Had an awesome time staying in Longboat Key for the 4th at this cozy oceanfront condo! Very clean and easy stay!

This property is just steps from the beach on beautiful golf coast in Longboat Key. Angel was responsive once we figured my intro/entry email was in my spam. The property provides all the amenities you’ll want in the home away from home. One thing I felt was missing was an overview or summary of area suggestions in terms of restaurants, boating activities or general interest attractions. Typical for properties in this price point my information is the norm. We boated around Anna Maria Island, visited Saint Armands circle and dined at many of outstanding restaurants such as Maison Blanche, Euphemia Haye, Tripletail and Bridge St Bistro. So our experience was fabulous but we’d have appreciated a welcome booklet/ listing for the area.

Nice clean unit. Easy walk to beach. Note: you have to walk up flight of stairs to get to unit. No elevators in this older building. We knew this going in based on reviews (not listed). Mattress is hard but sleep-able. Very quiet beach location which is what we were looking for. Easy drive to restaurants and more touristy areas when you want. Would recommend having access to beach equipment storage downstairs if possible. Overall would recommend.

Property was a perfect quiet location. Close to shopping and coffee shops. Unfortunately we only had 2 days of sunshine during our 7 days but we made the most of it exploring the area and shops. Angel the contact person was super easy to reach and very accommodating as we had a cancelled flight home and needed to stay an additional day. Loved Longboat Key!

We had a great week’s stay in our beachfront unit. Very comfortable and well located for all we planned to do. Easy access to the beach and a very nice pool helped us stay cool in the late June heat. Our host Angel was great in terms of her communication and responsiveness. The unit itself was perfect for our group. Very comfortable.

The property and it's location were ideal for a relaxing getaway. Not much within walking distance of the condo but we rented bikes from a nearby shop. Comfortable beds, grills worked great, beach was quiet and beautiful, and the condo was the perfect size!

Our family of four (including kids) loved the condo and location on the island. The condo was very clean, had ample towels, comfy beds, and great accommodations (steps from beach and heated pool). There was also plenty to see and do within 30 minutes of the condo. Will stay here again!

Property itself: Good. Spacious. The lighting is not very good- reading a book at night in the living room nor really possible without turning on the not so pretty kitchen fluorescent light. The TV situation is also odd- streaming services available in the bedrooms but not the main living area.
Beach: fabulous, and free and plentiful chairs.

My husband and I couldn't have had a more magical time. The property and stay was everything we wished for and more.
We were close to restaurants, publix, coffee shops, harry s corner store.
Extremely quiet and peaceful. The ocean view from lanai was excellent. The walk down to the beach, where beach lounge chairs were provided, we couldn't get enough of. More then enough space. All the extra items, towels, linens etc.... Was also amazing.
My husband and I already planning on coming back.

Our family vacation was perfect at Longboat Key! Angel and the maintenance crew were all superb. We had a minor issue our first day at the property. We reported it, and it was fixed immediately! We highly recommend the rental, and will absolutely stay again when we are back in Longboat Key. Thank you Angel and crew!!

I am 75 and have COPD. No where in the description of the property did it indicate I would need to haul our suit cases up a flight of stairs!

We love Loveboat
Angel was very helpful both for our questions prior to booking and the check-in/out process. The condo is beautiful with great views and an amazing beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. Our children loved to sit out on the screened in balcony. We enjoyed the community grill area also for cooking. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Angel!!

Great, quiet location on the Gulf
Property faces the beach and is one level off the ground so it provides a great view of the Gulf from its living room and screened in porch. The beach itself is about 100 feet from The property. The kitchen is well supplied with nice appliances, pots, pans, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great as was having two bathrooms. There is a door in the hall which separates the two bedrooms and bathrooms nicely for privacy. Really enjoyed staying here. Didn't want to leave.

Great location … a step from the private beach
Unit had pretty much everything needed as for kitchen amenities. We were able to easily cook dinner. We were happily there was a barbecue in common area even though we had been informed there wasn’t when inquired prior to arrival.

Great beach experience!
We enjoyed our stay in Longboat Key. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the interior had been updated. The view of the ocean was amazingly with beautiful sunsets each night.

Christmas Getaway
Overall, we were very pleased with this condo! The location was exactly what we were looking for, and the layout works well!
Unit was very clean and the views were amazing!
Our main critiques would be, very poor quality bedding, linens and towels (most had holes or are threadbare).
There is no ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. There are box fans (dirty) and a small bedside fan where the cover is missing so the blades are exposed.
Also, the way the units are situated, when other units are occupied, you can hear everything from the neighbors!
Longboat Key exceed exceeded expectations and, Lord willing, we’ll be back again for another visit!!

Early Christmas
The condo was everything we wanted. It was a beautiful and well appointed place to stay right on a private beach! We were able to enjoy an early Christmas with our daughter and we all enjoyed the spectacular views and beach. Plan to come again

Turkey Time Beach Escape
We booked this place to be near the beach and family for a Thanksgiving reunion.
The property was super clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Bedding was wonderful, lots of towels, clean, spacious baths and kitchen. The beach was beautiful and only a few steps away!

The location and screened in porch overlooking the beach were awesome. So quiet and peaceful. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are not en-suite but overall it was wonderful.

Paradise in Longboat Key, FL
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The beach is beautiful and this small quaint villa is right on the ocean with direct ocean views. There are privately owned home nearby so the beach isn't crowded at all.

Right on the beach, watched the sun set each night. Great balcony doors which extends the balcony to inside the condo. Balcony was screened to keep bugs away which also provided some shade in the evening. Bed rooms were spacious enough. Condo seemed updated with new applicances and bathrooms.
Negatives: No Verizon signal in the area, entry code was sent to my email but unable to get it when I arrived due to no cell service. I had to drive a few miles down the street to get cell service to get the entrance code. Once in the WiFi worked nicely. Parking is pretty tight, but acceptable. Pool is nice but small with no hot tub.
