We picked this property mainly for the view from the pool and we were not disappointed. The house is very clean and comfortable. It more than met all of our needs. The property manager checked in via text to make sure our needs were met and was very quick to answer any questions.

We were impressed by how clean and well equipped the house was. Our questions were answered promptly by the property manager and the location was really convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being very private. We were able to get to beaches, nature areas and stores all within a 15 to 45 minute drive. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a relaxing get away. This property was beautiful and the process was seamless. I have something’s to point out however are not deterrence to stay here again. Traveled with my 3 month old and almost 2 year old grand children and there was not anything at the property for this age group, portable crib or high chair. The master king mattress needs an update, very uncomfortable and squeaky, the queens in the other rooms are great though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again as it’s only 7 minutes from my dad’s house.

The house is exactly what I needed to rest and relax. The quiet surroundings and the views from the dock are wonderful as is the location to get to any local stops. Great communication and a very comfortable home. I highly recommend!

We stayed at the house for two weeks at the beginning of November 2022. The house is lovely, the photos don’t do justice! It was immaculate, spacious, everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is fantastic, we enjoyed sunrise every morning, the pool and outside area is private and so nice and the pool was cleaned weekly. We absolutely loved it and definitely will come back! Mike who is looking after the house was in contact during our stay to make sure we have everything we need. Overall can’t fault it! We stayed in many properties in Florida before but this one is the winner for us! We had amazing time! Thank you Frank and Mike!

This was overall a good property to spend vacation. We have stayed in many canal homes in the past and this one definitely has the best view. The home had everything we needed.

Great place to stay! Very quiet location with great backyard view of the canals and private pool. We didn’t have boat so did not take advantage of the dock and canal. Home was furnished with all the necessities- even chairs and other items for the beach! Just as pictured and described- no surprises! We would definitely stay here again!

This home was truly wonderful! The house is perfectly placed in a more secluded area on the water just minutes by boat from big water. The views of the water during morning coffee on the lanai were wonderful as the sun began to peak through the trees. The house had every comfort of home and then some! The layout was perfect for the adults to have some quite time on one end of the home and the kids on the other. The star of the show was the 3 panel sliding glass door, which stayed open our entire stay, that lead to the lanai and saltwater pool. The attention to detail of decor was an added bonus! When venturing out, the main road was bustling with shopping and food for miles. We traveled to near by Englewood and Venice, which was only 20 minutes north on the Tamiami Trail. Our beach days were spent on Manasota Key soaking up the sun, splashing in the water, collecting shells and sharks teeth on the beach. I highly recommend a trip to the Myakka State forrest for a walk on the canopy trail with some gator sightings. We even took a trek to Naples for an air boat journey that lead to lunch in Tin City! I can't thank Frank enough for opening his home to our family for a much needed break from the day to day grind.

My family of six enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed for ten days and loved the view of the canal and using the private pool. The beds were comfortable and we all rested well. We found ants when we arrived and the property manager, Mike, promptly arranged for an exterminator to come the next morning. Several remotes had dead batteries so we replaced them. By the end of our stay the grass was very high, but was finally cut and we could enjoy the yard in the last day. A few hiccups and it could definitely use a thorough cleaning, but we plan on renting the house again in the future.

The property is everything a vacationing family could want. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. All appliances function properly. Good internet and Television. The pool was the central feature for our family. The electric grill worked perfectly and the ample seating was enjoyable to gather around. The house is on a canal and brings nature right up to your back door. The true Florida experience. Shopping for all your needs is close by. Be sure to visit Warm Springs and the eastern european bakery and restauarants. Manasota beach proved to be our favorite.

No complaints whatsoever. Best beds we ever experienced in a rental house. We didn't use the pool or canel since we didn't bring the boat or swimsuits this year. The dock was a nice place just to enjoy the sun. The Noseeum bugs were relentless on the Lanai, but we bought some fogger spray and bug candle which helped. Lol, typical Florida. Saw turtles, lots of birds and of course the alligator. Beautiful setting. floating by a couple of times. Nice location with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

My husband & I reserved this house for our anniversary. It just as awesome as pictured & the location was perfect! We visited 6 different surrounding cities during our 7 day stay! But, we were just as happy spending time at the house! We caught some fish...and even had an alligator “float by” to say hi (no, we didn’t feed it...lol!). Very spacious, VERY clean and Mike was very responsive, nice & accommodating! We loved everything about our visit & would definitely reserve this house again!

