Cute Cozy Cottage was a wonderful property on St John. Very convenient location close to Cruz Bay restaurants and shops. The owners were great and responded to any questions quickly. We really enjoyed the sunset view and also the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely cottage and was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed. The shower is very cool; the bed and bedding extremely comfortable. We used the gas grill twice and were glad to have it. The view from the back deck is very nice. We were glad to have Craig meet us at the dock (in the dark) or we wouldn't have found the place, but had no problems getting there any other times. Thank you Jennifer and Craig for your hospitality. We hope to visit St. John again.

We loved the cozy cottage and St. John & hope to return. Such a lovely island, a great location for a couple looking to escape winter. The cottage has everything you could need and more that you didn’t think about. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderfully helpful hosts completed the picture; it was a dream!

Our stay at the cozy cottage was wonderful. We appreciated Craig meeting us at the ferry to escort us to the property. The location of the property was very ideal. We loved the deck and enjoyed coffee in the morning and run in the evening out there! Jennifer was very prompt with responses to any questions we had- I had asked about renting snorkle equipment months prior to our arrival and she was more than happy to respond and help me with my inquiry! We loved the shower, such a cool feature. There were a few little spiders and lizards that snuck their way into the shower, but no biggie other than the surprise element. Jennifer and Craig really thought of everything that you may need- from a jug of water in the fridge to an extra hair tie in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jen and Craig were such gracious hosts! Very communicative and welcoming. Craig met us at the ferry and escorted us to the cottage, pointing out various sights on the way. The cottage was quiet, clean and perfect for the 2 of us. We had a wonderful week!

Jennifer was a gracious and communicative host The unit was quiet and only 10 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. All amenities that we needed were included. Beautiful views from the deck.

This was the perfect place for 2 people. Its just about a mile or so from cruz Bay yet secluded enough that you are out of the hussle/bussle of the city. Owners live next door but you have privacy. They have a fantastic Balcony with lounge chairs with a stunning view, beach chairs and cooler, beach towels, and everything you need. Would highly reccomend

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! Craig met us when we came off the ferry and gave us a brief tour past key spots in town on our short drive to the cottage. We had everything we needed to cook most of our own meals and loved eating outdoors. The view from the back deck is beautiful, but we also spent a lot of time on the side deck which had great shade and lovely breezes during the heat of the afternoon. Those breezes kept us nice and cool at night and we never needed the AC in the bedroom. Our 3 week stay went by way too fast!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves on this island and at the Cute Cozy Cottage. The cottage has a very nice back deck where we ate our dinners. Bed was firm and comfortable. The owners also had many books/ CD to read or listen to (if you are into that). They had a welcome package in the fridge with fruit, cheese, juice, crackers, and water. They also had some rum and coffee too. The cottage was a good size for 2 people. We did not need to use the air conditioning since we had a breeze going most nights and there is a ceiling fan that works well. When we do go back some day, I would definitely stay here again. One thing to consider for those that have difficulty with steps, St John is not very flat. That includes the roads, and properties. There are 45 steps to the front door. That was not a problem for us. They (the owners who live next door) offered to allow us to take our luggage up and down their drive way to their house that is next door for initial and final days.

The Cute Cozy Cottage was located in an ideal location with great views. The porch and open air shower (indoors, but screens and great views) were my favorite. The beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Great communication about arrival and quick to respond. Felt like a true islander experience. You definitely need a car, but the beaches and town are close by.
