We stayed at this lovely house for a week with extended family for the 4th of July and a family reunion in Frankfort. We loved the house location- we kayaked from the dock (20 min to lighthouse) and biked on the path from the front door every day. It was so convenient to town and the beach, we barely drove. Meg was an excellent host and communication was prompt and accurate. The house was very well equipped with kitchen items to cook meals in, beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub, fire pit, yard games, kayaks, etc. were in great shape and we got much use out of them. Everyone loved their stay and we definitely would rent again. One downside for older family members was no AC, but the house had many good fans that helped and with the windows open, it was nice and comfortable. I preferred it, but if you are someone who absolutely needs AC, you should consider how hot it will be during the stay. A 5 star rating all around, thanks Meg for your hospitality!

Wonderful property and location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Frankfort. The house is close to downtown area- 3 min drive or 20 minute walk. We loved having s'mores at the fire pit in the back while watching the sunsets. Also appreciated the fence around the back yard for added peace of mind, as we had two toddlers with us. The kayaks and beach chairs available at the house made it convenient to enjoy Betsie bay in the back and for trips to the beach. I would rent this house again if I return to Michigan!

This was a gorgeous home with a great location. The house was very clean with lots of space and a nice sun room running along the back, perfect for dining. It is minutes from Lake Michigan with a beautiful beach. It is also has a nice bike path out front. Meg was very responsive to any question we had. I would definitely recommend a stay in this gorgeous part of the state.

Great view of the bay and wonderfully convenient to Frankfort. We loved the bike trail and sitting on the back deck looking over the bay. Frankfort is a lovely small town. Meg was super easy to work with and the property was a pleasure to stay at. Everyone had a great time. Thanks!

This home is fabulous! We rented it for a get-together for our children and grandchildren. It is beautifully decorated, has everything you need, and right on the bike trail. We kayaked, biked, fished off the dock and bridge on bike trail, spent time at the beach in Frankfort and enjoyed the quaint beach town of Frankfort. We also took side trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland and Fishtown. Booking was easy, communication was great. We highly recommend this property.
