We really enjoyed our time at The Atticus! The house is located very close to the square, so we could walk to most of our activities. We will be back to stay there again! The only thing missing was Roku TV.

My children and I had a wonderful time at this property. We love Rosemary Beach so this is a perfect home close to stores and restaurants!

The (2) front glass doors that face the street…Roman Shades that are used for privacy were old and functioning …maintenance was called and their solution was to pull the shade to door handle and attach the shade to the door handle. Door handle was half the length of the of glass door. Day and night no privacy from walkers or cars. Dishes are white, they are so old and scratched that knife cuts and fork usage have created black marks that cannot be removed. Sent pics maintenance and was told that owners would not replace. Needed to buy paper plates so that no family member got Sick from plates. Toilets were constantly not flushing. There was a plunger in each bathroom. Sink faucets leaking water and drainage slow. Overhead lighting ….bulbs dead and need to be replaced. Fireplace did not work. Service person not hired by management company had code to house and wanted access to house. Was not notified and refused him access to house. Called management company and requested house codes changed. Which they did. For the dollar amount spent to rent this property for one week too many maintenance issues that were not addressed prior to my arrival.

Our family had the best time at this property in Rosemary Beach. The house was great and had plenty of room for all 8 of us to have our own space. The location was absolutely perfect. We walked to everything…beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely go back!!

Overall the property was a good fit for our family and we had a nice time. The property needs some maintenance. Bricks on back step were not mortared in place causing one in our party to fall…the WiFi did not work….chairs are broken at the dining room table.

7 of us met to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday long weekend. House was very nice and walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay again. Had a couple of small issues and staff at Realjoy was very responsive.

Beautiful house and great location. Perfect property for one large family or two families with children to enjoy Rosemary beach. Did require more communication than would hope with RealJoy due to some broken devices and missing items. They were able to resolve the issues

Perfect getaway for four moms & our four teen sons. Plenty of room & very well located- close proximity to restaurants, shops, & beach.

Great. Perfect location, super house. Would absolutely love to stay there again. Had our large family there the week after Christmas. Bottom level is great for eating, watching tv, playing games. I had great experience with property management co. They even responded quickly to any question we had.

We booked our stay here and from the beginning our experience felt quite off. We received a confirmation with the wrong dates, then one with the wrong property, then when we checked in via their app, I was told our reservation was cancelled. All of these experiences made for an odd experience in wondering if we’d get the property and even have a reservation. We did check in our booked dates. The property is nice, but the floors were very dirty and we called to have the property management company come out and clean again, which they did. There are little things at this property which add up to being annoying- no tea spoons only serving ones, which makes for a comical experience eating cereal. There was no shampoo, no conditioner, horrible soap, little TP. There were outlets loose from the walls, at least 7 light bulbs out, and the water took 10 minutes to get hot, no beach towels and very low quality bathing towels. That said, we did have a nice time and enjoyed our time here. We’ve rented through Rosemary Beach directly several times and their effort to create a better experience with better amenities makes a big in the overall feel of the experience.

The only negative this time was the cleanliness. This was especially noticed in the kitchen. The kitchen had dirty pans and several dirty utensils. The furniture could use a good cleaning.

How a vacation should be. Very relaxing and beautiful in every detail.

We had a fantastic time. Only suggestion is to install a full length mirror somewhere. That would be nice.

This was a great experience renting this property! We had a great time and the house was perfect!

The house was excellent and in very good condition. A few things were missing from what is usually provided with a rental house (a broom, coffee filters, scrub brush) but otherwise a good experience. Would rent here again.

This house has a great layout and location. The kids had plenty of room to spread out. The location is convenient to all of the pools and the square.

We have stayed in this home for four years straight and love it. It is comfortable, close to everything, and perfect for our family.

After seeing the pictures online, we were excited to have our work retreat and girl-time in the Atticus. The moment we walked (ran) into the house, we knew it was going to be perfect! The attention to detail, the welcome home atmosphere, and that amazing kitchen made for a wonderful three days of work and play. It was obvious that much love went into making a place for others to make memories, and THAT we did!! Comfort and relaxation were had by all from the couches to the beds to the bathrooms and did I mention that amazing kitchen?? Rosemary Beach is pristine, the people are wonderful, and I can't wait to go back.
