This was the first time we did not stay at a resort in Cabo and we really enjoyed the experience. The property is in a safe and secure neighborhood at the top of the hill in Pedregal. Ubers were able to pick up and drop us off (they're required to check in and check out with security). The property itself looks relatively new and is furnished with high quality furniture pieces. There is a nice pool + jacuzzi just two floors down that we used every day. ~20 min walk downhill to the beginning of downtown Cabo. Frederico (who works at the property management company) was amazing – such a nice and happy person, and he made himself available for whatever we needed. He was present with us both at check in and check out. Don't hesitate to book!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The facility was really nice and secluded and had a full time attended gated entry. It is an easy drive or Uber into town as well. Gloria also prepared some drinks and snacks for us upon arrival which was nice. Would certainly stay here again.

Communication with Kristen was amazing. She answered any questions we had and easily set up all of our excursions. The property was well kept and clean. Deny did a great job as well ensuring we were all good to go on arrival and departure.

We stayed in this unit in 2022 and fell in love with it! We returned August 2023 and all officially agreed to return in 2024 if the unit is available! Location is perfect, views are AMAZING and Deny really is so easy to work with!

This was my second time booking this condo and I must say that it was just as good as the first time. From the to the spacious patio overlooking the infinity pool to the beautiful view of the ocean and the city at night. This place is stunning!

We just returned from a 6 night stay at this amazing condo. The views were stunning and the condo was decorated perfectly. We were greeted at the condo upon our arrival by Deny. He was super helpful and provided help with luggage and coordinating driving services for us. Gloria was a private chef recommended to us and she had margaritas and snacks waiting when we arrived. Gloria and her team were the best and came back to cook breakfast for us too. Kristen who works for the condo management company was amazing. She stayed in constant contact, was available for questions, helped to coordinate transportation to/from the airport and excursions. They all worked to make our visit perfect! The condo itself was perfect. The rooms were a great size, had lots of storage and super comfy beds/bedding. The patio was a great place to relax and visit. We used the pools and hot tubs often and every time had them all to ourselves. The place was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing! It is a short distance from town, but the hill to get to the condo was very steep. We chose to use Ubers to/from town because of the heat and steepness of the hill. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

I couldn't have been more impressed with this condo. Everything was very nice and well maintained. The views are outstanding, the pool was very nice and property management was great to work with and very helpful! Deny gave us a great tour of the condo when we arrived. Gloria and Antonio made us a delicious dinner our first night there and the leftovers were great to have the rest of the week to snack on. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s all we hoped for & more! We traveled with our young adult kids…our family enjoyed everything about this condo. We had plenty of space for 6 people. The views are spectacular!! We loved the terrace with the fireplace. And of course, the pool! The available options made this a stress free vacation for everyone…From the option to order groceries before our arrival, transfer service to/from the airport, to the welcome package and our delicious dinner prepared for us by Gloria (HIGHLY recommend doing both!) The walk into town is fairly quick & easy…the walk back is definitely uphill and can feel slightly more tricky if you’ve enjoyed a bit of tacos & tequila ;) It’s about $25-$30 one way for a driver, Deny can recommend an amazing one!! Communication with both Kristen & Deny was excellent! They made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this condo & we most definitely hope to stay here again soon!!!

The home was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We had so much fun with the pool! It's good to know that the walk into town is about 1/2 mile, and that the way home is a pretty steep uphill walk, but good for us - we needed the exercise! :)

We had a great time. The pool is awesome, the apartment had a great set up for our group, very modern, balcony has a great view, we walked to town with the kids and had to carry a 5y old back twice and it was fine with switching. Uber is cheaper but we used the recommended driver and it worked great as they were always on time and great service back to the airport with a 2h stop in San Jose and keeping our luggage. We loved the welcome package, simple but great Margaritas, we booked breakfast one time that was great too but I felt a bit pricey. Overall absolutely wonderful and we would go back in a heartbeat. Deny was awesome and quick to respond. We had a power outage that was quickly solved in the middle of the night and a water outage that lasted only like 20min. He even went on the roof to look for a ball from my daughters.

The views every morning and every night we’re absolutely breathtaking and worth it. We checked in for a girls trip and we must say, this space is perfect for anyone looking for amazing views and just a short car ride from Downtown Cabo. Our check in was super smooth — Deny from Property Management was super helpful and responsive during check in and when it came to arranging transportation for us. We were a group of 5 and not only did the condo accommodate our needs, but most importantly we felt absolutely safe. Security was at the gate and constantly walking around the property, which gave us that added sense of security we needed. If you book transportation through the management company, you’ll also be able to have your driver meet you and drop you off directly in front of your elevator — a level of luxury I’ll miss lol. We didn’t spend much time in our condo aside from having private dining services and whenever we used the pool, but it’s important that you know the community in itself is residential. Residents and other guests were super friendly, but be mindful of your noise levels. We didn’t run into any issues but we were also mindful of how loud we were given how much echoes around the property itself. Overall, we absolutely fell in love with Cabo and our home away from home the moment we stepped into this condo. Hoping we can visit again in the near future.

