Wir waren mit drei Kindern dort und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit Charme in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Aix. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Toller Garten mit Feigenbaum, Olivenbaum und Weinreben. Es findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Der Pool ist für Kinder und Erwachsene eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Abkühlen. Ebenfalls sehr gut war die Ausstattung der Küche.

There were pluses and minuses with this experience.... Pluses were the pool, the proximity to food stores (Geant), central Aix, and the local boulangerie (Gout de Pain!). Also we had fresh figs and mirabelle fruit falling from the fruit trees in the garden each day. It was also nice to have the air conditioning option in the mezzanine bedroom as it was really hot during our stay. The owner was very kind in going to the trouble of finding us a rollaway bed to use for the two nights of our stay we had an extra child visiting from Paris which was much appreciated. The negatives were that we were expected to buy chlorine tablets for the pool though my husband was ok with following instructions to clean the pool ourselves while we were there. As the house is rented to students the rest of the year, the attention to detail was not great - holes in the curtains, frayed mats for the pool loungers, a very uncomfortable mattress on one of the second floor beds, and a burgeoning wasp's nest on an outside wall that we ended up removing ourselves so we could eat outside in peace! The two bedroom spaces upstairs only have privacy with a barely adequate curtain - no door, but that did accomodate ventilation from the window. We made it all work and did our best to be good guests. The lovely view over the mowed fields stretching in front of the house beyond the pool with the little 22 bus passing regularly back and forth on the road in the distance and the sleepy sound of the cicadas will remain with me!

Ein wirklich sehr sehr netter Komtakt. Frau Hein ist wirklich bemüht ihren Feriengästen ein Optimum für schöne Ferien zu schaffen. Danke für die prompte Unterstützung zum weiteren Sonnenschirm. Dennoch hatten wir einen Wehrmutstropfen und das war die Sauerkeit des Landhauses. Hier hätten wir uns vorab mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Die Spinnweben, altes Laub, und der Staub im Haus schlossen darauf, dass hier die Grundreinigung schon was her war. Was wir auch nicht schön finden ist, dass auf dem Foto der Standort des Hauses den Eindruck einer Alleinlage erweckt. Dabei ist das angrenzende Haus, mit der Außenanlage, ein Schmuchstück.

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes, idyllisches Landhaus in mitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Landwirtschaft. Uns haben die 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist super außerhalb der Stadt gelegen. Man kommt trotzdem sehr schnell mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt nach Aix(1 € pro Fahrt). Supermarkt (sehr großer Casinomarkt) und Bäcker sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt nicht in einer Feriensiedlung, man kann also sehr gut in entspannte Umgebung abtauchen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist liebevoll im lokalen Stil eingerichtet, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Küche ist ausreichend bis 6 Personen eingerichtet, sodass es uns an nichts mangelte (großer Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Spülmaschine). Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und klärt einen gerne in perfektem Deutsch über die besten Hotspots und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region auf. Der große Pool rundet das positive Bild ab. Wir können uns nur für einen tollen Urlaub bedanken. Liebe Grüße Fam. Richter
