The condo is in a great location close to downtown Bluffton and just a 30 minute drive to Hilton Head. Family friendly and had no problems checking in or out. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent! Karen was very responsive and extremely helpful. The place was beautiful, clean, & spacious. Would definitely stay there again.

Stove not working. Furniture in living area and bedrooms outdated and uncomfortable. Shower head in main bath leaked all over the floor. Difficulties w/ air conditioning system working correctly. No water pressure. Pictures on line are deceiving. Neighborhood was sketchy at the entrance. Left on Wednesday w/ rental paid until following Saturday. No offer from host to refund monies. This is NOT a premiere property or host.

We had a great stay at this property. The neighborhood was very good. The property has been maintained very well and clean. We didn't had to reach out to the owner for anything.The Coligny beach park is like 20-25 minutes drive from here and the Dolphin cruise is also near by.

This place was perfect for my adult daughter and I. We each had our own full bath and privacy. Close to stores, and old town Bluffton, as well as a short drive to Savannah. Quiet family neighborhood.

House located in family friendly neighborhood. You could walk to downtown Bluffton. There is extra parking across the street from the vrbo. Requested quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Although it has a shared wall there was no bleed through.

We spent the week in the townhouse to explore the area to see when and where we want to have a house in the south away from the PA cold winters. Perfect location close to Bluffton- we walked mutple times a day. Visited Beaufort a short 30 minutes. Took a boat ride to Daufuskie island. And a ghost tour in Savannah 35
Minutes away. Great house in a safe neighborhood to leave my teenage girls home if they wanted to. And my 18 year old walked miles around the local parks. Great house in great area!

The townhouse was exactly as listed. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs. Full kitchen. Karen (owner) was very easy and willing to keep in communication with regarding travel and our stay. Located a block (walking distance) to a well kept park including playground. Less than a mile to the complex swimming pool, also very well maintained. Overall great experience!

Lovely townhouse!
We had a great stay in Old Town Bluffton for a destination wedding. Karen was so nice and provided great communication. Checking in and out was simple. We would definitely stay there again. Loved having the space to get ready for the many wedding weekend events. 2 1/2 baths was perfect for 3 of us trying to get ready. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect visit in Bluffton.The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood, but only a quick 5 minute drive to coffee, restaurants. and the water. Karen was a responsive host, just a text away. Overall, this property was perfect for our trip. We enjoyed being able to fix meals and hang out together, as opposed to being in hotel rooms. Karen was prompt to answer our questions and give suggestions for places to eat, etc, in the area.

So happy we chose this home
Both my husband and I agree- Karen's home is excellent in so many ways. It’s spotless, well-equipped and conveniently located. The decor is lovely and everything is in good condition. The master bed is soft and comfy- the other two beds are more firm and not as comfortable but certainly adequate. If our plans bring us to Bluffton again we will definitely be booking this property.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and had a very comfortable stay. Karen provided us with hot spots in the area, directions, and checked in with us a couple times to ensure we had what we needed. Conveniently located, no hassle parking and nice neighbors, Good value for the money!

We stayed at this property as it was close to some family members. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part. We had very good communication with the owner and the property itself was clean and it had all the amenities needed. Would recommend this location to anyone.