We are a group of women & came down to celebrate a birthday. The place is nice & fits 7 people perfectly. The views are incredible & the balcony is great for hanging out/relaxing. The pool is refreshing to swim in & has a hot tub as well. Overall, we were happy with the amenities. However, we felt extremely watched & uncomfortable almost the entire stay. They're definitely trying to find any possible way to get money from you. It isn't quite clear to us if it's the HOA trying to make money off travelers or the security or the VRBO listing, or if all three are trying to take a cut but they definitely are trying to hit you with fees. The fees are in USD & can only be paid in cash, which is EXTREMELY suspicious. In the end we didn't have to pay any fees because we didn't do anything wrong, but we were watched the entire time. More than once we found security was following us before/after dinner or standing by our door/on our level. At night, when we were on the balcony having a glass of wine someone on the rooftop next door would shine bright flashlights at us, & it was creepy. Both of these occasions happened around 8pm which is well before "quiet time" at 10pm. I use quotes because at this VRBO they expect you to be quiet at all times not just after 10. We were issued a "stern warning" at 5pm on the first day because we woo'd. At that exact time there were kids shouting and playing at the pool. It's a nice place to stay but for a group of all women we felt uncomfortable.

What a wonderful place to stay in Cabo. A 5 minute Uber to town - under $10 US The view is incredible. Great hot tub. pool and gym (with amazing view). The unit is large and comfortable with all amenities. The property manager, Kristen, is the best we have every worked with. We would stay there again in a second.

This property was amazing. Beautiful inside and out. A nice escape from busy downtown life. Gloria made the best dinner, highly recommend! Also, helpful hint….use Uber!

Awful experience! We were accused of making noise at 3:00 AM but, it was another condo. Security came to the door and woke us up. We explained that everyone was sleeping and they left. They charged us (VBRO rules state I can't state the amount of $$) and we weren't even guilty! Security came again because we had a DRY towel hanging on the balcony, and again, $$$ fine. They had us so scared with random fines we left one day early in fear of having to give a large amount of cash. Yes, they insisted cash only. We called for assistance (VBRO rules say I can't name names) but did not receive any. We were in complete fear of my husband being dragged to jail if we did not produce the cash. We will NEVER go back there! It felt very sketchy.

The property manager (Deny) was very helpful and made the checki In experience easy.

My family and I just finished our stay here. The pictures are exactly what you get. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From helping us plan excursions to setting up a chef and welcome experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. The hill is fairly steep, but the Ubers are cheap if you don’t want to make the trek. Wouldn’t say this place is very kid/baby friendly, but we made it work regardless and would still do it all over again if I could.

This VRBO property is fantastic! Great view of the Marina and the bay beyond. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested. Just a suggestion: I would have the property manager meet you downtown and follow him to the property. Enjoy!

If there is a rating above 5*, this property should receive it. It was all that was advertised and more. The staff was outstanding and at beck and call no matter what. The management team was excellent. View and location just added to the total package perfection. I love VRBO and once again they hit it out of the park!!

This is a beautiful property. We loved our stay. The views from the balcony are amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub. Deny, the property concierge, was so helpful and friendly. Everything is within walking distance, however, you will be going up steep sidewalks, brick stairs and uneven pavement on the way to town. The road to the property winds around and is a good workout. Bring comfortable walking shoes. We wore athletic shoes everywhere, as we walked to town everyday. The cabs to the property are $30. We never felt unsafe walking to the downtown area. We ordered groceries ahead of time through the Prickly Pear (instructions were emailed from the property mangager) and that worked out great. There is filtered ice and water in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to our friends. Tips: 1. We recommend Casa Martin restaurant which is within walking distance. 2. To get to the free swimmable public beach, go to the marina and walk around the sidewalk to the east side. You can walk right onto the beach there. We rented an umbrella for $20 from a local vendor. 3. We brought pesos and that was helpful. Most places take a credit card, too. 4. If you can, go whale watching! Incredible experience. If you ever get motion sickness, take Dramamine ahead of time.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful home. Beautiful sunrise views, great location. Our kids favorite meal was prepared by Gloria. She is so sweet and we loved her and her food. The walk to the downtown area is short but a little steep returning. Very doable though.

Very good experience and beautiful views

Myself and 6 friends loved staying at Las Cascadas 722! The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked with seasonings and silverware/cooking equipment. The walk down the hill to town was doable but we used Uber to get back up (roughly $5). Deny welcomed us with open arms, communicated well, and was very helpful with recommendations. The grill was full of propane and the fire pit was perfect for the evenings. Additionally the residents were very friendly and enjoyed the presence of the renters. We will definitely be back!

Great property with super view. Access to Pedregal beach. Couldn’t wait to get back to the house at end of day to relax and enjoy the view. Well appointed. Huge balcony. Can’t say enough good things about it.

First time staying in a VRBO in Cabo and it was a grand slam! The view from our place was sensational. The beds, the pillows, the space, the sitting areas, the kitchen, everything about this place was amazing. I was concerned that it was too remote from downtown but it wasn't, easy to get in and out of and park and then get to our unit. The management company went above and beyond. I left my passport in nightstand drawer and realized it when I arrived at airport. They drove all the way to airport to deliver to me! They were awesome.

We rented this wonderful condo for 5 a day "guys" getaway to do some fishing and spend some time in the sun. The view is amazing, and the condo is well equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet, and we spent several days at the pool with no other guests in sight. Denis was fantastic upon arrival and even offered to run out and get additional items that we had forgotten on our grocery stop. The trek into town is a bit steep, but we used frequent Ubers to get us to town and the marina for about 90 pesos per trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The views are amazing, we were near almost all the attractions and Alex the driver was amazing with accommodations. We booked chef services with Gloria and she was amazing as well. She even provided a cake for my best friend and I for our birthday. Would definitely book again. Until next time!