Overall, the property was in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were also happy with the beautiful patio and pool area. Plus, with the empty lots on either side of us and the canal at the back of the lot, the house was nicely secluded. My only (very) minor complaint was that the internet was a bit slow at times but this should not dissuade anyone from renting this house. The instructions for check-in and check-out were also easy to follow.

The house itself is very clean and large. Placed in a very calm and secluded part of town with no interruption and full comfort. The only problem is the false advertising with the "heated" pool. A normal heated pool is heated by a dedicated boiler so it is warm 365 days a year, and this property has a solar heated pool, so any day that the sun don't shine, you're out of luck. Other than that, quite nice overall. Also, the Wifi is probably the cheapest option they could get to save some extra $$ because it's not very fast at all.

This was the best! We had no trouble from beginning to end! We absolutely love it. Will definitely return!

Kurz und knapp: Alles stimmte, ein tolles, sauberes, sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Angebot stimmte 100% mit der Beschreibung überein. Das Haus können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Hin und wieder schauten auf dem Kanal zwei Alligatorausgen ´raus und abends kam der zahme Reiher und genoß im Sonnenuntergang, mit Melone gefüttert zu werden. Tolle Ferien. Vielen Dank an die vermieter Familie und die guten Geister (Michael und Julia), die das alles offensichtlich in Schuß halten.

After spending two weeks at this vacation home we can say that we would love to book the house again. The house looks very nice and you don't have direct neighbours. So it is a very quiet area which is great because you can enjoy the amazing view of the waterway intersection. The house looks great and so does the interior too. Very clean and new. The service of the housekeeper is great and we enjoyed our stay there. The location is also very nice. At your home it it is quite and it looks like you are in the Everglades which is great and if you want to go to the nearest stores it takes you only 4 minutes by car. Very recommendable. We look forward to visit again!

Ei n Haus, wie man es selber gerne hätte. Sauber, gepflegt und wie der Titel verspricht, absolut in neuwertigem Zustand. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber Nachbarn sind in ca. 200 m Entfernung schon vorhanden. Ab und zu tuckert ein Bötchen über den Kanal und einmal hoppelten auch ein paar Fischotter über die Wiese hinter dem Haus. Eine fussballgrosse Schildkröte ließ sich nur unter Protest von der Fahrbahn lotsen. Der Pool war ein Gedicht und sorgte für den an manchen Tagen durchaus nötigen Abkühlungseffekt und der Käfig um den Pool hat neben einer schattenspendenden Wirkung auch den Vorteil, jegliches Insekt vom Menschen fernzuhalten. Alligatoren haben wir bewußt keine gesehen, aber meine Frau meinte, gelegentlich mal eine schwänzelnde Rückenfinne im Wasser gesehen zu haben. Im Dunkeln leuchteten manchmal 2 Sterne im Wasser auf.! Aber nichts, was uns beunruhigt hätte. Nah an der Natur und trotzdem zu Hause. Der nächste Bäcker ist schon ein bißchen weit weg, so dass der Toaster und der Paninibackapparat regelmäßig genutzt wurden. Die Küche ist ein Gedicht. Ich glaube, ich baue das nächste Haus um eine solche Küche herum. Die Betten waren Weltklasse, Schlafen, wie Gott in Florida....! Ebenfalls Suchtpotential ist bei den begehbaren Kleiderschränken und den absolut funktionsorientierten Badezimmern vorhanden. In jedem Raum mindestens ein großer Deckenventilator und natürlich die perfekt und unaufdringlich funktionierende Klimaanlage machen den Aufenthalt zu einem genußvollen Erlebnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder würden wir dieses Haus buchen, sofern wir wieder einmal diese Art von Urlaub in Florida machen würden. Dank an Housekeeper Michael für seine diskrete Art der Beratung und Hilfestellung und an den Vermieter Frank für die Supertips zur Einkaufs- und Freizeitgestaltung.

