We had the absolute best time here with memories we will cherish forever! The home was in the perfect location, we literally didn’t step foot in our car all week. The beach, amazing food, and entertainment were just steps away. The home was clean and had everything we needed! We could come back again every year :).

The location was great. The view from the porch or the couch, you can see the whole town square. Not a far walk to the pool, nor the beach. My teens with me loved the location. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay and the owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was great and the weather was nice. The condo had everything we needed and the water pressure was great. Some of the interior doors do not completely close but that was a very minor detail. My only thing was I mistakenly asked for pool passes (I thought I was just asking if there was any but it was a miss communication on my end) we never went to the pool or exercise room and wasted $150 dollars. So just make sure you are clear that you do or do not want pool passes. The weather was great everyday and we stayed on the beach it was an amazing trip.

Ozzy was amazing and we enjoyed our time. Location was amazing with a great view of all seaside and the ocean. The house was the perfect fit for 4 people, with plenty of room to spread out !

We just returned from Seaside. Our stay was a great location for beach views, shopping and people watching. The Paris like apartment was great with stairs inside to the large rooftop with inside room also.. The owner, Ozy was wonderful, meeting our every need. Can’t say enough about the stay.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in one of the best prime locations in Seaside. We were walking distance to the entire town. We had no issues with parking and the best beach access was just across the street. Our communication with Ozy was incredible and I cannot wait to stay at his location agai!

This property is a fantastic location, right behind (literally) Great Southern. Ozy was very easy to work with and has one of the nicer stores in Seaside right below the condo! Thanks Ozy!

We loved the location of the condo. However we won’t stay there again. The host did not explain the location of legal parking spots. We were also surprised at check in to have to pay a parking fee. We received a ticket & the security guard we spoke with said the owner failed to direct us to the correct locations. The listing says 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. Also, we were surprised to not have access to the community pool without 24 hours notice & a $42 fee. Very thin and not enough towels. Host did provide additional sheets & pillows when requested but there were not enough upon arrival.

I stayed here with 4 teens aged 14-17. You cannot beat the location - you are right in the center of Seaside and able to walk everywhere needed. Ozy, the owner was very responsive to any questions and ensured we had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!

This was super easy to rent, check in and out!

My husband and 3 adult children, and a little dog, planned for a long weekend. Unfortunately, 2 of the children couldn't make it...but husband and daughter had a lovely few days...right in the heart of Seaside. We've rented many different cottages at Seaside...and this one is one of our favs. Ozy answered every question that came up!

This was our first stay at Seaside and it was a trip with memories for sure. Our third floor apartment was very comfortable and the location was fantastic! Easy assess to the square with the beach across the street! The apartment was super clean with everything we needed!

Incredibly clean and convenient location--steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Plenty of space for my family (husband and I, 3 kids) who absolutely loved our vacation. Great outdoor space. Ozy (property owner/manage) is incredibly receptive and super helpful--just an absolute pleasure to work with. Only thing to know is it is a bit noisy in one of the bedrooms early in the AM due to the hub-bub of restaurant deliveries, etc--would certainly not deter us from staying again (we plan to) but something to consider. We absolutely loved our stay!

Pet friendly unit and close to everything in Seaside. We would stay there again. Access to private roof deck from inside 3rd floor unit was perfect for sunsets and movies on the square.

Our stay was perfect! Ozy is a great property owner. The location is the best and the property was in great condition and clean upon arrival. We read reviews prior to the stay that the restaurant dumpsters had a bad odor and the noise from garbage trucks was a problem but we did not have an issue with either. We loved the property and will definitely be back!
