Great location and condo fulfilled expectations. Included sufficiently stocked items. Recommend a better coffee maker. Had issues making a full pot of coffee.

Perfect place to stay for two couples. The condo was roomy and the balcony was awesome. We loved the location and could walk to many bars, restaurants and shops. We've traveled to Apalach once a year for the past 6 years and this is probably our favorite place that we've stay.

Very beautiful and clean property. Beautifully decorated with pleasant seating area. Easy to use kitchen. Convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Location is convenient to St George Island/East Point and Carrabelle. Lots to see and do.

We so enjoyed the downtown and easy access not only to Apalachicola but also to St George, Port St Joe and Mexico Beach.

Very clean, cozy and close to everything

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location! It was comfortable, roomy, and tastefully decorated. So much better than a cookie cutter hotel! Having a balcony and an elevator directly into the apartment were added pluses.! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable accomodations

Comfortable stay in a great location. Loved the outdoor balcony. Would be great if there was a grill to use. 4:00 pm check in seemed a little late & 10:00 am check out seemed a little early. Overall, perfect for our needs.

The Osprey is comfortable and well-equipped. It is in an ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants in downtown Apalachicola. The deck across the front was ideal for morning coffee and breakfast and evening sunset.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Parking is off road and felt secure. It's a walk up, but there is also an elevator which is fantastic. The apartment is large, bright and beautiful. We also loved the large, private balcony. Kathy and Betsy were fantastic communicators and couldn't have been more helpful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and very convenient since it is in the historic district of Apalachicola. We walked everywhere! The balcony was huge and enjoyable to sit outside and drink coffee. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Easy as pie

The Osprey is a short walk to all of Apalachicola, and a short drive to St. George Island. Drive a little more to Port St. Joe. The place was convenient, and the porch was a great place to get out of the sun. Quiet, comfortable, and centrally located.

My wife and I and our daughter and her husband syayed in Osprey for 5 nights recently and could not have have had a better introduction to the Forgotten Coast. The space is beautiful and comfortable. The decoration and artwork are both upscale and cozy. Kathy is an incredibly thoughtful host and even provided coffee and filters which were a life saver our first morning. The Apalachicola area is a delightful change from the tourist slammed Hwy 98 and 30A to the West. The community is so friendly that when I lost my key a store owner contacted Kathy who immediately called me and saved me from trying to retrace my steps all over town. All of the food we hadThe food in the area was excellent. We had a great evening at an upstairs restaurant/bar named Up to No Good. And I recommend that you grab any sandwich on the menu at Bite Me Deli before heading over to the beaches on Saint George Island. We hope to get back to the area soon and stay at Ospery again.

We loved the Osprey! It was all we expected it to be and then some! We ate, shopped, played cards and laughed until our sides hurt! We had such a Wonderful Time! Hope to make it an annual Trip!

Spacious two bedroom apartment, private elevator, parking at the door. Enormous front porch (second story) overlooking the street. Porch very well furnished including a dining table for six. Two minute walk to everything in downtown, quiet area, we really enjoyed the place.

Enjoyed our weekend! Trundle did not come out- mattress on top was laying on the mattress in the trundle. Couch sleeps fine though. :). Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Kathy was very helpful during our reservation process and the rescheduling due to COVID. And she was right - the sunrise is phenomenal and worth getting up for!

This is not our first time coming to this enjoyable town. We usually come in January and we did this January but decided to come in August also. So since traveling has not happened much for us since Covid. We felt very safe to come to Apalachicola. The Osprey was everything promised. It was close to everything we love about this town. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The elevator was a bonus.

We absolutely loved this place! Such a great location and just a cozy place in general! We will be back!

We enjoyed our vacation in Apalachicola! The area is low-key and relaxing with great fishing, restaurants and shopping. The Osprey is conveniently located in the middle of it all. The Osprey is clean, spacious and very well maintained. Kathy, the property manager, was great to work with. We will definitely be back!
