and bikes provided by the owner at the house were plentiful. House is pet friendly. Cons: House needs a lot of maintenance. Items noted as soon as we checked in were towel racks in bathrooms falling off the wall, holes in the wall from prior repairs never patched, door knobs and shower knob loose or broken or wouldn’t stay closed, master bedroom mattress has major sag in the middle so we slept at a slant, lots of dust behind furniture and appliances that appears to have built up over a long time (we had to plug some appliances back in that were unplugged which is how we noticed), front porch light not working (which we finally figured out on our own at the end of the week it was a master switch in the garage had been flipped off which we never knew about), no bath mats in the 4.5 bathrooms except for one so we had to use towels on the floor, carpet in bedrooms need steam cleaning from prior animal accidents (our dog immediately sniffed out several prior urine stains). I believe that with a major inspection and deep clean the house would be in great shape, it just appears to have been neglected. A great place to stay if these issues are corrected.

What a wonderful location, you can walk to everything Rosemary Beach has to offer. The house is very spacious and was very happy I was able to bring my Standard Poodle along for the trip. The house has a lot of things you need. But bring your own Beach Towels and shampoo, soap etc.

Great location. Just a short bike ride over to the beach, which was quite enjoyable. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed + more. Karen was a delight to work with. Great for adults and kids. Will definitely be back!

We loved this property! Great location in the back of Rosemary and it had a nice little courtyard which was perfect for kids to play in. It's a short (5min or less) walk to both the Cabana and Sky pools. The house was clean and as advertised and the communication with the owners was good. The only complaint we had were just a couple of small things that could have made the stay better. One of the 4 bikes for the main house had broken handlebars and was unusable, so that was a bummer. Second, there was a limited supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels, so much so that we had to make a run during the trip to buy more of these essential items. It would have been nice if enough of those things had been provided so we wouldn't have had to sweat buying them while we were there. Otherwise - it was a great stay.

Rental property owner was very helpful. Property does have a mildew smell at the front door area. Over all we had a great vacation. Tennis and workout facilities are not included. Owner provides new bikes.

The house and carriage house was perfect for our large family’s vacation. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and bikes were enjoyed by both adults and kids. Response from the property manager was prompt. We will consider this property again.

We had a great time this March. The house and location was perfect for our family of six! We will absolutely rent this home again!

Place has a good location, walkable to anywhere.

We were a little disappointed that most of the bicycles had flat tires and unable to be ridden. In this community that’s a wonderful selling point. The downstairs bdrm had a moldy smell to it. Overall the house fit our needs but it was obvious it’s overdue for some repairs and updates.

The house was beautiful and perfect for us. We enjoyed riding our bikes around town and to the beach. The kitchen was great and the outdoor space is nice for entertaining.

We’ve traveled the world and have specifically been going to the 30A area almost every summer for the last 18 years and have never left a negative review of any property we’ve stayed in. In fairness, We did reach out to the owner and she did ask if there was anything she could do but the problems with this property were way bigger than a quick fix. It’s obvious the property has been without an on-site management company. We were concerned before we even stepped inside by the lack of care and maintenance of the dirty/rusty patio table and porch furniture and rug not to mention the dead plant on the front porch... and unfortunately it was definitely an indicator of what was lurking inside. We opened the door and the musky, moldy smell took our breath away. We spent $60 at the grocery store on Burt’s bees candles to try and mask the smell and make it livable. The downstairs bedroom air conditioning vent was black. I developed a nasty cough after sleeping in the room. Not only was the home maintenance an issue, but the house was also inadequately stocked as well. There was one towel for each person (and they also smelled like mildew/mold) Went to make coffee the first morning, only to discover moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The kitchen rug was disgusting. Almost every dish and coffee mug was chipped and the kitchen was lacking basic kitchen supplies, like kitchen cup towels, complete set of measuring cups, knives that would actually cut anything, serving platters... We had to use cookie sheets to serve food on. There was one plunger provided, but we had to use it multiple times on every toilet in the house... there is obviously an issue. Definitely expect much more at this price point. Fortunately the company was much better than our accommodations and we refused to let it ruin our trip, but we’d be lying if we didn’t say it definitely tainted it.

We came to Rosemary for a long, wedding weekend. The house was great. Linda was super communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It accommodated our family nicely. It was a short and easy walk to one of the pools in Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed the bikes and took several rides around the neighborhood and down 30A. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Home was so comfortable for 4 adult couples and we would all stay there again in the future. We had the best time!!! Linda, the property manager, was easy to work with, so helpful with things to do and places to go and answered questions or needs concerning the house. Beautiful neighborhood to walk and ride bikes. Really enjoyed the patio area. Beach is walkable, but a little too far to walk with cooler and beach stuff. Tennis facility is excellent! Enjoy your stay!!!

Beautiful House/ Great neighborhood !

Beautiful home in need of deep clean & minor repairs throughout. Faucet in Bathroom shower falls off, Door knobs in upstairs bedroom broken, can’t even get into closet in small bedroom, check lightbulbs throughout, bike repairs needed, freezer door handle loose.

We spent Christmas at this beautiful house and had a wonderful time with family, riding bikes to the town square and relaxing. We couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you!