This home was new just like it was described. It is at the intersection of 2 manmade canals (according to some friends). It has a beautiful pool with an enclosed lanai and then the view of canals -- it was truly tranquil. We were actually looking for a rental in the Nokomis/Venice area but was intrigued with this property. There are homes across and down the canals but nothing next to you. You are truly in nature. We sat out on the covered patio and watched a beautiful thunderstorm in 70 degree temps (we don't get those in California anymore). The master bdrm/bath suite was spacious. The other 2 bedrooms were comfortable and the den had a sofa bed with a tv. There are 3 tvs total. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances & everything else needed but the things you would expect to provide. The master bdrm mattress could use an upgrade but other than that we had no complaints. I would definitely recommend this house. Even with relatives living in the Nokomis/Venice area the commute there was less than 25 minutes. Be aware that there is no landline telephone -- if you have ATT cell service you may only be relying on Wi-Fi which is provided.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in November. We had wonderful weather and spent a lot of time just sitting outside and enjoying the wonderful views over the water. The view is the real highlight of this villa. The house is quite new so all the furniture and appliances are in a good condition and the house is tastefully decorated. The villa stands alone with no direct neighbours and is surrounded by woodland so we saw quite a few interesting animals and birds. Shops and restaurants are within a short drive but a trip to the beach takes longer, about 30 minutes to Englewood or Boca Grande. We often holiday around the Port Charlotte area and this is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in, with certainly the best view. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to buy a new barbeque, the electric grill present is newish but small and not as powerful as a gas grill.

Die Beschreibung von Haus und Lage traf voll und ganz zu. Alles am und im Haus ist neu, sehr gepflegt und schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Am besten aber ist die Lage und die Aussicht. Von fast allen Zimmern, von der Terrasse und vom Pool schaut man die ganze Zeit auf die weiten und langen Wasserkanäle. Ab und zu schwimmen dort Alligatoren und sogar auch Delphine vorbei. Und auch an Land kann man verschiedene Tiere beobachten. Man hat dort die totale Ruhe, da man keine direkten Nachbarn hat. Auf der einen Seite hat man also noch richtiges Florida-Dschungel-Feeling. Auf der anderen Seite ist man aber in nur zehn Minuten bei dem neuen, schönen Einkaufskomplex in North Port mit zahlreichen großen Geschäften. Auch zu den verschiedenen Stränden ist es nicht allzu weit. Schließlich sind auch der Vermieter Frank und auch dessen Housekeeper Michael sehr nett und darum bemüht, dass alles sauber und in Ordnung ist und es einem an nichts fehlt. Wr kommen auf jeden Fall sobald wie möglich wieder.

Wir waren im September zu Viert zu Gast in der Villa und können einfach nur alles bestätigen, was in der Beschreibung der Villa und der Lage steht. Die Villa ist äußerst gepflegt und sehr hochwertig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am besten sind die Terrasse und der Pool, von wo aus man einen phantastischen Blick auf die breiten Wasserkanäle hat und das ein oder andere exotische Tier beobachten kann. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen. Trotzdem sind alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur zehn Minuten entfernt. Und in der Umgebung gibt es nicht nur "den einen Strand", sondern zahlreiche unterschiedliche Strände mit jeweils besonderem Reiz. Schließlich sind auch die Vermieter und deren Housekeeper vor Ort sehr nett. Wir können daher einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Villa von Frank und Ute nur jedem empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Im September 2016 haben wir als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen unseren Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Anwesen überzeugte uns alle in jeder Hinsicht: Traumhafte Lage direkt am Kanal Toller Pool mit schöner Terrasse zum Entspannen Hochwertige Möbel und moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche Super Zimmeraufteilung Grandiose Betreuung vor Ort!! Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Drogerie...) in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar ... Jedes Mal, wenn wir von unserem schönen Urlaub erzählen, wird dieses Haus in den besten Tönen gelobt! Der Titel "Luxus-Villa" ist sicherlich nicht übertrieben sondern wird seinem Namen absolut gerecht! Wir werden sicherlich noch mal wieder kommen!
